Slumrat Rising is coming out in Audio, eBook and paperback November 7, 2023. Podium Audio is the publisher, and they have done incredible work on editing and cover design. I haven't heard the audio yet but I can tell you that the reader is Todd Haberkorn, a name you may know from some of the biggest anime (he was freaking Natsu in the English Dub of Fairy Tale) and videogames of the last few years. Including Starfield, if you are playing that. So... yeah. It's a big deal.
As you might expect, Slumrat Rising will be out on Kindle Unlimited and Audible. For those of you familiar with web publishing, you know what's coming next- stubbing. Yep. I will be removing all the Volume 1 chapters from RR and Patreon ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2023, though I will keep the first couple of chapters up as a sort of free preview. Why am I doing this? One of the rules Amazon imposes on authors is that, in order to get on KU, there has to be a ninety day exclusivity period. The content, other than a short teaser, HAS to come down off all other platforms. They have zero tolerance on that.
This is all damned exciting stuff, and I personally can't wait to "casually, accidently" leave out copies of the paperback where people will run into them around the house. I don't have pre-order links yet, but when they are available, I will post them. If you want to see a mockup of the cover, you can check it out on my Patreon. It's... really good.
