"What should we do, Captain?" the informant quickly asked as he gazed at the fleeing dragon in the distance.

"What else can we do?" Captain Nikolai gave the informant a look as if he was asking the obvious before saying, "The dragon has been become enraged because of us. We need to stop it before it rampages in the city!"

"Even if it means putting down the dragon?" the informant frowned.

"This…" Captain Nikolai hesitated.

At the same time, the giant shadow of the dragon soon loomed over the city before the people realized the immense size of the dragon.

"Incredible! Are all dragons this big? It has to be at least 100 feet long!"

"100 feet long? That's such an understatement. It has to be at least 300 feet!"

The crowd exclaimed in awe at the majesty of the dragon as it flew overhead when a few sprinkles of blood rained down on their faces.

A 30-odd-year-old lady wiped the drop of blood on her forehead before she exclaimed, "Is this blood? Dragon blood?!"

"The guardian is wounded! The peacekeeping forces have wounded our guardian!"

"F*ck, f*ck, f*ck! Look at all this spilled blood! Are they trying to kill our city's guardian?!"

The crowd was incensed.

Boom!

A few moments later, the dragon crashed into a 50-floor building, causing supporting pillars to crack as the building began to slant and crash into its adjacent building!

Boom! Boom!

Three tall buildings quickly collapsed like a domino effect, causing untold casualties and devastation to the area.

Rumble…!

As Captain Nikolai and the rest of the peacekeeping forces reached the shores of Silvercove City, they quickly felt the vibration in the ground.

Captain Nikolai's expression abruptly changed before urging his men, "Quick! The dragon has already reached the central district! We need to get there quickly and minimize the casualties!"

"Yes, sir!"

Anime Convention Center, underground floor

Rumble…!

As the gathered crowd completed their role registrations with the Otaku Terrorists, the ceiling suddenly shook with a few cracks forming as tiny debris fell out of them.

"An earthquake? Why is there an earthquake without any prior warning?" a young boy muttered with surprise.

"Idiot, earthquakes come from below, not above," a young lady rolled her eyes and said with a frown, "Something big must have happened on the surface!"

"Obviously."

The gathered youths quickly flipped out their phones and searched for news while others blindly speculated the situation above.

At the same time, the official assault members gathered around their leader with a solemn before an assault member asked, "What does everyone think that was just now?"

"Perhaps our location has already been leaked to the peacekeeping forces?" another member guessed with a frown.

Everyone's hearts tightened immediately.

However, Jeffrey pondered for a moment and said, "It shouldn't be the case. Nevertheless, we have spent too long here. It's time for us to disperse and convene elsewhere at a later date."

"I agree."

"Same here."

The assault members quickly agreed.

"Alright, fetch the stack of registration forms and help me disperse the crowd."

"Understood."

Shortly after getting the assault members to help, Jeffrey turned to the crowd and said, "Alright, everyone. Your registration has been, more or less, completed. I welcome you all to the organization."

"However, our time is tight, and now is the time to disperse before the peacekeeping forces catch wind of our gathering here."

"Eh? Already? You're not going to issue us any mission or tasks to complete for the organization?" a newly registered recon member asked with surprise.

"No, new recruits won't get any missions immediately as you have only just joined the organization," Jeffrey shook his head before affirming the person's doubts, "However, you do not need to worry."

"You should have already filled out your contact details in the registration forms. When the organization has news or missions for you, you will be contacted immediately. For now, everyone can return to their normal lives."

"I see…"

Shortly after, the crowd began to disperse from the underground room under the official assault team's guide.

As Anya followed the crowd back to the ground level with Albion and Fenriri, she commented, "That was quicker than I expected…"

"The Otaku Terrorists are quite prudent," Albion said with a smile before adding, "This isn't a bad thing, though."

"If they weren't this careful, their group would not have survived for so long with the world government onto their asses."

"Pft, true."

Anya giggled softly.

"Master, what are we going to do now?" Fenriri asked on the opposite side of Anya.

"Well, since we are done here…" Albion gazed up at the ceiling with his subtly glowing red eyes and smiled, "Let's go check out the commotion outside."

"Okay!"

Silvercove City, Central District

"Move! Quickly get out of here!"

"The peacekeeping forces are trying to kill our guardian! We have to stop them!"

As people evacuated from the devastated area, others were also trying to pass the barricades erected by the joint efforts of the police force and peacekeeping forces.

"Get lost! This area is no place for civilians to be! Are you tired of living?! What difference can you make?" a police officer reprimanded a rebellious kid that tried to jump the barricade.

The kid glared back at the officer and pointed his finger in admonishment, "Are you going to let them kill our guardian?! Whose side are you on?!"

"Yeah!"

The crowd began rallying outside the barricaded zone.

Albion and Fenriri strolled through the crowd, unobstructed, as everyone—even the police officers respectfully 'made way' for them to past.

"Huh? Why is my body moving on its own?"

"Oi, oi! Who's shoving me—There's no one?"

People were confused.

"Hey, you two! You can't go in there! It's dangerous!" a police officer tried to stop Albion and Fenriri from proceeding, but he could not get within 30 yards of them.

"Huh? What is this power?"

At the same time, the dragon laid in the center of the ruins while being surrounded by the peacekeeping forces.

Roar!

From time to time, the dragon roared as if to warn the peacekeeping forces from drawing closer, or it would attack.

However, its strength slowly dwindled along with its blood loss, causing its roar to weaken over time.

By the time Albion and Fenriri arrived at the scene, its roar almost sounded intimate to their ears as it noticed them.

"Do you know it, Master?" Fenriri asked Albion.
