Chapter 3227 Prisoner Again II

I watched the four-armed man leave, before sitting down in my new cell. It hadn't been more than two days before I left my old cell to force into the new cell.

"What did you do?" I had just sat down when the question came from a man in the left cell.

"Trespass in organizations' private property," I replied. "Damn; that is half a century on the twelfth floor or two decades in Oxfowl mine," he replied.

I looked at the stone skin man, with blue marble skin. "What did you do?" I asked. "Me? nothing. Some bastards from the organization framed me just because I didn't give him a discount," he replied.

"How long do you have to serve for that?" I asked. "About the same as you," he replied.

"So, where is this place?" I asked and the stone-skin man looked at me, like I have asked him the stupidest question ever.

"The grey prison," he said after a few seconds of silence. "No, the clothes city, region, and even the continent." I clarified.

"Have you hit your head with something?" he asked. "Something like that," I replied, not wanting to explain the whole incident for the third time.

"You are in the territory of Marlnar origination, and the closes city also had the same name. It is a Remval region. In the continent and Zomar," he replied.

"Do you want me to name the world too, in case you have forgotten that?" he asked, putting a serious expression on his face. "There is no need for that," I said.

I knew where I was at the moment; I heard the name of the region.

It seemed like the rift had taken me to a completely different continent. I had not expected that, at most; I thought the rift would take me to the next region. To send me to a different continent, it needs to be quite powerful.

I did not speak further and instead lay down.

I was so tired that I fell asleep almost immediately and when I woke up; it had been sixteen hours.

It did not surprise me that I sleep so long. In two days, I have received a brand, fought countless battles, and walked into the flames of wrongness screaming with every inch of my life.

The last pain I felt was something I could not even describe, but it was something I don't want to experience again.

So, one could imagine that I needed a good sleep of sixteen hours. As for how I know, it had been sixteen hours.

Well, my clones came back, and they are showing me the shocking change in my core.

I immediately entered my core; I appeared at the tallest peak. Looking at the southern side, where there is a huge mountain of translucent gold and blood-red solid had appeared.

It is in the sea and quite far from the island I am on.

Though it might be far away, I could tell it was bigger. Far bigger than the island, at least ten times bigger, and it should be even bigger underwater if it follows the common geology.

As for where it comes from, I did not have to think about it. Those shades are enough to tell me.

I had been worried about what the hidden being had done to it after bringing it to my core. Now I know, at least some part of it for me; the question is, whether I could get it.

I tried, but I couldn't; I couldn't move too far away from the island.

Well, I am glad. I got something to what I suffered. I am happy, even though I can't use it.

I did not think about it further, knowing I will be able to reach it, when I became capable.

So, I focused on other thing, me.

I have gone through a few things, especially that bloody fire of extreme wrongness, and I have received some benefits. I did not have a lot of time to study the data and now I looked at it, I couldn't help getting shocked.

While this change wouldn't provide me with a rise in strength, the benefits it will provide will be a thousand times greater.

I looked at them till I believed them before I turned toward the library.

Hun!

I had taken a few steps toward it when suddenly stopped. It looked different, there is no change in it, or otherwise my clones would have informed me, but it still feels different.

I shook my head and resumed walking toward it. Soon, I reached it and entered inside, and froze again.

I am once again feeling the change, despite no change occurring in the interior.

I shook those thoughts away and entered the library, before sitting in a familiar place and reading an already-opened book.

Hun!

I was only able to read for a few minutes before I heard the conversation outside. I immediately opened my eyes and got.

"It is a good thing you have awoken. The meal had arrived; it will disappear if you didn't touch it within fifteen minutes," said my neighbor.

"Thank you," I said and picked up a meal place that had appeared in a circular formation.

I took the first bite and hunger came raging. It is so intense that I had finished the bland mean in record time. I put the plate back in the circle, before laying back on the stone bed.

I don't know how long I will have to stay here. Even if my story checked out, I don't think they will just let me go.

That will leave me no choice but to leave this place.

I did not act hasty. I will wait for the news before started making my plan. Though, like the last time, the chances of escape seem slim this time too. There is an Earth Sovereign.

It is not constantly keeping an eye, but, I am sure. The moment a problem occurs, their soul sense will sweep through the ground.

I did not think too much about it. Instead, I closed my eyes and returned to my core. There I studied and worked on my inheritance.

I am making good progress in it and would be able to finish the inheritance within a month.

Three months of captivity cannot do magic. I don't think I would have been able to make such progress if I had been out looking for opportunities.

Still, I wish, I had been out, as I had been on my turn or not an object of people's nefarious designs.

A few hours passed, and I took a break from working on my inheritance and practicing the strengthening method.

Practicing it in a temporary cell is dangerous, but it is one of the things I could control, and I want to practice it, despite the danger.

A surprising thing happened as I practice. The pain, which used to make me grit my teeth, had barely made a frown appear on my face.

I had experienced such a pain in the past few days; that this pain begins to feel dull. It is still very painful, but it does not have the same effect on me as it used to.
