I Have a Sword

Chapter 750: Stellar Sword Scroll

Before long, Ye Guan and Qing Zhi arrived at the foot of a mountain range that seemed to stretch endlessly. At the distant end of his vision, a few ancient trees towered into the sky, blocking out the sun.

Qing Zhi's expression turned somewhat solemn. "This is the Shenxu Forest."

"Where are Qing Dai and Qing Mo now?" Ye Guan asked.

Even when the Primordial Spirit Clan was in danger, the two did not appear.

"They are both somewhere in here," Qing Zhi replied gravely.

"The Primordial Spirit Clan was in danger, yet they didn't help?"

Qing Zhi shook her head. "I don't know why either."

After a moment of silence, Ye Guan said, "Let's go in and have a look."

Qing Zhi nodded.

Ye Guan was about to fly on his sword when Qing Zhi stopped him.

"There are very powerful restrictions here. If you fly on your sword, it will attract terrifying forces," she said.

Ye Guan looked up and released his divine sense. As soon as it reached the sky, it was shattered.

Shocked, he said, "That's quite strong."

Qing Zhi nodded slightly. "This Forest Civilization is very powerful. Our ancestors have spent quite a few years exploring this place, and those lucky enough to get back alive came back incredibly stronger."

"I hope we can gain something as well."

The two walked deeper into the forest. As soon as they entered the depths of the mountain range, Ye Guan felt many mysterious restrictions and seals.

Fortunately, Qing Zhi led him away from many of them, making it evident that she was familiar with this place.

Before long, they reached a pool of water. Above it was a thousand-meter cliff with falls that poured down into the pool.

"According to our ancestors' records, this is the Earth God Water Palace," Qing Zhi said.

"Earth God Water Palace?"

Qing Zhi nodded slightly. "Yes. It's at the bottom of this pool. Our ancestors benefited greatly from it."

She turned to Ye Guan and smiled. "Shall we take a look?"

Ye Guan nodded. "Alright."

The two descended into the water. About half an hour later, they reached the bottom of the pool. A hundred meters in front of them, they found a palace made of a mysterious material that emitted a faint, dark glow. It emitted an eerie atmosphere.

Qing Zhi whispered, "According to our ancestors, this used to be a stronghold of the Forest Civilization. It once contained many divine artifacts and cultivation methods from that era, but now they've all disappeared."

"There was a Forest Civilization expert with your clan leader earlier. Do you know anything about that?" Ye Guan asked.

"I asked the clan elders, but they don't know either."

"Could it be that the Forest Civilization has returned?"

"Logically, it shouldn't be. If they have the ability to travel to other universe realms, it's unlikely they would come back here..."

"Let's go inside and take a look."

Qing Zhi nodded.

They walked into the palace. Inside the main hall were various bizarre statues, some resembling humans and others looking more like mythical beasts. In addition, mysterious starry skies were painted on the walls around them.

Looking at the walls, Ye Guan asked, "What are those?"

"According to our ancestors, they're maps," Qing Zhi answered.

"Maps?"

"Yes. These walls bear maps left behind by the Forest Civilization. It's said that following them can lead to their universe. However, I'm not sure if it's true or not."

"Didn't your ancestors try to follow them?"

"They did, but they failed. The one who tried said it was impossibly far. Even though he had achieved ninety percent divinity, he still couldn't reach that place."

Ye Guan opened his hand and used his divine spell to copy all the maps.

Having Little Ai study these maps could prove useful.

"Why do you think they left these maps?" he asked. "Were they hoping for others to find them?"

Qing Zhi shook her head. "I don't know."

Ye Guan smiled. "Let's go."

He had already scanned the surroundings with his divine sense and confirmed that there was nothing else of value here. However, just as they were about to leave, Little White and Erya appeared in the hall.

"Is there a treasure here?" Ye Guan quickly asked.

Little White nodded, making him grin.

"Where?"

Little White looked around before fixing her gaze on the wall in front of them. It was another map, but it didn't seem to have anything worthy of note.

As Ye Guan and Qing Zhi watched in confusion, Little White extended her small paw. Mysterious energies began to flow toward the wall.

