Despite having no chance to move further in cultivation, the elderly man was a tribe member who Hung Zhin valued for his intelligence. Hung Zhin sought and sometimes adopted his opinion before he gave an order or put a plan into practice. After all, capable talents made the most of necrogliphism. Insightful and brilliant members were hard to find.

Skinny Tiger turned to him, emotions hidden under his mask. “Absurd! Are you not tired of having to hide in the shadows for the last thousand years?” Skinny Tiger stared at the elder coldly. The mask blocked his expression, but his chilly aura was evident!

“If not for timid and cowardly members like you, our tribe would never have to suffer from living in the shadows and fighting for our lives!”

The elder knelt on the ground instantly, trembling hard and not daring to utter another word.

“Enough!” Skinny Tiger stood up abruptly. “Our tribe has had enough of this. I’m disgusted at those who call themselves the upright and proper clans. This is the time that our tribe will grow, and when Tribemaster ends his seclusion, we shall rise and kill all the orthodox cultivators of the world!”

All the necrocultivators were pumped up at this moment! It was their choice to join the tribe despite knowing that their presence was unwelcome in the world and death was the only thing that awaited them if they were discovered. Not only that, they might even expose the location of their Black Promise Tower.

However, the proud talents weren’t very happy hiding in the Black Promise Tower for ages.

Skinny Tiger’s order gave the tribe members hope of being able to live in the open once again. “Brilliant Great Elder! Brilliant Great Elder!” they cheered.

Siu Fu played the role of spectator in this situation, and he couldn’t help but admire Skinny Tiger slightly. As a person who had reincarnated and was even the leader of more than a thousand in his past life, he could tell that Skinny Tiger was turning all the assets that necrogliphism had collected painstakingly over the past thousand years into actual power within the shortest time.

Siu Fu could even predict that the tribe members who would be able to cultivate the Nine Levels of Hell would double in the next decades, and in the future, every member of theirs would become a terrifying being that could challenge others above their state!

The thought of this made Siu Fu shake his head.

But what does that have to do with me? Siu Fu wasn’t even slightly loyal to or passionate about the tribe; they were only in a business relationship. The tribe wanted him for the Bloodstained Hill’s Sacred Icon that they claimed he was while Siu Fu only wanted to make use of their resources to make himself powerful till the point where he could turn the world upside down and have absolute control!

Siu Fu clenched his fist. I’ll break through the second chamber a few years later.

His rate of improvement would make him the best of his state if he was ranked on the Blue Skies Rank. For necrocultivators, only breaking through the second chamber would give them power as that was when they would get their first corpse, something Siu Fu had been looking forward to a lot.

There was a great sense of spring’s freshness.

At the release of the Blue Skies Rank, the competition between the younger generation has reached its peak.

The Cloud Palace enrollment was currently the topic of all commoners as it was a major worldwide event that everybody looked forward to as Cloud Palace’s seven disciples were always the best cultivators amongst their generation.

Despite the Cloud Palace staying out of worldly affairs, their capability made them influential.

The current generation was full of monsters such that the Lam Dynasty experts made a shocking conclusion after studying data from past centuries; the average capability and number of young talents had reached a new height!

This was the year of talents!

In other words, every young talent would be the top elite if they were born in the past! Of course, this was just a generalisation, as there were still amazing elites born in the past like Lung Wai Yuet, Chor Huet Zhin, Chan Chung Ching, Wong Ba… the conclusion was just a rough comparison.

However, the elites mentioned were considered cranes in a flock of chickens in their generation. For this generation, what the world saw was a flock of cranes instead, making none of them stand out.

It was said that Cloud Palace rarely came up with matches for their trials, but the method of trial would be related to capability and cultivation.

So, the young cultivators were currently working their heads off.

However, things were different for the four teen boys residing in the Wandering Son’s Lake residence.

Yeung Tin Hun continued to water plants unwillingly every day like it was part of his life while Man Yee Ho joined Kam Chin Kee in researching gliphism. It was said that after the discussions, Kam Chin Kee gained ideas for his personal gliph.

Meanwhile, Chui Yim locked himself in the workshop excitedly in preparation to start something.

“What are you doing?” Seeing Chui Yim, Yeung Tin Hun who was watering the plants in boredom asked subconsciously.

“Forging something.” Chui Yim took a glance at him and responded nicely.

The four of them were currently in an awkward and complicated state. After the results of the Blue Skies Rank was released, Yeung Tin Hun and Man Yee Ho’s identity became known, and so did Yeung Tin Hun’s great uncle, Yeung Chun. Chui Yim might have been loud, but he was no empty vessel.

However, everyone living in the house pretended to not know about it and spoke nothing about their identities as they continued on with their lives.

“I might have great strength, but it’s still dangerous when an enemy wields a weapon.” Chui Yim took a glance at Yeung Tin Hun. He might have successfully activated True Domineer during their spar, but it was only thanks to Yeung Tin Hun attacking with the butt of his spear. If Yeung Tin Hun had used his spear properly, Chui Yim would have died.

“So what are you making? A shield? They’re kind of hard to use.” Yeung Tin Hun made a sincere comment. A shield had the ability to protect the cultivator behind him, but it was tedious when it came to handling and blocking enemies’ vision. The only way to describe shields would be common yet uncommon.

Lee Bak might be the only person in the world who could precisely block enemies’ attacks precisely with a small shield.

“Of course I know that.” Chui Yim rolled his eyes. As a great master in forging, he would never make such a stupid and lowly mistake. “I’m making armour.”

“Oh?” Yeung Tin Hun turned over curiously to watch Chui Yim hammering a huge piece of metal. If Chui Yim wore a huge set of armour, combined with his terrifying body, he would be like a war chariot…

Yeung Tin Hun couldn’t help but shudder at his imagination.
