Summoned Again?

Chapter 144: Fixing A Mistake

Crystal soon fell asleep after all the horsing around Nat and I did with her and we tucked her in. Nat went to her room and I went to the living room. Susan was fast asleep, so I went down to Nat's room.

“I'm not going to fall asleep if you're here watching me.” Nat said and then yawned.

“Uh huh.” I said with a smile and put a chair beside the bed. “I'll let you know how long you managed to stay awake in the morning.”

Nat chuckled and climbed into bed, then she laid down and faced me. “I should tell you that you don't have to do this...”

I took a quick breath and let it out. “We're going to get into a dangerous part of your memories now.”

“Dangerous how?” Nat asked.

“I'm pretty sure it's going to be the first memory that you'll want me to remove after you see it.” I said. “It hurt you a lot when it happened and you realized what it meant.”

Nat blinked her eyes at me for several moments and then she sighed, too. “Can't you skip it if you know I'm going to hate it?”

“I thought about that, I really did.” I reached out and touched the side of her face. I lightly caressed her cheek and Nat almost looked surprised. “The problem is, if I leave this one out, the other memories will lose their significance and the weight they are supposed to carry.”

Nat was quiet for a few minutes. “If you're this worried about me, this is going to be bad.”

I nodded. “Now you can ask me why I can gently caress your face like this and you're not freaking out about it.”

“How did you know I was thinking that?” Nat asked.

“You're my best friend and we spent a lot of time together.” I said and stopped touching her. “I can do it because I care so much about you that your mind knows I'm comforting you.”

Nat raised her eyebrows at me and I chuckled.

“I've also done it several times before.” I sat back in the chair. “Once you go to sleep, I'll give you a bit of a lingering nightmare.”

“You're not helping me by saying that.” Nat said.

“Hey, I've got all night.” I crossed my arms and my legs and relaxed.

“Pendant?” Nat asked and I tapped my t-shirt by my neck. “What about Susan?”

“Already asleep. I kind of wore her out.”

Nat smiled. “Good for her.” She must have seen something on my face because she spoke again. “You're not happy with her?”

“I... ah... well...” I sighed. “I can't tell you about something else until we get another few weeks into your memories.”

Nat gave me a skeptical look and I reached out and took her hand.

“If I tell you now, you'll probably laugh and tell me I'm crazy.”

“Damon, you're sitting at my bedside and waiting for me to go to sleep, to give me memories of when we were stolen away and sent to another world to save it.” Nat said. “I'm pretty far past calling you crazy.”

“I guess that's fair.” I smiled. “It's like this...”

Nat's eyes went wide as I described my Divine Sight ability and how I've seen it work. I also explained that it wasn't a catch all 'see the future' for everyone, either. I could tell that she didn't believe me, then I told her about seeing Susan almost right after we had met and that because of it, it affected my life in a negative way... removing Jenny from it for a year.

“Oh, my god.” Nat whispered. “You... how... am I...”

“No, I haven't seen anything about you, thank goodness.” I said. “Like I described, if it will affect me in a negative way, it essentially warns me to be careful. I had two of them earlier...”

Nat took in several huge breaths as I told her about what I saw with Susan, my choice to change it, and how that affected how everything went. She waited until I said that I needed to break up with her before things progressed to a certain point.

“Don't be so selfish and stupid.” Nat said and that surprised me. “Cutting her off might benefit you and stop what you saw; but, you'll be hurting her even more if you start distancing yourself so soon after making her dreams come true.”

“But...”

“No buts.” Nat said, her voice firm. “We'll figure something else out. We know what happens... or what could happen... so, we need to figure out how to keep everyone happy and not just you.”

I sighed. “I guess that was a bit selfish of me.”

“Only a bit... since your choice was motivated to stop the negative impact on Susan while also removing the problem from yourself.” Nat responded. “That's not good enough, though. We need a solution that lets her keep her potential fantastic career in your corporation and also lets her choose if she wants to stay with you, without the pressure by her future coworkers.”

I chuckled. “Yeah, good luck with that.”

Nat gave me a squinted eye look for a full minute, then she smiled. “I got it.”

“That quickly?” I asked, genuinely surprised.

“Yep. Don't hide what you have and make it an official relationship.”

It was my turn to raise my eyebrows. “You can't be serious.”

“It kills both problems, doesn't it?” Nat asked. “She gets her meteoric rise in the corporation on her own merits, because you'll tell everyone that you're making her earn her position, rather than give it to her because she's sleeping with you.”

I opened my mouth to respond and then closed it. I didn't get a flash of Divine Sight to tell me it was wrong or gave me an alternate to the two things I had seen.

“You could make it official by marrying her, too.” Nat said.

I took in a sharp breath as a flash of Divine Sight slammed into my brain. I saw our wedding and a lot of angry faces in the audience, then a whole lot of accusations of me cheating on her with several women, both of our names are smeared, as were all of the women I had been involved with. I wasn't sure how they dug them all up, even though I hadn't been involved with them after getting married.

It was then that I saw a familiar face at the back of the crowd. A very dishevelled Stacy Miller, the FBI agent that I had ditched and hadn't had sex with, had a satisfied look on her face. She shivered and hunched over as she took something like an epileptic fit, then she stumbled out of the room. Even though I knew she desperately needed me, I hadn't gone back to visit her to fix her. The scene faded and Nat was sitting up in front of me and waved her hand in front of my face.