Soon, the map began to tremble slightly. To the astonishment of Ye Guan and Qing Zhi, a mysterious scroll slowly emerged from it.

Little White glanced at the scroll and was about to put it away when Ye Guan asked, "Little White, what is that?"

Little White blinked, then waved her small paw rapidly.

Ye Guan turned to Erya for clarification.

"She says she doesn't know either, but it's definitely something good. We should keep it for now," Erya answered.

Ye Guan froze.

Qing Zhi smiled at Little White, having already taken a liking to the little creature. Little White was just too adorable.

Ye Guan hesitantly asked, "Can I take a look?"

Not thinking much of it, Little White handed the scroll to him.

Touched by how much Little White trusted him, Ye Guan accepted the scroll and opened it, revealing a vast starry universe that was filled with countless floating swords.

"What is this?" he asked.

Little White peered over but blinked in confusion as well.

Glancing at it, Erya said, "It appears to be a sword array."

When Ye Guan looked at her, she continued, "Make it submit to you."

She then turned to Little White. "This thing is suitable for our grandson. Let him have it."

Little White blinked, then extended her small paw toward Ye Guan.

Puzzled, Qing Zhi watched on. Ye Guan quickly took out a hawthorn candy and handed it to Little White, who grinned while accepting it.

Qing Zhi didn't know what to say.

You sold it for a hawthorn candy? That's ridiculous!

Meanwhile, Ye Guan bit his finger and let a drop of blood fall onto the scroll in his hand. However, the scroll remained unresponsive, leaving him confused.

"Help him out," Erya said.

In response, Little White nodded and patted the scroll with her small paw. The scroll trembled, transformed into a beam of black light, and entered Ye Guan's forehead.

Boom!

Instantly, Ye Guan felt the scroll integrate into his consciousness.

It had recognized him as its master!

He could sense countless ancient swords residing in a mysterious galaxy within his mind. With just a single command, he could summon them all across time and space.

The realization left Ye Guan in awe.

The scroll's name was Stellar Sword Scroll. It contained a million mysterious ancient swords, constantly nurtured in a galaxy. When activated, the swords could easily destroy an entire galaxy.

Ye Guan attempted to summon some of them but found it incredibly challenging. It put a huge strain on his soul and energy. To fully utilize the swords, he would need to merge with Ao Qianqian.

Ye Guan couldn't help but look forward to testing the power of this new ability. However, he knew he couldn't test it casually because its power was too immense.

"You can imbue those ancient swords with Sword Intent," Erya suddenly suggested.

"That's right!"

Ye Guan quickly tried the idea out. In an instant, his invincible Sword Intent surged into the million ancient swords. The swords then began to tremble and emit a terrifying pressure.

Ye Guan quickly stopped, however. Unless he merged with Ao Qianqian, he wouldn't be strong enough to control so many ancient swords imbued with Sword Intent.

Seeing Ye Guan's pale face, Erya said, "You need to increase your cultivation level."

Ye Guan nodded slightly. "Indeed."

He opened his hand, making the Stellar Sword Scroll appear in his hand. The power of the scroll was so immense that it surpassed his current techniques. It was second only to the Qingxuan Sword.

Ye Guan smiled at Little White. "Little White, do you have a lot of treasures?"

Little White blinked but didn't say anything.

"Among all your treasures, which one is the best? Can I see it?" Ye Guan asked.

Little White suddenly took out an ancient book, but Erya quickly stopped her.

"You need to focus on solid progress right now. Using too many external items to help you won't do you any good. Got it?" Erya said.

Ye Guan laughed. "I'm just curious; I don't have any other intentions."

Erya nodded. "I believe you."

Nevertheless, she hurriedly put the ancient book away, dumbfounding Ye Guan.

Curious, Qing Zhi asked, "What was that?"

Ye Guan was equally curious. For Little White to consider it her best treasure, it had to be extraordinary.

Little White's small paws moved quickly.

Puzzled, Ye Guan looked at Erya.

"She said that the girl is quite beautiful and would be a suitable wife for you," Erya said, rendering the three speechless.
