*Bam*
Isaac kicked down a door, which led to a worn-out building, which was one of the few that was still standing on the Wild West village.
It was a small store-like building with a wooden front desk and two doors leading to the storage area, but it was very small and empty.
A layer of dust covered the wooden floor, and all sorts of insects were crawling from the cracks.
Isaac sat down and leaned on the wooden wall. He was hiding from the sun because after spending so much time on the dark cave system, he got used to it, and the sun was simply making his skin ache.
There was a reason why he didn't leave yet; he wanted to assign his stats.
He has 30 Stat Points to be used.
He didn't think too deeply and simply put them on agility and precision.
[AGI: 60 -> 80]
[SP: 30 -> 10]
[PRE: 110 -> 120]
[SP: 10 -> 0]
His HP had been recovered not long ago, and the bruise on his shoulder disappeared.
He opened his Interface and checked how much the XP Boost Potion had time left, and surprisingly only 10 minutes!
Unknowingly, the time went faster than he could have ever imagined.
''It's useless to go find more monsters...'' Isaac came to the conclusion that he was done for today. Even though Mythical VR Helmet allows him to play as long as he wants, there was still a thing called mental exhaustion.
He opened his Inventory and grabbed the Teleportation Pearl; he only took a glimpse of the uses and didn't expect it to have any changes, but what he saw truly shocked him!
[Epic Teleportation Pearl (10 uses)]
''10?!'' Isaac rubbed his eyes and wanted to make sure he didn't mistake 10 as 1.
But, once he opened his eyes, it was still 10.
''How...'' He started pondering what the reason for such drastic change was but only came to one conclusion.
''It was the Tail Spirit...'' He remembered that the Tail Spirit was very obsessed with the Teleportation Pearl and somehow merged with it.
During the merge, the Teleportation Pearl must have its uses increased.
He thought about teleporting to his rented room at first, but then his thoughts started wandering, and he thought about his real life's room.
''I will log out after teleporting.'' Isaac made up his mind, but he was still thinking about his real-life room and not his rented room.
''Home.'' The Teleportation Pearl started glowing, and soon the greenish glow covered Isaac's body.
Soon, both he and the Teleportation Pearl disappeared.
...
Inside Legacy Headquarters.
Arthur was once again standing in the middle of the room, which had thousands of screens nailed on the walls.
Hundreds of workers were tirelessly typing on the keyboards; no one, except Arthur knew what they were doing.
But soon, the calmness of the room was disturbed.
*RING!*
All the screens became red with alarm blasting an ear-piercing sound.
Arthur widened his eyes in shock and saw all the workers typing on the keyboard in a hurry, trying to find what was happening!
''Report!'' He shouted and saw that none of the workers seemed to have any idea.
After seeing that his workers had zero idea, his face paled as possibility appeared on his brilliant mind.
''It can't be... It's too soon!'' Arthur stormed out of the room, leaving stunned workers behind.
While he was running in the hallway, he noticed a beautiful middle-aged woman carrying a stack of papers, barely managing to stay standing.
She had beautiful blond hair, reaching all the way to her lower back, and beautiful blue eyes, like an ocean, were living in them.
She also noticed Arthur running like his life depended on it.
''Arthur is something wro—'' She didn't manage to finish her words after Arthur ran past her.
''Code red!'' Only Arthur's scream was heard as he kicked a door to pieces, which led to his office.
Emilia's eyes widened, and she accidentally dropped the stacks of papers on the floor. Instantly, the hallway was blocked by the papers, but she didn't care and ran after Arthur.
She ran as fast as she could with her heels and soon reached the office.
Arthur was typing like a madman on the keyboard and was muttering some inaudible words, ''Too soon... Too soon... Too soon...''
Emilia sat next to Arthur and was fidgeting around with her fingers. She knows everything there was to know about White Online.
She might not be as famous as Arthur, but she has been with him since day one.
She knows the seriousness of Code Red alert, and it is something that can compromise the real purpose of White Online to the outside world!
''If it is one of those gossiping bitches, then we are ruined!'' Arthur felt like pulling his hair out, but he needed to be sure about the reason for the Code Red!
''Arthur, it will be alright.'' Emilia grabbed Arthur's hand and did a weak squeeze, ''Everything will be fine.''
Arthur stopped for a moment after feeling Emilia's soft hand touching his, but soon he continued typing and said, ''That's right... But, this shouldn't have been possible! We made sure that only Players with Mythical VR Helmet could cross the worlds, but was there a bug?''
''Wait...'' Emilia then suddenly exclaimed, ''Didn't you give the President of Whitelock Company the Mythical VR Helmet?!''
Arthur widened his eyes, ''You mean... He would go and try it out?''
Emilia sighed and didn't know an answer to that question, ''Maybe... Some would feel impatient to try it out.''
''No... He is not that kind of a man.'' Arthur leaned on the chair, then he remembered that he had a son, ''But... What if his son was lucky enough to accidentally cross the worlds?!'' He quickly sat straight and started typing.
He remembered Maxwell's son's ID and started typing [Wraith]
Soon, he pressed enter, and the screen started changing.
Arthur and Emilia leaned closer on the screen and wondered. Was the first-ever user of Mythical VR Helmet so incredibly lucky?!
