While the group of Scar and Fang were busy scouting the two unaware young people, there was another group who was eyeing their group.
"Captain BBear, looks like those fools are already in position and ready to act anytime," said the blonde man.
"No Precarious, just wait for a moment. I'm sure they won't act as long as the bait is in the crowded area. I bet my balls that those idiots have no balls to act in the open area."
"I see. Hehe, okay sir," replied the blonde who had the codename of Precarious. He couldn't help chuckling at Captain's words.
A second later, a mist appeared and a figure materialized beside them.
"Shawter...." Precarious mumbled.
The figure fully materialized from the mist. And based on the figure. She is a woman.
(Tap tap tap…)
She stepped slowly towards the Captain and stopped in front of him.
"Our men are already in position and ready to catch them whenever you permit," respectfully reported by the girl with the codename of Shawter.
Her figure looks magnificent. Her face couldn't be seen as she was wearing her green hood from her green leather armor she was wearing, and a green mask was covering her mouth and nose.
However, everyone was seemingly wary of her. No doubt that she was no ordinary member of their group.
"Mm. Good job, Lady Shawn. When those idiots make a move we will start as well," said the Captain.
"Just doing my job." After saying it, she sent a glance at the two unaware youngsters before her figure disappeared in a mist once again.
"Fuh, she finally was gone." Precarious breath a sigh of relief when Shawter left. For some reason, he could not help holding his breath near her. That woman was sending chills down everyone's spine who were present in the room. She was oozing with malignant aura.
In truth, Shawter was the one who trained them all on how to become a monster. And their training was could only be described as hellish.
Gulp. Everyone gulped upon reminiscing their past. But it was different now. They successfully evolve into a beast that ready to devour their opponents. Not the wimp they used to be! Now they are members of a group that able to scare even a large syndicate black organization!
Everyone's eyes were gleaming with fighting spirits.
Well, they were already in many missions and accomplished great results in each. So now, their resolve was as solid as the sturdiest rock!
But when they noticed the appearance of mist once again.
'Gwah! She came back!' They warned their selves inwardly. They immediately went into attention and fell silent, not even a gulping sound was discernable.
"By the way, I received input from our insider. They are going to lure the bait into a deserted place." She immediately said without greetings.
"I see, good job, Shawter."
As expected, only the captain can casually talk with her. Not even Precarious wanted to meddle in their talks.
"No biggie. Aside from that, based on the map, the closer deserted place in the area will be… the Back River?"
In the northern part of the Market, there was a river at the back of buildings that were lined in accordance.
But to arrive there, they must pass the narrow alleyway first. Then turn right and step down on the 5-steps stairs that could be seen in there. After it was a dark segment where most people only visit if they needed to piss.
It was dark over there and mostly deserted. But when a person turns to his left and steps down again at a 10 steps long stair, everyone could see the Back River.
"Right. That might be the place. Please order some of our men to hide and watch over the place before the enemy do."
"Mhm!" After her nod, she vanished once again.
Haaaah~~!
The other people inside the room were finally able to make a long breath.
The captain glanced at them and saw their ashen faces.
'Just how long will be these people recover from their trauma?!' The Captain was wondering.
Regardless, they needed to spy on the enemies!
In the elixir stall,
After hearing Yman's call, Rea and the vendor glanced at him.
"My my, do you wish to add something venerable, young sir?" The vendor said respectfully but with a hidden grin.
Yman glanced at them. Then darted his eyes towards the small figure resting on his shoulder.
"My Deity, can you appraise the quality of these elixirs?" He asked her, then glanced at the vendor. "You won't mind right, Mister Vendor?" He said.
The vendor was shaken upon hearing the word appraise. But he needed to compose himself. Perhaps, it was only a mere sniffing or whatnot.
"Oh my, is it the human toy? Fufu, of course, please do so," urged the vendor while glancing at the small figure that based on what he knew, it was invented by humans. He had no idea what this little figure could do. He had several human customers buying his elixirs, but most of them did not bother asking their toys to appraise his elixirs. Therefore, he wasn't wary of it.
It was just a human toy after all.
He heard many great things about these toys of humans, but it wasn't great as he heard too that when the one using it exhaust his stamina, the resonance between the toy and user would be canceled and the owner would be vulnerable and prone to death.
By the way, it was unusual to see a noble Encan young man using it. Though it only wondered him for a brief moment.
Then he heard the toy saying <Alright!> in an excited tone.
Then the next second, the small figure's eyes let up while waving her tiny hands.
After it, one after another, some small objects in bluish and holographic design appeared on top of all of the elixir's cap.
Both of them saw a long-narrowed rectangular box filled with a different color as it went up and down inside the box. Probably, a gauge to measure the authenticity of the product.
The things that appeared in empty air were the holographic screen in small sizes. Inside it was written the result of the appraisal.
Yman grinned upon reading each one of the data on it.
