The only person in Chui Yim’s eyes right now was Chor Kwong Laan. He automatically filtered out all the whispers around him as the image of Mo-Yung Yin appeared in his mind. To be exact, the scene of how Mo-Yung Yin treated Chor Cong Hoi, the way he congealed energliph into tiny needles. The three gliph strings in front of him compressed as if he was trying to compress them into the same tiny needles.

“What is he trying to do…” Chui Yim’s action confused Woo Hung, who had become enraptured by his actions.

The gliph strings shrunk slowly. Limited by his mental state and cultivation, he couldn’t replicate Mo-Yung Yin’s tiny needles and only ended up with three flat, ribbon-like strings. This was Chui Yim’s limit. Beads of sweat were already trickling down his forehead, but he remained composed.

“Go.”

Chui Yim spoke as his three ugly energliph ribbons slowly covered Chor Kwong Laan’s left arm.

Sizzle sizzle sizzle…

A sharp sizzling sound was heard when the ribbons met Chor Kwong Laan’s left arm. Woo Hung and several others with medicinal knowledge who understood the current situation were so shocked that they could barely think.

Szz szz szz szz…

When the ugly ribbons disappeared, the Spiral Dragon Claw gliph on Chor Kwong Laan’s left arm was half erased! Several gasps could be heard from the crowd.

“How could this be!”

Beads of sweat rolled down Chui Yim’s head, but it didn’t affect his focus in the slightest. He slapped the jade on his waist as a few leaves of grass appeared in his palm. Chui Yim obtained these dragon drool grass; the main ingredient of gliphs for Chor Clan members, from the Chor Clan’s dragon drool grass farm for “research purposes”. The grass in his hands was a hundred years old!

Chui Yim dared not use his mineral tattooing method which he used for Chor Shing Chit, as he was still unsure about how it worked. His energliph covered the dragon drool grass, condensing it into a dark green liquid and under Chui Yim’s control of energliph, it dropped onto Chor Kwong Laan’s arm carefully.  After some time, a complete Spiral Dragon Claw was seen on Chor Kwong Laan’s arm. Chor Kwong Laan was still unconscious but no longer looked to be in pain and seemed to be sleeping peacefully.

“Huff…” Chui Yim heaved a sigh of relief and sat down. He was drenched in sweat. This treatment didn’t just tire him physically but also mentally and used up a huge amount of his energliph too. If not for Ping Chi’s grade three Returning Sprit Elixir, his gliph mending would’ve failed!

When he caught his breath, he finally realised that his surroundings were so silent that he could hear a pin drop. There was only the sound of the wind.

Those that were at a loss remained hushed to prevent embarassing themsleves while those who understood the situation were flabbergasted.

“Suppressing with energliph, stealing from the heavens to change gliphs…this…is the great master state!” Woo Hung mumbled to himself as if he had seen a ghost. His low voice echoed through the skies.

A thirteen-year-old Great Master glipheon? Who was also a metalsmith that could forge grade-one weapons? Is he’s human?

On the other hand, there was a rare smile on Woo Nim’s face. Indeed deserving of Uncle Wun’s recommendation!

“Alright, time for us to return.” Cheuk Kwun laughed as the wind blew the clouds southward.

Eeeek!!!

Beneath the clouds was the Forbidden Forest. The Giant Demonic Spider’s sorrowful roar echoed throughout the huge forest, scaring all other gliphic beasts away!

Whoosh!

Another three-meter-tall beast appeared next to it; it was another spider! The smaller male spider uttered a few low cries as if comforting the female spider.

Roar!

The female spider stared at the cloud in extreme hatred. Just as wrath churned in it, it realised that the energliph screen separating the forest’s outer and inner range had finally disappeared.

Eeek!

Both spiders dashed and pounced towards numerous gliphic beasts to reap their lives as a form of venting their anger and resentment!

The entire forest soon left a huge mess with countless corpses all around.

Silence filled the clouds. The chattering disciples deliberately lowered their volume while most were happy to finally be able to relax and look around.

From their point of view, the Forbidden Forest looked just like a sea of trees. They were currently high up in the skies, and some gliphists could even feel the energliph movement between the clouds. Did this mean that the cloud they were on actually formed by gliphs? But with their cultivation, they couldn’t detect and understand the mystical gliphism.

“I say, shouldn’t we set things straight now?” Just then, a cold voice rang out. He didn’t lower his voice, attracting everyone’s attention, even Woo Nim and Cheuk Kwun.

It was the pride of Lee Clan, one of the biggest Southern military clans of South Imperial City, Lee Bat Fan. He wore an ugly expression.

He contributed nothing in the fight. Only fifteen, he was a talented teenager with an innate wind chamber, but he had yet to break through. He was also not one of those with the ability to draw gliphs before breaking through, so he was no different from an ordinary, weak gliphist.

What was worse was that he could only escape using all his strength right from the start. If not for the special body his clan cultivated for him using large amounts of precious ingredients, the Flexible Bones Body, he would have long died from the excess energy waves of the fight.

On the other hand, the sight of Chor Kwong Laan, On Kuet and Wong Chow Yip of the three other military clans giving it their all made him felt cold. He felt extremely helpless even if he knew that gliphists were late bloomers. What made it worse was how Kam Chin-Kee, a weak piece of trash, became one of the main combatants! He was unexpectedly powerful, and his puppet skills, especially his Puppet Bomb, greatly shocked him.

He was aware that he wouldn’t be able to produce such attacks even after he broke through, so Lee Bat Fan was burning with jealousy, naturally making him target the cause of the earlier events!

“The cause of the Giant Demonic Spider incident, which nearly killed Chor Kwong Laan and injured many other disciples should be punished, right?” Lee Bat Fan turned towards Lee Bak, resting with his eyes shut, and Sung Hau hiding behind him.

“And?” Lee Bak opened his expressionless eyes.
