Chapter 1218: Familiar!

Gargi looked at the details of the Gray Bull. She was already familiar with the beast.

After a long pause of silence, Gargi took a sigh and left the queue.

The Gray Bull wasn't her first choice, but what made her give up on going for the fourth summon was the price of the beast.

If only a beast of higher quality could sell for seven thousand supreme Sacred stones, she didn't dare imagine what the cost would be for the upper levels.

If she had come to the store before the war, she would have gone for higher-level beasts, but the war with the two Higher Gods and races drained a large number of resources saved by the Turas over their rule on the planet.

The Gray Bull wasn't a weak creature. And since it was of higher quality, it at least had chances of passing that level and becoming Supreme God, which Gargi no longer had.

Reaching Higher God had drained all her talent, so she had been stuck at that level for thousands of years without seeing any improvement.

It was also the reason Gargi was in a hurry to solve the curse. She wasn't growing in her cultivation at all, so once any of the opponent's Higher Gods grew in cultivation, she would lose everything. She was only strong because she was older.

There was a line waiting at the square device, so it took time before it was her turn.

When it was finally her turn, she took a deep breath and put the card in its compartment while placing her hand on the respective section.

The next moment, Gargi found herself in a different location. She was in a vast grassland, and not far from her, several cattle were grazing on the grass, peacefully enjoying their lives.

They noticed Gargi's presence but ignored her, except for one creature.

When it saw Gargi, it stopped grazing on the grass and approached her, stopping at a distance of one hundred meters.

Gargi understood it was her opponent since it was the only Gray Bull present in the area. All the others were cows from different groups.

MOO!

The Gray Bull menacingly glared at Gargi and then roared toward the sky. It was an awe-inspiring creature, standing tall and mighty with a massive, muscular body. Its thick, fur-covered hide was a deep shade of gray. The powerful muscles rippled beneath its tough exterior, showcasing its immense strength. It possessed a pair of large, sharp horns that curved gracefully upwards from its head, gleaming with a metallic shine.

Ding!

The next moment, the bell with no known direction of origin rang, announcing the start of the taming battle.

The Gray Bull immediately raised its upper hoofs in the air and then stomped with full might. The next moment, the ground beneath Gargi's foot cracked open, throwing her off the mark.

It wasn't the end, as the bull pounced on her like a spring. While it was happening, the cows kept grazing ignoring all the ruckus around them.

The battle between the two continued. The Gray Bull was brimming with strength, and so was Gargi.

The members of the Turas race were beautiful but also strong when it came to physical strength. Gargi and the Gray Bull were clashing head-on as Gargi grabbed the bull's horn trying to tame it.

Time flew by, and as the battle continued, the beautiful grassland turned into ruins. The cows grazing peacefully were no longer there, as they had run away from the battlefield after the Gray Bull's order.

Gargi was a better fighter than the Gray Bull, so it was showing in the battle. When the fight began, the Gray Bull was the one making moves, but as time passed, Gargi started to gain the upper hand. The time for the last strike finally arrived.

Burning its blood, the Gray Bull activated [Mighty Bull Charge] while Gargi also used her ultimate skill.

The Gray Bull rushed at Gargi like a ray of red light, and the same was the case with Gargi, but it wasn't her charging; it was her skill.

Boom!

The next moment, the Gray Bull and the attack clashed, creating a loud explosion sound and then dust clouds.

Gargi coughed blood and crashed to the ground since the attack had taken its toll on her. The Gray Bull was in no better condition as it had been deeply injured by the clash.

After a few seconds, the Gray Bull finally took its last breath, and its piercing yellow eyes turned lifeless. When Gargi saw it, she heaved a sigh of relief.

Gargi was excited about what the Gray Bull would bring her since she had seen it fighting. Her strength in the battle was the same as what was in reality, and still, the creature forced her to fight to such an extent.

Gargi immediately decided to go to war with the Higher Gods after leaving the store. With her and the Gray Bull's combined efforts, the opponents stood no chance against Turas.

As Gargi was thinking, she found herself back inside the room. She had a smile on her face, which had come after a long time.

Suddenly, a pricking pain attacked her, and her smile disappeared immediately. The screen on the device then lit up with the details of the contract.

Since Gargi didn't have any of the three store cards, she needed to complete the purchase from Aakesh. She then left the queue and walked in the direction of the room exit.

When she stepped outside the room, she found a line of three people in front of Aakesh, so she joined it and waited for her turn.

"... these are the store products currently available in the store," Aakesh commented after completing the introduction of the store's products for the man.

The man stood there in surprise after the introduction was over. He still couldn't believe his eyes. He had come to the store due to coincidences, as his sister lived in a neighboring city. When he came to meet his newly born nephew, he found out about the store from his sister.

The man then asked for Panagea but was disappointed to learn about the lack of spots. He then asked for weapons and proceeded in that direction.
