Even the slowest person in the audience knew that something was off after watching Siu Suet’s arrow bouncing off the air a few inches in front of Lam Zaa. Some important figures and more knowledgeable people had their jaws drop when they finally linked it to the legendary body form of the Lam Clan.
Now Sze Fung’s ugly expression made sense.
It was common knowledge that new body forms would appear on the Human Rank of the Heaven-Earth-Human Rank every few years and change the rankings, while such cases only happened every few decades for the Earth Rank.
However, even after centuries, there were rarely changes to the Heaven Rank. Every change to this rank shook the world, and the last time it happened was when the Four Season Heaven sect leader, Yeung Ha, created a new body form, First Rise, after resonating his body with the Summer Peak. Even then, there had never been changes to the top three body forms on the Heaven Rank no matter how marvelous the new ones were.
This was sufficient to prove the capability of the top three body forms on the Heaven Rank.
The first requirement of acquiring the Hundred Streams body was to be a descendant of the Lam Clan. However, as a one-chambered glipher, Lam Zaa was unable to fully display the body form’s potential.
In the past, the first Emperor Lam was a five-chambered cultivator. When he used his special body form, he could easily handle three cultivators of equivalent state! This was why the Hundred Streams body was known as the special body form with the best defence.
Siu Suet remained composed despite her failed attack. She was aware of how tedious dealing with the Hundred Streams body was from the books.
In spite of that, she continued attacking, but Lam Zaa didn’t move even slightly. He simply stood there with his hands behind his back. Siu Suet attacks were lacking too much to break the energliph field of the Hundred Streams body.It didn’t take long before Lam Zaa finally lost his patience and reached out his right hand. As he moved, the energliph wave retracted instantly, and an enormous surge of worldly energy gushed into Lam Zaa through his Hundred Streams body.

The power of this attack was beyond what could be launched by a one-chambered cultivator, and wave-like energliph nearly drowned Siu Suet.
However, her eyes lit up despite her pale face. “Here’s my chance!”
She took a deep breath facing the surging waves and pulled her bow so delicately as if it would break with too much force. At the same time, she rapidly flicked the bow string with her index finger.
Szz szz szz!
Consecutive attacks! This was a profound technique in archery. The best archer in the world was able to shoot seven consecutive arrows at the same time, but three was Siu Suet’s limit. Weirdly, her first arrow seemed to have almost no power behind it.
Her second attack was stronger than the first but still rather weak-looking. The third, however, was covered in energliph. The third arrow was no doubt a gliphility.
It was her gliphility, Snow Splatter. The Snow Splatter arrow clashed into the second arrow with great force!
Boom!
With the tornado-like impact from Snow Splatter, the second arrow became increasingly powerful, and under the surprised gazes of many, it banged into the first arrow!
The impact was now threefold! After three arrows became one, the effect went beyond something that a one-chambered glipher could launch!
On Siu Suet’s pale face was plain excitement as this skill she created after acquiring the odd bow had rarely succeeded during practice.
But she finally succeeded in the heat of battle. Perhaps she had to thank Lam Zaa for giving her the necessary pressure.
This attack carried the impact of a threefold Snow Splatter!
After knowing that Lam Zaa had the Hundred Streams body, Siu Suet slowly ground his patience down, and all her previous attacks were launched half-heartedly. When Lam Zaa finally took action, Siu Suet knew it was her chance.
The Hundred Streams body was not just the best defence in the world; because the cultivator’s body resonated with heaven and earth, every time they wished to launch a gliphility, it would take in part of the heaven and earth energy and fuse it with the attack. Using their own energliph and the energy of heaven and earth, their gliphility’s potency would increase by at least fifty per cent.
However, this also meant that the energy sustaining the barrier would decrease.
Boom!
Waves covered the entire area, but everything was nearly destroyed by the tornado as it pierced the waves and went directly for Lam Zaa!
“What!?” Lam Zaa blurted out. He never would have dreamt that Siu Suet was capable of releasing such a powerful attack!
Even so, he was still confident in his Hundred Streams body that ranked third on the Heaven Rank, so he was only momentarily startled.
However, he was badly shocked the next second by a ball of blood-coloured light appearing in front of him.
He didn’t know when Yam Chui Ying came and took the attack for him. Determining that there was no chance of Yam Chui Ying dealing with this attack, the Metallic Blood Giant Tower wrapped Yam Chui Ying in the ball of light.
The arrow smashed into the ball of light, and the violent tornado formed a spinning gale sphere five meters in diameter.
The violent wind blades and the sharp arrow energy raged around the ball of light. Some important figures jumped off their chairs at this sight!
They could tell that Siu Suet’s attack was as good as a two-chambered cultivator. The first violent arrow was actually to mask the second deadly attack that aimed at her enemy! When the first arrow got to the enemy, the second arrow would explode into a five-meter-diameter ball of wind around the enemy and shred them with further attacks.
Siu Suet was jumping in excitement. This was her second gliphility, Snow Storm!
However, there was a hint of disappointment on Siu Suet’s face as she didn’t get to confirm if this gliphility was capable of destroying Lam Zaa’s Hundred Streams body.
Lam Zaa’s face darkened greatly.
With his knowledge, he could tell that, if not for Yam Chui Ying blocking in front of him and given the decreased energy to his barrier, he might not have been able to successfully stay in the competition. Lam Zaa had still been underestimating Siu Suet.
Just as he was getting ready to take revenge for Yam Chui Ying, Siu Suet, who was fighting violently a moment ago, rushed to help Ha Yu Bing up and escaped immediately!
“Trying to escape, huh!?” Lam Zaa shouted and chased after them!
Kong Yau moved through the blood fog. Every time she came across a blood spectre, she didn’t even need to move before starlight appeared out of nowhere and pierced through the middle of its brows, immediately turning it into blood intent.
Even under the stressful blood fog, she was just like a fairy dressed in a yellow shawl. Suddenly, a clear roar was heard. She slightly frowned and mumbled to herself, “This energy movement… a blood spectre with the power of a grade two gliphic beast?”
