"He's lying, Mother. He's not at the hotel at all," Dae Hyun said angrily, wanting to say everything that happened but was afraid that his mother would be shocked.
If Soo Yin wanted to come along with him then everything would feel more relieved.
Dae Hyun immediately reached into his cellphone which was in his pants pocket to contact Park Soo Hyun to come home as soon as possible.
"What's wrong?" said Park Soo Hyun weakly.
"Hurry home, don't be a coward. Don't hide if there's a problem," Dae Hyun said in a rising voice.
"You don't have to worry because I'm on my way home." Park Soo Hyun's voice sounded so weak that Dae Hyun wanted to throw a fist at him.
Dae Hyun immediately hung up the phone because he didn't really like to express his emotions with words.
Aeri was quite annoyed because last night Dae Hyun had left her because of an unimportant damn girl.
Today Jo Yeon Ho had left for school so Dae Hyun felt calm. His son didn't need to see if there would be a fight.
"Dae Hyun, then where have you been? Why did you just come back? Shouldn't you two be together last night?" asked Mrs. Park who was suspicious because Dae Hyun rarely stayed at home. Even since coming home from out of town, he always said that he would stay at the hotel.
Aeri couldn't help but speak up. Maybe this was a right time to say it all. But just as she was about to open her mouth, Park Soo Hyun appeared. His steps looked a little wobbly.
"Finally you have the courage to show your face." Dae Hyun immediately approached Park Soo Hyun and then threw a fist that was quite hard to his face.
Park Soo Hyun, who was feeling weak, immediately staggered to the ground. His head was spinning.
"Dae Hyun, what are you doing?" shouted Mrs. Park who was hysterical when she saw Dae Hyun hit Park Soo Hyun's body several times.
Park Soo Hyun just kept quiet without any intention of fighting back because his actions yesterday were wrong.
"Stop it!" Mrs. Park tried to block Park Soo Hyun by being in front of him with her arms outstretched when she saw Dae Hyun about to hit him again.
Dae Hyun was forced to lower his fists because he didn't want his mother to be hit. His eyes were sharp and burning. His breathing was irregular due to holding back the anger in his chest. Remembering how last night Soo Yin had tears in her eyes and looked very scared.
"If there is a problem between you, it should be discussed properly. Not with violence like this," said Mrs. Park as she shook her head.
"What is this?" said Park Ji Hoon, who had just come out of the study.
"Just ask him," Dae Hyun said sarcastically as he looked at Park Soo Hyun.
"Please now everyone sit down and please explain what happened between you two." Mrs. Park helped Park Soo Hyun to stand up and sat him down on the sofa.
Everyone was now sitting on the sofa in the family room. They seemed to want to have a discussion. There was silence without anyone making a sound. Park Soo Hyun sat halfway between his mother and sister-in-law. Meanwhile, Dae Hyun sat next to Park Ji Hoon.
Dae Hyun and Park Soo Hyun both didn't want to open a conversation first.
Dae Hyun turned his face to the other way because he didn't want to look at his brother.
Meanwhile, Park Soo Hyun was holding back the pain in his face from Dae Hyun's punch. Even his nose and corners of his lips were bleeding.
"Why is everyone silent? You two have to talk quickly." Mrs. Park tried to be wise not to defend her two sons because she didn't know what really happened. Although she felt very sorry for Park Soo Hyun who was bruised.
"Soo Hyun, where were you last night? Why did you come home undressed?" said Mrs. Park with an intimidating look. Then sniffed the body of her youngest son. The aroma of wine immediately wafted into her nostrils.
"Have you been drunk all night?" She continued with sharp eyes.
Park Soo Hyun just kept quiet, his mind drifted to imagine that last night he had forced Jean to serve him. The girl who didn't know anything was now the victim.
"How could he dare to go home. He almost rape Soo Yin," said Dae Hyun with a burning breath while squinting his eyes at Park Soo Hyun.
"What?" Mrs. Park was really surprised to hear what Dae Hyun said.
"So you blamed me for that. It wasn't entirely my fault. You were the one who started lying to me, not only me. Everyone was even fooled by what you were hiding," said Park Soo Hyun while snorting in self-defense.
"Of course, because it's you who is at fault. You shouldn't force someone who doesn't want to love you," Dae Hyun pouted with a lopsided smile on his lips.
"I just want to know, why Soo Yin would rather be your mistress than be my girlfriend," replied Park Soo Hyun no less fiercely.
"Because I'm better than you," Dae Hyun said triumphantly.
"What are you talking about? I don't understand at all," said Mrs. Park who felt confused by everything. Her head felt a little dizzy when she heard her two sons arguing.
Park Ji Hoon can't do anything when all their bitter truths and secrets have to be exposed. He didn't want to get involved because his two sons were adults.
"Mother, let me explain everything." Aeri couldn't help but speak, maybe this was the best time for Mrs. Park to believe her.
"Tell me what you know?" asked Mrs. Park who was impatient.
Immediately Aeri put on a sad and pleading face to make it more convincing.
"Mother, actually Soo Yin has been trying to seduce Dae Hyun for a long time. She seduced Dae Hyun because she wanted to have the treasure of this family," said Aeri sadly.
"What? There's no way Soo Yin would do that," said Mrs. Park as she shook her head. Considering Soo Yin was an innocent and very kind girl.
