Night of the Broken Gliph

Man Yee Ho focused his eyes. Such a swift strike!   

His fingers danced and left countless afterimages in the air. A giant shield made of energliph formed in front of him in no time! 

Boom! Snow Glider and the gliph shield met as the thin silver layer was torn apart into a shower of snow. 

The gliph shield shattered as the spear came to a stop. Man Yee Ho turned to dodge Yeung Tin Hun’s attack while simultaneously launching his own to defeat the cold-blooded young murderer!  

Yeung Tin Hun yelled and swayed his silver spear in the air, countless sparks transforming into three spear shadows that crushed Man Yee Ho’s gliph swords! He moved at lightning speed and activated his gliphility while blocking the gliph weapon with his right hand. It was difficult to notice the fog coming from his feet in the snowy white mountain range. 

Being fearless didn’t mean that Man Yee Ho was brainless. He had come to understand the system of this world and identified that Yeung Tin Ho was a glipher who had broken through his innate chamber, resulting in his powerful physical strength. There’s no way to fight him in strength, Man Yee Ho thought as he jumped back, flicking his fingers. Two spears made of energliph appeared once more! 

The longer Yeung Tin Hun fought, the more anxiety crept on him. He would be an idiot if he still couldn’t tell that the other party had yet to break through his innate chamber.

 But his speed says otherwise.   

If he didn’t witness it, he would believe he was battling a peak single-gliphic gliphist! It was surprising, but he acted quickly and activated the energliph on his left arm. With two palm strikes, he resisted the gliph spears!  

This… Man Yee Ho watched the scene with surprise. He kept a cold expression while raising his fingers over his head. Gliph strings emitting from his fingers intertwined to form a three-meter-long gliph knife! 

“Die!” Man Yee Ho growled, a serious expression surfacing on his babyface. His murderous intent filled the air as he moved to take Yeung Tin Hun’s life.  

“Damn! You’re really doing it!”

Feeling his murderous intent, Yeung Tin Hun felt that his life was in danger. He gripped his spear tightly, the mini cloud gliph on his left thumb blossoming into a beautiful flower as he activated his energliph. A fresh stalk of flowers covered his entire arm, all the way to his shoulder.  

This was Spring Day, a gliph of Four Seasons Heaven! Energliph entered Spring Day and activated the defensive gliphility, Sleeping Past Spring’s Dawn!  

The silver spear emitted a pink-coloured light shield , surrounding Yeung Tin Hun.  

At the same time, the huge knife that Man Yee Ho congealed from his fingers slashed down towards him.  

Boom!  

With the duo at the centre, the snow on the ground flew all over the place, revealing the black ground hidden under the thick blanket of snow. Yeung Tin Hun was taken aback to feel his energliph flow out of his body like a fountain. The Sleeping Past Spring’s Dawn was a gliphility passed down for generations in the Four Season Heaven. Its strength was that it could be used repeatedly, and the thin-looking shield was strong enough to resist multiple stronger attacks. 

However, Yeung Tin Hun was feeling hard-pressed as he fought Man Yee Ho. Similarly,Man Yee Ho was feeling the same way, unbeknownst to him  

Having learned various things such as gliphism and physical training from Man Chin Hung for so many years, Man Yee Ho had been creating his personal gliph before he even broke through his innate chamber under her guidance. It was none other than the gliph he was using against Yeung Tin Hun now, the Great Weapon Plan gliph.  

With a great number of weapons as the base, he could make them into gliphs. Even Man Chin Hung was stunned by the idea.  

Even though the Great Weapon Plan wasn’t completed yet and it could only form basic weapons for now, Man Chin Hung felt that he would be invincible among his generation. But now, he was having a tough fight with a teenager his age.    

Never belittle any talent in this world!  

Man Yee Ho quickly adjusted his mental state as the energliph wave in his hands grew stronger. He might not have broken through his innate chamber, but as his innate chamber was his wind chamber, he was no weaker than Yeung Tin Hun, who was already a one-chambered glipher! 

This competition of skill and gliphility turned into one of energliph in no time.  

It was all because both of them were people who could kill without hesitation; both knew how to quickly end a battle. Especially Man Yee Ho, who saw Yeung Tin Hun as a cold-blooded serial killer, felt it was best to quickly end Yeung Tin Hun’s life.  

Szz… 

Both parties’ energliph clashed, and sounds of pressure could be heard from the ground. The noise captured Yeung Tin Hun’s attention. He looked at his feet subconsciously as he stood rooted to the ground. Man Yee Ho followed his sight and was stunned as well.  

Their energliph dispersed immediately as they froze like an ice sculpture. Kok Yeung’s subordinate, whose jaws were dropped to the ground from the fight, took this chance to escape immediately.

The Snowdrift Mountain Range snowed all-year round and bore the characteristics of a Northern territory. The ground was always covered by a thick blanket of snow. Even when it was artificially cleared up, it would reform in no time due to the heavy snow. And now, a black circle on the mountain range had formed due to their battle.  

However, both of them saw a gliph on the ground. It was a simple one, like the simplest part in Man Yee Ho’s Great Weapon Plan and resembled the Wall Prison, a gliph only made up of a few strokes. But when one took a closer look, it was obviously more than what it seemed.  

Every single gliph string was made of numerous gliphilities! Neither could recognise this gliph, but they instinctively knew it meant water.   

Roar!!  

When both of them regained their senses, they heard a terrifying roar. The entire mountain range shook, and both looked up simultaneously to realise that an avalanche had happened due to the beast’s roar! 

Some gliphic beasts were already crushed by the ruthless avalanche while many others fled for their lives. Man Yee Ho and Yeung Tin Hun turned and ran immediately!