“No, not marriage. That's a disaster of epic proportions.” I said.

“You really zoned out.” Nat said, concern in her voice. “Are you okay?”

“No. I have somewhere to go right now.” I said and stood as I equipped jeans to replace my jogging pants.

“Damon?”

“I'll explain when I come back.” I said and left the apartment and rode the elevator down to the ground floor, went to the parking garage to get my car, and drove to Stacy's place. I wasn't surprised when I arrived there and two FBI cars were parked outside. Two agents were on guard out front and I had to assume there were two inside. I didn't get a flash of Divine Sight, so I hoped that there wouldn't be a negative aspect to what I was about to do.

I parked up the street a short ways and stored the car, then walked down the street to where the FBI guards were. They saw me coming and spoke in whispers to each other, then into hidden microphones. They didn't say anything until I came to a stop in front of them.

“Sir, keep walking.” One of the agents said.

“I would if I was going somewhere else.” I said and nodded to the front door. “Tell Stacy that I'm here for her.” I said and stored their guns.

The two FBI agents drew their guns and were surprised when they grabbed nothing but air.

“I meant I'm here to help her, not kill her.” I clarified and the two men stared at me. “Tell the people inside to let Stacy know that I'm here to help her itch. She'll know what it means.”

One of them whispered exactly what I said into his hidden microphone and there were several thumps and a quick bang, then the front door opened. I saw nearly the same dishevelled Stacy as the one in my vision, except that she looked freshly showered. Even from this far away, I could smell her scent and grew hard for her.

“D-Damon.” Stacy whispered and then hunched over slightly and looked to be in pain.

I'm in time. I thought and walked by the two FBI agents. They didn't try to stop me and I pulled off my t-shirt.

Stacy drooled at my bare chest and her eyes dropped down to my crotch. She moaned a little at the bulge there. “Oh, god.”

I tossed the t-shirt aside and stored it when it was out of sight of the FBI agents. I reached her step and her hands touched my bare skin. She moaned again as she rubbed my chest and looked up at my face.

“Damon.”

“I think you've suffered enough.” I said and kissed her.

“MMMMM!” Stacy moaned loudly and came, just from that. “Come... come inside!”

“I'm going to. A lot.” I said and picked her up.

Stacy let out a squeal of both fright and delight, then I carried her inside.

“Hey, what are you doing?” A female FBI agent asked as she rubbed her arm. I saw a knocked over chair and another woman sitting on the other side of the bed.

“Fixing her problem.” I said and tossed Stacy onto the bed that was still in the middle of her living room. I pulled off my jeans and underwear to reveal myself and Stacy moaned and scrambled to pull off her robe. The two female FBI agents were stunned to see us both naked, then I pulled Stacy over to the edge of the bed.

“P-please... oh, god...” Stacy begged as I rubbed myself over her opening, then I pushed myself inside of her. “OHHHH!” She gasped and came again.

I started moving my hips and she started panting immediately. She was very into it and came, over and over, as I teased her nub with my fingers and played with her breasts.

“More! More!” Stacy pleaded. “Give me... OH!”

I knew Stacy was getting a whole lot more out of it than I was, and yet I also felt something inside of me ease away and calm down. I had been hiding my reaction to her and had compensated by having sex with someone else; but, I still needed to have her, too. I laid down on top of her and moved in and out as much as she wanted me to, then whispered in her ear that I hurt myself as much as I had hurt her by avoiding her for this long.

“That's... good... you bastard.” Stacy whispered in my ear. “I haven't slept... more than a few hours... each day since...”

“Shh.” I whispered and bit her earlobe, then I finished.

“HNNNNN!” Stacy moaned and ground her teeth together as I came inside of her. “OH, GOD!”

I felt her vibrate and shake from coming so hard and from me going inside of her. I didn't stop moving and she wrapped her legs and arms around me. I stayed there for nearly two hours and had sex with her in several different positions, until Stacy finally whispered that she wasn't itchy anymore. I made her finish once more, finished myself, then laid there beside her for several minutes.

“How... can you...” Stacy said as she tried to catch her breath.

“It's a gift and a curse.” I said and she turned her head to look at me. “It always cuts both ways.”

Stacy looked down at my still ready member and I saw the surprise on her face.

I climbed off of the bed and as I pulled on my underwear, I used a Cleaning Hands spell to clean myself up. “I need to go.” I said and pulled on my jeans next. “You might need another dose in a few days, so I'll be back at the same time on Wednesday.”

Stacy didn't say no or tell me to get lost, so I turned to look at the two blushing female FBI agents that I assumed had been there to make sure that Stacy didn't hurt herself as she slowly went insane from denied lust.

“You still need to protect her, just in case.” I said and one of them licked her lips as the other nodded. I handed them back their guns, which surprised them, then I left the house and pretended to pick up my t-shirt. I took it out of inventory and slipped it on, then handed the two FBI agents their guns as well. “See you Wednesday.”

They watched me walk up the street until I took the corner. I took out my car and drove back to my apartment. Nat should be fully asleep by now and I would give her the next week of her memories, which included the very first skirmish that she had been sent on.
