573 Kazumi’s past life was more fascinating than she expected

“Umm. I never expected to experience this level of danger. Not to mention without having my hero mark discovered until the usual century time arrives and people start questioning where the seventh otherwordly hero or the invader was summoned to...”

“It is fine, Vincent. Not everyone wants to kill you.” Mimi said with a smile. “Ahem, well, they mostly would do all they can to get the information they desire.”

[... isn’t that similar to being hunted? I didn’t expect everyone would still be hostile after hearing not everyone wants to kill you.]

-At least we met some friendly people.-

[Yeah. Like the overly friendly hot century-old vampire embracing you from behind while the green steam censuring our view is leaving from the window.]

-...-

“Looks like I have made all of you worried, hehe.” Mimi giggled as if she didn’t mind experiencing danger before causally continuing, “I came here as a test, but my father should arrive within this month. But as long as you stay hidden in the academy’s barrier...”

“What? Why is the ‘we have a problem’ expression on your faces?” Asked Mimi curiously.

“We have a dispute with five noble families for trying to molest our elven team member. I was blinded by rage at the time and carved the letter B I T C H on each of their chest.”

.....

“Haha! Now, this is fun! I really like you more, Vincent.” Mimi said with a beaming smile. The thought of Vincent drawing his enemy’s blood was making her excited, as if it was something romantic.

*Cough* “Let me quickly explain.”

Mimi nodded and soon revealed a smile. “I understand, and this is going to be fun. I drink your blood, and you drink mine.”

“Huh?” Vincent and the rest became confused. The idea of drinking blood felt strange and wrong.

“Haha. What’s with your worried faces? One milliliter of my blood will place my scent or, as we call it, mark our preferred blood banks. However, only for one hour, so you will need to drink twenty-four milliliters of my blood like medicine.”

“Ahem. Speaking about blood, hehe. I am parched. Can I have a gulp of your...”

“Fine.” Vincent interrupted. “The information about Ester and I were quite valuable. Just try not to suck me dry.”

“Don’t worry, I haven’t had fun for a long time, hehe. I still need you to provide this vampire who had thoughts of becoming a nun some maintenance and fine-tuning, hehe.” Mimi said while seductively giggling.

Sofy rushed to the bed while Mimi bit Vincent’s neck to wet her throat with blood.

“Don’t forget about me!” Sofy said urgently as if she was going to get forgotten by Mimi’s great presence.

[I wonder what is going to happen next, hehe.]

“Ester, Lupa, Iris, Lilith, and Sakura. Would you accept Sofy and Mimi to bear our mark? Bear our close bond?” Vincent asked.

Ester crossed her arms while looking at Mimi with a frown. “It’s not like they have any more clothes to remove. I just hope the large jugs will not make you sick.”

“I want to have a powerful sister to spar with. I also want to ask bat girl if she knows if the noble white wolves are like sister Ester.” Lupa said while wagging her tail with great interest.

“Yes. Snow wolves were the only wolves with white fur in this world, and they were attuned to the ice element.”

“The white wolves were summoned to this world, and their race was named white wolf. It was done by the same person who brought the vampires and the two sisters beside you.”

“The humans with hair and eye color similar to blood were from our world while the various goblin races came from multiple worlds, or so my mother said. It appears only the rational and intelligent kind that walked like humans could awaken based on the blood they willingly received.”

“Thus, the gray hob-goblin has the most similar sweet-scented blood out of the rest.

Mimi finished the explanation, making Lupa excited to learn how she was from another world similar to Vincent, Ester, Kazumi, and Iris. The delighted smile on Lupa’s face made Iris, Lilith, and Sakura also accept Mimi. They only hoped she wasn’t acting.

Mimi pushed Vincent onto the bed. He soon felt two women reaching for his body like two predators competing against each other.

*Gulp* He looked at his wives, yet they didn’t move an inch. ‘We will rest for now.’ was written on their faces.

[You better take another potion. It is cultivation time, hehe.]

Vincent resigned and drank another Bloody Heart Pump potion. He was ready to drink all of them today and hoped his heart would stay strong. Overheat only had little time left.

