Fok Fung’s cold gaze flickered over the crowd. He was arrogant, and his gaze only became gentle when it landed on Ha Yu Bing.  To Fok Fung, he lived and breathed through his swordsmanship. Nothing, even the interschool exchange, could distract him. Except for Ha Yu Bing.

The world was Fok Fung’s aim, and he would head to the Bloody War Frontier once he became a two-chambered glipher to gain experience as his generation’s Sword God! The sharp sword intent that sent others back several steps was unintended, the simple result of him spending his life around swords.

Barefooted but in the plain Great Book Academy uniform, the black sword tied onto Fok Fung’s waist that shone colourfully made the crowd stare at Fok Fung.

When the last disciple of the Great Book Academy left the Heaven Control Book, Grandma Chin Shu waved her hands, and the giant book shrunk rapidly into the size of a palm which Grandma Chin Shu then kept in her sleeves.

The arrival of many young talents greatly increased the spectators’ expectations for this interschool exchange. However, they still weren’t satisfied as their eyes moved everywhere in search of something.

The Eight Insitutions and Big Three had all arrived. It was time for the institution shrouded in secrecy— the Cloud Palace outer sect! Just as the crowd was filled with anticipation, a ray of light suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

“What was that…” Some of those that caught sight of the light around them were pushed away, emptying the area in the plaza’s centre with a gentle yet irresistible energy!

“Stop pushing…”

“I’m not doing it on purpose!”

The ray of light grew brighter and turned into a powerful energliph storm!

Boom! A group appeared out of the blue as the energliph stilled. It wasn’t overbearing, and it only felt like a fog descending. Roughly thirty teenagers in snow-white robes with a small cloud embroidered on their chests were now standing there.

They were none other than the mysterious Cloud Palace outer sect!

The crowd stared at them with their jaws open while subconsciously moving away from them. Their energliph wasn’t aggressive, but their aura made the crowd feel like they were fated leaders.

The Cloud Palace outer sect was led by two people; one dressed poorly and looked sleepy, while the other woman was the exact opposite; extremely neat from head to toe with a very straight posture! The crowd couldn’t recognise them, but they were undoubtedly from the Cloud Palace!

Behind them stood countless genius, Lam Zaa, Mung Si, Chor Kwong Laan, Wong Chow Yip, On Kuet…All the future giants of the world showed up together. Taken aback, the crowd was flabbergasted.

They knew of the previous institution’s arrival as their transportation method was visible and material, unlike the outer sect. What’s more, besides them, who travelled around South Imperial City using teleportation gliph formations!?

Leaving everything aside, if the Great Book Academy and Star Unite Education Center was home to many outstanding gliphists did the same, they would be seen to be declaring war against the Lam Dynasty and betraying the country!

But the Cloud Palace did it, and all the important figures present could only close an eye to it.

This was how powerful the Cloud Palace was. While the crowd was still in shock, Woo Nim and Cheuk Kwun had already led the outer sect students into the Metallic Blood War Gate and vanished from the crowd. With that, the institution’s guards blocked the spectators from entering.

“The opening ceremony will be held outside the Metallic Blood Giant Tower, and no outsiders will be allowed entry. Spectators will only be let into the Martial Arena once the exchange starts.”

“Boo…” Protests were heard, but only for a short time. The commoners were unhappy with the arrangement, but Metallic Blood War Gate was one of the Big Three; they wouldn’t dare to cause a scene, especially with the bright red Metallic Blood War Gate guards nearby, emitting their powerful aura. The common folk that had never seen scenes of war were sincerely fearful of them and quietened down, waiting for the exchange to start.

It was their first time in the Metallic Blood War Gate for some participants. Their first impression of the institution was grand. Unlike the buildings in the South, the Metallic Blood War Gate had a more Northern style, only one level tall with a tall, finely carved red roof. There were only facilities and no decorations to be seen and many arenas, wooden puppets and other cultivation facilities throughout the institution.

Such a grand scene! Chui Yim thought to himself.

The entire school emitted a strong, warlike aura. Kam Chin Kee was as calm as always. “Indeed, the holy place for Southern gliphers. A glipher’s cultivation and battle experience will increase rapidly if they cultivate here.”

Chui Yim nodded. That was what he felt too, as he pondered if he should find someone from the Metallic Blood War Gate to spar with him in the future. Just as Chui Yim and Kam Chin Kee looked around with great interest, they failed to notice that they were the centre of attention for the rest of the disciples.

The Big Three and Eight Institutions were focused on the Cloud Palace outer sect disciples. Besides Fok Fung, Kong Yau, and some other qualified disciples who chose not to join the outer sect, the outer sect was the institution with the strongest disciples of their generation. Mung Si, Suet Sing Fuk and Lee Bat Fan were the best gliphists of their generation, while Chor Kwong Laan, Wong Chow Yip and the rest were their representative gliphers. Even the crown prince, Lam Zaa, was in the outer sect!

Putting his strength aside, his status was already enough to have the rest treat him respectfully. The other students stared at them with disdain, jealousy, envy and even the urge to fight. This outer sect cohort was outstanding as they remained unfazed at all the stares. In fact, they’d have to thank the trip to the Forbidden Forest.

After encountering the scary giant demonic spider, the rivalry between those their age was nothing. It was just unfriendly coming from the other institutes’ disciples; how could it possibly scare them?

The various disciples moved forward despite their different intentions and soon reached a huge arena under the guidance of the Metallic Blood War Gate members.

Chui Yim felt complicated once he saw the arena. I should have enrolled here instead! Leaving the other factors aside; this arena is ten times larger than the entire outer sect! The Big Three, Eight Institutions and others are barely twenty percent of the arena’s size!

It was all red, with numerous Metallic Blood War Gate disciples keeping guard outside sternly.
