"Male, Sir," answered Joana which suddenly made Ellena and Lucas slightly widen their eyes in surprise.

Lucas glanced at Ellena for a moment. Suddenly, there was the sound of a chair being pushed. At the same time, Lucas got up from his seat. "Let me meet him." He said which of course made Ellena stunned to look at him. "You stay here!" He ordered, then immediately rushed from that place.

At that moment, Ellena's heart was pounding erratically, feeling an overwhelming fear. Yes, of course she was afraid that Lucas would think she had an appointment with another man, when in fact she didn't. In fact, she also felt confused and curious about who the real man out there was.

The upright body with a height of 185 centimeters seemed to be swinging his legs with definite steps. His jaw tightened slightly causing a grim expression on his face. It was as if he didn't want to receive a male guest who wanted to see his wife, whoever it was.

'Who is the man who dares to meet my wife?' He muttered to himself.

Lucas stopped in his tracks right in the doorway. There was a man with short hair with a casual appearance standing with his back to him in front of the house.

Lucas scanned the man from the bottom to the top. He stared at the sturdy body with a slightly lower height than him.

"Ahem!"

The man reflexively turned his body, when he heard Lucas' snoring sound. He looked away for a moment when he found Lucas who was now standing about 2 meters in front of him.

"You?" Lucas knitted his brows, staring intently at the figure of a man who was visiting his house. A familiar man who had always bothered her mind.

Keenan. Yes, that man is Keenan. Somehow he could suddenly be at Lucas's house and intend to meet Ellena.

'How dare he come to my house?' Lucas grunted inwardly.

Lucas' name was already worldwide, so it wasn't difficult for Keenan to find his address and it was only natural that he would suddenly be there.

"I came here to meet with Ellena, can you call her for me?" said Keenan while smiling cynically.

Lucas laughed bitterly, before responding to Keenan who he thought was very unethical in visiting. "Who gave you permission to come here? I would never allow any man to meet my wife, including you!" He insisted without caring about Keenan's current status for Ellena. What he knew, his status as Ellena's husband was certainly stronger than Keenan's status as a lover.

Keenan took a few steps forward, toward Lucas who was still standing in the same place as before. He then pulled the corner of his lips into a smirk of hatred, plus his eyes were even more sinister than before.

"Did I give you permission to marry my lover?" asked Keenan deliberately trying to make fun of Lucas. "No! I never did it, neither for yesterday, today, tomorrow, nor even forever. That will never happen, dear Mr Lucas. Soon I will take Ellena back into my arms!" He insisted then.

Lucas was a little taken aback by Keenan's sarcasm. However, he quickly neutralized his feelings and remained indifferent in front of Keenan.

"And you think I care?" Lucas didn't want to lose. He turned back Keenan's sarcasm. "No!" He said, which suddenly made Keenan even more furious.

"As hard as you try to snatch her from me, that's how hard I hold her so she doesn't fall into your arms again!" Lucas' sarcasm managed to thwart Keenan who was just about to respond to his words.

Keenan chuckled, then put his hands into the pockets of the jeans he was wearing. "Have you forgotten that your marriage is only a contract? I'm just waiting for the time for your divorce, I hope you don't forget that!" Keenan reminded him, hoping Lucas didn't forget about it.

A scornful grin appeared on Lucas' face. It seems Keenan doesn't really know who he really is. Just a matter of agreement, it wasn't a difficult thing for Lucas. If he intends, he can cancel the agreement at any time. However, it seemed Lucas was still too sane not to force Ellena to stay with him. Even if it had to happen, it didn't mean it had to be that way. There are many ways he can do, without having to force his wife.

Lucas looked away for a moment, then slightly leaned his head next to Keenan's ear.

"You also have to know one thing. I can cancel the agreement whenever I want and you need to remember that I am Ellena's husband. I can freely do anything so that Ellena does not dare to leave this house, even if only an inch!" He said in a lower voice than before as if he didn't want anyone else to hear. However, the emphasis was quite disturbing Keenan's ears.

"Do you understand?" He asked as he straightened his head, then looked cynically at Keenan's face.

Keenan clenched his fists so that the veins on his arms stood out. I don't know since when he took his hand out of his pants pocket. His jaw clenched again and he breathed heavily from holding back anger.

