Zayn couldn't find Tilan, at all.

It was almost as if the manager wasn't even present, in the first place.

That irked Zayn, who wanted to beat the shit out of the Soul Knight for everything he did to him. If Manager Tilan hadn't been that greedy, Zayn wouldn't have been burned, frozen, hit by highly corrosive acid, and his arm twisted and broken twice.

It didn't matter what was right or wrong. The only thing of importance was that Zany felt like killing Tilan today, right here and right now!

He focused on killing the lethally injured Blessed that were lying on the ground, desperately trying to reach out to someone who would help them.

However, the only thing that greeted them was a quick death. Zayn didn't show any mercy to people who were willing to kill him, no matter what their reasoning might be. He wanted to survive, and to do so, he would have to kill those who wanted to kill him.

There were only a few instances in which he would be willing to spare someone's life, and today none of them was applied.

He devoured the ownerless soul particles of close to a hundred Soul Squires and more than ten Soul Knights in less than half an hour. If it had been before he advanced to the Soul Knight rank, this would have been a little difficult.

However, now that he had already completed two Soulrings around his heart, it was much easier to absorb and annex the ownerless soul particles.

Soul particles usually resisted the suctioning force of the heart. They didn't want to be annexed by anyone, under normal circumstances. However, ownerless soul particles were different. Ownerless soul particles had already been annexed once and they were willing to be annexed once again.

They knew the benefits of being part of an existence that refined its body, mind, and the potency of its soul particles with the help of the Soulrings they created.

That was also why Zayn had no problems annexing the ownerless soul particles of many Soul Knights and Soul Squires without too much of a setback. His heart, refined from the two Soulrings that revolved around it, was strong enough to endure the little pressure that was put on him through the soul particles he devoured.

His strength increased rapidly and his Stamina was consistently replenished with the power that flooded every cell in his body.

Zayn's movements became sharpened, the Dragontale Twin Sabers sliced through his opponents with ease, and his speed seemed to increase the longer the battle lasted.

After the battle lasted for close to half an hour, Mocalw, Agile, and Herculean had been drained of all their energy. They turned into wisps that returned to the Grimoire of the Ancient. As for the equipment they had wielded and worn, it dropped to the ground.

Zayn had picked it up quickly to make sure that no Blessed could get hold of them. Empowering his opponents with powerful Artifacts was not exactly what he intended to do, after all.

While three Spirits had been forcefully ejected from the physical world, Glutton didn't have any energy left either. It fired energy balls wherever they would be the most helpful. Unfortunately, Glutton's help was not always that helpful. It had yet to learn how to aim precisely, which was also why some energy balls turned into a bigger problem than expected.

It was lucky that none of the Spirits had been hit by the energy balls, otherwise, the situation on the battlefield would be a little more problematic than it was now.

The Sparrow Spirits didn't participate in the battle anymore either. They observed the battle and searched for Manager Tilan. This was a very important task, just like making sure that none of the Blessed could flee from the battlefield.

After Zayn had manifested Berserk, it was only obvious that no witnesses could be left alive. In fact, the moment he had summoned his Spirits, Zayn knew that nobody was allowed to leave this battlefield alive.

That was also why he sent Saber over to kill everyone who was daring enough to run away from the battlefield.

By doing this, Saber couldn't continue to mindlessly slaughter the Blessed around it. Saber had to pay attention to the Sparrow Spirits to hunt down the runaways.

This left only two Spirits on Zayn's side, but that was more than enough for Zayn to handle everything easily.

Berserk and Tank created a great synergy. Berserk had a faint affinity toward the wind element. It could accelerate its movement speed by close to 30% as long as the winds were precisely controlled. That way, Berserk could mindlessly slaughter the opponents around it.

The winds could enhance the speed of the allies near Berserk as well. Sending Tank out in front of Berserk allowed Berserk to enhance their movement speed, and to have someone face the impact of various attacks while Berserk would either cripple the Blessed or end their lives.

Meanwhile, Zayn had reached the Soul Wisp of another Soul Knight who had attracted his interest.

"I shouldn't waste this feast, don't you think?" He asked quietly.

There was not a single living soul near him, but it was not as if he expected someone to answer his question, either way.

His eyes gleamed brightly as he stared at the Magician-type Blessed who had caused way too much trouble during the last half an hour.

It was time to bring the Soul Knight to his side of the battlefield!

Exerting the Soul Extraction technique, the Soul Essence of the Soul Wisp was rapidly extracted. Using the remaining ownerless soul particles of the Soul Knight's Soul Wisp, Zayn manifested the Spirit of the troublesome Blessed.

Zayn's breathing was a little rough, his chest heaved up and down, and cold sweating poured down his temples, but he was smiling in excitement nonetheless.

"Rise and shine, Tera!"
