[thanks for all the votes you gave me. Here is a bonus chapter]
"Eyeballs? Dear Lord..."
"Indeed, even Benton has mentioned something like that. Benton's words surely would be credible in your dictionary wouldn't they? Some had even seen him gouging eye balls in the bonus stage of the tutorial zone. Surely the number of eyes he would have collected would be in hundred by now, wouldn't it?"
"Dear God..."
"When it comes to preferences we sure have things in common. It seems that both of us would be able to bond well."
"!!?? You be quiet!"
She was shocked enough and on top of that her partner's pestering was annoying her eve more.
"His nature is rotten all the way to his roots. Doesn't it seem like as if he was a scumbag that was born in order to curse the world? Doesn't that turn you on?"
It seemed that her warning was taken lightly,
"Shut up bitch!"
"I am not the bitch here. There is a difference between fantasy and reality. The one who is truly the bitch is Yukiho. For she made that fantasy a reality."
"Shit, I can't believe this is happening. I hope that these kinds of people would just fuck off to some remote faraway place where even the news of them wouldn't reach me."
"Are you sure? I heard from the girls that the girls of her camp are really grateful and friendly with her."
"I wasn't talking about Yukiho to be specific. I don't want to talk behind someone's back without proof. I just want all such annoying people to disappear and you are no different than them."
She glared at her companion with a splitting gaze.
"He He, my pleasure."

Evelyn's life was in danger. But unlike what might expect the threat was not imminent. She had been putting it off until now. But now? The very factor that aided her has disappeared. There was nothing that she could do.
"Move! We are not stopping anytime soon. Pull your legs even if it breaks them," Klautz roared to the masses.
Under the effect of Klautz's threatening roar, Evelyn flinched. Ever since the event under Yukiho's banner Evelyn's opinion of Klautz had drastically changed.
But Klautz himself couldn't make out her weird behavior. Klautz was unaware of the ripples of rumors that were traveling around him.
"Mhhm"
With feeble steps she moved forward as she pulled onto his shirt.
"Klautz…"
Klautz turned his head. Noticing Evelyn tucking onto his shirt seemingly lost in a daze Klautz couldn't help but raise his brows.
"What happened? Why are you here? Didn't I tell you to be with Shizu?"
Everything was going according to how Klautz had devised it. Everything was set up right. Evelyn was the bait that would eventually draw out the ninjas for Klautz to target. But he couldn't accomplish such a task yet. He was not strong enough nor did he have the backing.
'It is not yet the best time for this.'
Klautz's face turned into a frown. It was because of such a reason and for the need to preserve his bait that he had told Evelyn to follow behind Shizu at all times like a pet.
If Evelyn was the bait that Klautz had painstakingly prepared… then Shizu was the preservative that would prevent it from rotting and being rendered useless. Or at least it was supposed to happen that way.
"Ah, Shizu… She seems to be not in the right mind. Something must have happened to her."
Klautz eyes squinted. An unusual piece of information meant another variable.
"What do you mean?" he couldn't help but pry more into it.
But Evelyn didn't reply. She held onto the edge of her skirt as she looked down, unable to meet his gaze. She had it weighing on her mind ever since. It wasn't like she didn't want to speak it out but she was forbidden from doing so.
"It is really very hard to explain. It would be better if you check her out yourself."
Klautz held onto his chin. Evelyn had come to pick up Klautz not to discuss her problems with him.
"Well, it's not like I can't go… I am almost done here."
Klautz was reluctant to go. Usually as soon as he finished with his work with the newbies he would first storm off to hunt for beasts himself. Without the help of Maebi or any other form of resources, grinding had been harder than ever and Klautz exponential growth had finally come to a halt.
'But leaving Evelyn out in the open could be detrimental as well. She could even be targeted as we speak.'
"Hmm, let's go," Klauzt whispered.
But his whisper soon turned into a scream.
"Everyone pack up! We are done for today."
No one spoke a word of denial or acceptance. They were simply too scared to speak… afraid that they might be Klautz's next target.
They quite began moving as they pulled their swords back into their sheath and put away their weapons in their inventory.
Klautz nodded in delight.
'They have certainly become more obedient.'
With a satisfied smile Klautz left with Evelyn to check up on the state of their symbolic leader.

*knock* *knock*
There was no response.
Klautz frowned.
"Are you sure she is here?" Klautz continued, "if this is one more trick of yours you better be prepared for the consequences."
KLautz glared at Evelyn as she was the one to bring Klautz here. She had caused Klautz quite the trouble already though it was never intentional. But since Klautz had forsaken his training to come here he didn't want it to be a waste.
"I am sure. I had seen her locking herself up here. I stood outside for a long time but she didn't come out nor did she respond to me knocking either."
