When Immortal Ascension Fails Time Travel to Try Again

Hi Everyone!

I am still terribly sick. This week my cold (or series of the various cold virus strains) kicked my ass. I am a week behind on Patreon right now because of this damn cold so I opted to postpone my next chapter by a week here rather than get two weeks behind. Two weeks would make it too hard for me to catch up once I feel better. Editing each part takes a mental toll on me because of how much effort I put into each sentence and paragraph.

Also, it is nearing October 31st here in Southern California, which means that it's nearing Halloween. Though it is celebrated elsewhere, Halloween is a very American holiday (I know that not everyone here comes from America). For me, it is one of the few holidays that is just plain fun. Kids dress up as their favorite character or as something cool, weird and interesting. Then they go from door to door asking for candy from neighbors (who are usually complete strangers). It's one of the few holidays that return my faith in humanity and community.

Anyways, I made this using MidJourney with an image from Novel AI as a source, then I edited it using Photoshop. It's for those who appreciate Halloween and is a thank you for those who have stuck with me. I swear I don't usually take time off like this but I think this 4-6 week long cold (or series of cold viruses) is an exception. Now I'm going to go lay back down and suffer. Hopefully I'll be well enough to edit next week!
