Dilan chose to spend an entire month fighting Lesser Gods.
Calling it a fight might be a little bit too much because Dilan was basically beating the shit out of everyone before giving them the 'choice' to do whatever they wanted with the memory shards he lend them until they finished watching the memories that were stored inside.
Everyone was too afraid of him to reject the choice he gave them. Thus, they ended up watching the memories, which shocked most of them.
None was able to endure the pressure that originated from the memory of Hoert's encounter. Dilan understood their feelings but he also felt that they were exaggerating it a little bit. The pressure originating from memories was basically non-existent and merely an illusion.
However, he didn't really pay much heed to their attitude and fear. Instead, he told everyone to give him his contacts with which he created an anonymous chat where nobody had to reveal their identity.
Dilan didn't reveal his identity either but he was the administrator of the chat group so everyone was aware of his second identity, the Azure Hellrider.
That was enough for him and it was time that Dilan entered the Chaos Realm.
Lesser Chaos Gods were stronger than Lesser Gods under normal circumstances. Their Powers were similar to the powers Veilures possessed, but there were specific differences.
For example, Veilures were able to devour the Origin energy and the Fate of a Universe. This was not something Chaos existences from the Chaos Realm could do. On the other hand, certain individuals from the Chaos Realm were said to possess the power to close Veil or weaken them at the very least.
The Ancient Chaos God was one of such existences and he was said to be hibernating after he was severely injured from the aftermath of closing several Veils during the Old Age.
Dilan didn't know how true this rumor was but he hoped for the best. After all, that would mean Nial Orin would have the capability to decrease the size of Veils, or even destroy them.
Dilan fought Nial for a total of 100 days, without taking a single break. He knew that Nial was extremely powerful and that his ability related to Chaos was extremely pure. It was countless times stronger and purer than the Swirl of Chaos of the Chaos Monsters he had encountered during the Second Awakening of Milarn.
The Hordes of Chaos and Destruction…
Thinking about them, Dilan was reminded about the True Destruction Trait. He knew that he was one of the only beings who were 'somewhat compatible' with the True Destruction Trait.
In the end, his True Undying Essence healed his body countless times when the True Destruction Trait had been implanted in his body back in the City of Trials when he finished his Tier-4 advancement mission. Under normal circumstances, he would have never gotten his hands on such a treasure but his Origin ability made it possible.
Thanks to the True Undying Essence, his body had even adjusted to the True Destruction Trait, though it had been a painful reconstruction of his body, something his body didn't actually want at that time.
'Can I destroy the Veils as well? Would I make things worse?'
When Dilan entered the Chaos Realm many questions flooded his mind. The desire to fight Veilures erupted within him, even if it was just to see how effective his Power of Destruction was against them.
He sighed deeply and retrieved one of the Chaos Orbs. It was made out of the core of the burning star which had once been the first life of the Flame of the Beginning.
Dilan hadn't been sure whether the Flame of the Beginning would hate him again when he showed him equipment or tools made out of the core that had once been its body, but the Flame of the Beginning was rather thankful.
Dilan had been able to show the Flame of the Beginning far more than it could have seen with the Sun God, let alone by moving in the same motion as always, doing nothing.
Right now, the Flame of the Beginning could even create an Avatar with a Shred of its body. The Avatar could take on any shape and it possessed tremendous Power, enough to fight against Demi Gods. That was something Dilan and the Flame of the Beginning had already tested out.
And now it was time to test out how strong both his Power of Destruction and the Flame of the Beginning was against Chaos Monsters.
He formed a highly compressed flame, shaped into a large dagger in his left hand while Oricalm's shape changed to a large dagger as well.
pαпdα`noνɐ1`сoМ However, while the blazing dagger was searing hot and weaved from compressed flames, Oricalm was razor sharp, and further augmented by both the Power of Destruction and the Immortality Aura.
Even if he wouldn't fuse the Power of Destruction and the Immortality Aura with the intent to discharge it into a sword slash, or a sword beam, either of those two powers was extremely powerful.
But Dilan fused them nonetheless, though he didn't intend to discharge them. On the contrary, he used the Destruction Immortality Aura with the sole purpose of coating Oricalm. Dilan wanted to finish his preparations before entering the battle.
He thus summoned the Hyel Destructo Armor set and used the mana he absorbed to activate both Walk of Thunder and Second Acceleration. Walk of Thunder was utilized with ten times more mana than necessary and its effect was increased drastically.
Standing near a cliff that was void of a flourishing environment, let alone any greenery, Dilan looked down onto the plateau where tens of thousands, if not more Chaos Monsters were already waiting for him.
"I shouldn't let them wait, otherwise, I wouldn't have any manner…" Dilan mumbled as he approached the edge of the black cliff.
There was no greenery all over the plateau, everything looked dead and Dilan couldn't help but shake his head with a sigh.
'So that's the Chaos Realm…looks more like the Realm of the Dead than anything else…'
With that in mind, he exerted his Green Magic and manifested powerful wings around him.
Just a moment later, he was already on his way to the ground.