"Be prepared, because maybe you will feel excruciating pain here." Lucas said before Keenan managed to respond. He seemed to be holding Keenan's chest, then gently patted it. This suddenly made Keenan look even more furious.

"Don't you ever touch her, because I won't let that happen to Ellena!" Keenan growled as he removed Lucas' hand from his chest. "I won't spare you, if you dare touch it even if it's just a hair!" He added later.

"Hey! I'm her husband. I have the right to everything in Ellena, whatever it is. You really have no right to rule our lives, because you are nobody, neither to me nor Ellena!" Lucas protested.

Keenan tightened his fists and clenched his teeth, before deciding to throw a raw punch in Lucas' face. "You?"

Right on target. With great agility, Lucas managed to catch Keenan's hand which almost made his face battered in an instant. He then strengthened his grip on his hand and hung Keenan's hand in the air for a while.

"I'm not a reckless person, so I hope you can also behave in my house, if you don't want to get into legal trouble with me!" Lucas warned and tightened his grip even more so that it made Keenan look a little grouchy, though a little restrained.

"Do whatever you want to do, because I don't care. All I care about is one and that is Ellena, my lover!" Keenan replied with great emphasis on his last words.

"Brother?"

Before Lucas could respond, suddenly the sound of someone calling caught their attention. I don't know how long Martin and Ellena had been standing there.

The commotion in the room apparently reached Ellena and Martin's ears, so they were curious and decided to check the conditions in the living room, even though Lucas had warned them to stay quiet in the dining room.

It turned out that their guess was right that there had been a commotion in front of the house. Martin seemed to walk over to Lucas and Keenan, while Ellena still remained where she was without taking her attention away from them.

Seeing the appearance of Ellena and Martin in the room, Lucas swiftly let go of Keenan's hand with a little roughness, causing the man to groan again in pain while holding his hand.

"What did you do to him?" Martin rebuked Lucas while pointing at Keenan.

"You can ask him what he did to me." Lucas answered flatly.

"What did I do to you, huh?" said Keenan trying to dodge. "I only came here to meet Ellena, not you!" He added in a slightly loud voice.

Meanwhile, Martin who was already standing in between them, just watched them in turn, observing every sentence that came out of their respective mouths.

"Is that how you go to someone's house?" Lucas looked at Keenan's face disapprovingly. "You really have no manners at all!" He snapped, licking his lips.

"Is that also how you treat guests—"

"Stop!" concluded Ellena who had been watching the debate between her husband and lover.

Ellena walked up to them with slightly limp steps. She didn't expect to witness the fight between Lucas and Keenan in person at that house.

"Why did you come here?" Ellena immediately rebuked Keenan, as soon as she looked at the man.

"Why do you blame me?" Keenan asked surprised to see Ellena's unusual manner of speaking in such a high tone to him.

"Do you hear? Ellena just doesn't want you—"

"You too!" cut Ellena while turning a furious glare at Lucas.

"Do you blame me?" Similar to Keenan, Lucas also put on a surprised face. "He's the one looking for trouble in this house, not me. Why did you—"

"Shut up!" shouted Ellena who could no longer contain her anger, suddenly making the three men who were there seem to jump in surprise. In fact, Lucas took a step back.

Lucas did not expect that a woman as innocent as Ellena turned out to have a very dangerous lion side. This was the first time he had seen Ellena so angry in front of him.

The atmosphere became silent for a moment. Both Lucas and Keenan, they seem to choose to remain silent.

"I don't understand about you. You are both adults, but still act like children," said Ellena, starting to let out the things that had been bothering her heart and feelings. "What exactly are you guys arguing about this early in the morning, huh?" Ellena looked at Lucas, then turned to Keenan's face.

"It's all because of you! Why did you invite him without my permission, huh?" Lucas said blaming Ellena.

"Me?" Ellena pointed to herself. She didn't expect Lucas to blame her so easily.

"Couldn't you have spoken more softly to my sister?" protested Martin who had been watching the movements of the three of them without looking away for a second.

"You'd better not have to interfere. This is my business, your sister and him!" Lucas said while pointing at Keenan.

Just as Martin was about to respond to Lucas' statement, Ellena suddenly spoke up first.

"Why am I in the wrong? Just so you know, I've never invited anyone to this house!" rebutted Elena firmly.

"Then why is he suddenly at my house if you didn't invite him here?" Lucas said in disbelief.. "Arrgh!" He moaned.