*Pocket Cabin – One and a half hours before departure*

The one man and seven women wearing comfy robes were resting downstairs.

The five wives didn’t have any expression of disappointment or neither hostility against the two new women they accepted. On the other hand, Vincent had no expression at all. He was sleeping like a baby.

The girls chatted to know Mimi better. They needed to make sure Mimi wasn’t acting kind for now. After a while, Kazumi’s name came up, and they told Mimi how her soul is residing inside Vincent’s Soul Domain because he was the Soul Hero.

“Really? Can she hear everything we are saying?” Mimi curiously asked.

“Yes.” The Lionheart Girls answered together.

“Can I know where she was this entire time? I owe her my life. Without her, I would not have been born.”

“Without the fifth person from another world branding the mark that grants unexplainable power, I wouldn’t have an overly loving and overly protective mother that told me I was still a child at the age of fifty.”

“Like, I know my mother is over five centuries old, and she still looks young, but sheesh, I had to contact my father to leave the nest from the unyielding motherly protection.”

“Not now! That’s my mate’s and our’s special dating place!” Said Lupa with a frown. She wasn’t ready yet to hand over the keys to Vincent’s full romance experience.

*Cough* “Kazumi’s soul didn’t have memories of when she was alive. All we know is the place her soul was trapped dormant for some reason, most likely. It was the place she died. Additionally, Iris’s ancestors were taught by her. But that is all we know so far.” Explained Lilith after she and Kazumi sometimes try to guess what Kazumi did when she was still alive.

“Ahh, yes, she was known for teaching intelligent goblins our language. They used sign language to communicate with us before the five Guild Masters used the adventurer’s information to estimate where she could be.”

“Haha. Kazumi was one inteligent and crafy chick. Not even my father, mother, and the three other Guild Masters could catch her. Kazumi would be always one step ahead of five vampires with the information of adventurers combined.”

“I heard Kazumi used to create fake monster camps with the help of the monsters following her like a goddess or something like that. She would apply some of her blood on pieces of wood and make the fake monster camp feel more real to the vampires, haha.”

“I still remember my father saying how infuriated he became when the new king of the Berlucia Kingdom didn’t like the idea of vampires looking for Kazumi.”

“Was it the third person from the Sigil Mage line to attain self-magic immunity in the world?” Asked Ester after he was the only person who had no news of being a test subject. As a sane person after attaining self-magic immunity, Ester liked to read and hear how he improved.

“Yes. The sixteen-year-old kid without a lot of combat power and experience was ready to fight five centuries-old vampires. The real reason was revealed later.”

[Go on! I knew I had a stunning body, hehe. I must have made the previous king of Berlucia fall for my charms, hehe.]

[I will have to tell Vincent that I was so beautiful that the sixteen-year-old kid who became a king couldn’t resist my womanly charms. I hope he will not joke that I am overly boasting again.]

Mimi paused to bask in the curious gazes looking in her direction. She smiled and said, “That pervert king loved any kind of intelligent female.

“He allowed the merfolk to have small land, and he banged some. He allowed the demons to have land, and he banged some. He allowed the half-elves to have small land, and he banged some. He...”

*Cough* “That is enough. He was the greatest pervert who ever lived.” Said Ester with her cheeks blushing from the unexpected truth.

Mimi laughed at the view of Ester, Iris, Lilith, and Sakura blushing. Lilith also had a delighted expression as if she imagined what had happened.

On the other hand, Lupa looked uninterested since she had lived a life in the wilds for a long time, and watching other animals procreating became normal to her.

Similarly, Sofy was so used to hearing about the slaves’ flings and how they lived that Sofy could write dozens upon dozens of adult romance books if she knew how to write.

“Hehe. Anyways, Kazumi drove my father mad after hearing she was suddenly seen on the desert continent and infuriated him after it took months to understand she was letting monsters migrate as stowaways with a small token stained with droplets of her blood.”

“In around a year, Kazumi’s whereabouts could be heard from the North, Central, East, and South Continents. The West Continent was too cold and filled with wyverns to live in.”
