“Jessica Musk? Isn’t that your sister?” Rak’Tharos frowned after the Apocalypse Survivor Weekly Update was over. “Didn’t she kill herself?”

He turned to look at Jennifer, and her dumbfounded face told him the answer to his question.

“She’s… alive.” Jennifer whispered in disbelief.

“Not just alive apparently. She’s a monster now that she’s got a boon from an Adamantium Sponsor. But still, she’s nowhere as lucky as you. An Adamantium Sponsor is just an Emperor like me. You’re getting my blood and my personalized training. Even if she’s powerful now, she won’t be as powerful as you in the long run.” Rak’Tharos told her.

But Jennifer didn’t hear a single word he said. Her eyes were closed, and tears of happiness were streaming down her face. Her hands were clenched tightly into fists as she exulted with all of her soul deep within her.

“I definitely should change my plans. All three siblings are ridiculous. I have stumbled into a gold mine here! I need to think of a way to mine all of the gold for myself!” Rak’Tharos thought.

And so that way, both of them spent a pleasant half a day thinking happy thoughts.

“I forget to call her for a few days, and she ends up in the Apocalypse Survivor Weekly Update? What a sister I have.” Elliot chuckled as he tried to call Jessica.

“Hey bro! Praise me! Praise me now!” Jessica said as soon as the connection was established.

“Hahaha. You did good. Very, very good! What did you get?” Elliot laughed.

“Boo! Don’t be so stingy with your words. Praise me more!” Jessica pouted. Even if she was a monster killing machine that had taken down hundreds of ferocious beasts, in front of her brother, she was still a little sister who needed her brother to praise her generously!

“Alright, alright. I am very, very proud of you. You’re the smartest, most capable, most powerful, most amazing and wonderful person…”

“Good! Good!” Jessica exclaimed happily.

“Who has a Phoenix System!” Elliot finished.

“WHAT?! Doesn’t that make me the smartest and everything out of just one person in the whole wide world? Brooo… Meanie!” Jessica pouted again.

“Hehehehe. Just kidding. Where are you now? Can I visit you already? I’ll bring you some awesome gifts to reward you for your achievements.” Elliot said with a smile. Talking to Jessica never failed to lift up his mood.

“Yeay!! Make sure you give me lots of rewards! Ten or twenty of the strength pills should be good.” Jessica said enthusiastically. “But not now though, the boon I got from the Adamantium Sponsor actually upgraded my Grade S Phoenix System into a Grade SS Phoenix Goddess System…”

Jessica spent the next few minutes just telling Elliot about everything she went through in the past few days.

“It’s been hard on you sis.” Elliot sighed after he listened to Jessica’s story.

“A little bit. But knowing that I’m getting much, much stronger so rapidly fills my heart with deep joy. I am totally fine. I can call you anytime I miss you, so that’s all good too!” Jessica comforted her brother.

“Let me know as soon as I can visit you. I’ll be there as soon as I can, alright? Take care of yourself. Safety first!” Elliot nagged at his sister.

“Okay okay. Bye!”

Elliot hung up and couldn’t help but feel a sense of pride and satisfaction at the thought of Jessica becoming a full-fledged powerhouse herself which could rival even him.

Of course with all the progress he’s making in swordplay, he could still very easily defeat Jessica in a fight. But as of that moment, Jessica is officially safe from most, if not all of the beasts on planet Earth.

It lifted a huge burden from his heart which he didn’t realize he carried.

“Good. Now that I have fully mastered all twenty five movements of the first stage, as well as the first ten movements of the second stage, I am probably strong enough to fight some of the more powerful alien fugitives and Inserts. Should I go and look for some to test out my skills?” Elliot thought in his public mindspace.

“I advise caution, Master. Please wait until you master a few more stages.” Winter said calmly.

“I say we go find that mysterious substance first. Who knows what it’ll do? Maybe if we eat it, we’ll all go through a qualitative upgrade!” Brock said.

“Hey, for once your advice is pretty good, brother Brock!” Wu Kong said with a laugh. “I agree. You should go and look for that substance first.”

“Indeed. I agree. And based on our agreement, I am free to take it?” Romarok said seriously.

“Of course. By all means. But do not forget that I want the human race to survive. Until I can make sure that happens, you can’t take any of it.” Elliot replied.

“Fair enough.” Romarok said easily. “Based on our intelligence, Earth contains a huge amount of that substance. We can all consume it, and it’ll still be relatively untouched.”

“Hey! Why don’t YOU consume it? Be the Dark Brainwyrm Patriarch!” Elliot remarked.

“I am a male. I cannot be the Queen.” Romarok chuckled. “The Dark Brainwyrms need a Queen. Of course I will consume it as well, and reach the pinnacle of what the Dark Brainwyrm male can be, but it will not remove the need for a female to consume it.”

“Alright. In that case, my next mission is decided. Time to look for that substance-“

“Master, you should tame a powerful ground-based beast first if possible and then explore using its senses.” Wu Kong interrupted.

“Yes. Time to look for a powerful ground-based beast! All of you in the compound, gather round! Get the two girls and the men to come as well.. It’s time to flip this entire Earth Games around!” Elliot ordered.
