Arthur chose not to answer this time because he didn't want Isabel to go berserk, he just focused on getting her out of the area.

However, after getting out of the area, the woman was found to be glancing back occasionally.

"Aunt, don't tell me you're still curious?" Arthur couldn't help but say that as he watched her actions.

"Nonsense!" Isabel's face turned red when she heard that, she even hit Arthur's hand.

Arthur laughed and added, "there's actually nothing wrong with you being curious, aunt. After all, it's normal, all normal humans are curious about such things. Of course, if you are being honest, I can bring you to watch."

"What?" Arthur's last words made Isabel almost jump.

Her breathing became hot and fast while her body trembled several times.

Arthur thought his words might be excessive, so he hurriedly said, "please calm down, aunt, I won't talk about that anymore."

He sent life energy into her body to calm her down.

Even with that, it still took time for Isabel to calm down.

She took a deep breath and looked into Arthur's eyes.

"You really are a naughty young man, huh. Even daring to tease your own aunt." She said.

"What do you mean, aunt?" Arthur didn't quite understand her words.

"Hmph!" However, Isabel only snorted in response, even nudging his leg.

Her actions actually only made her look cuter.

If she acted like that in front of her pursuers, they would probably go crazy with fascination.

Arthur laughed again and finally led her to a market that was very crowded even though the sky was still dark. It was naturally a fish market.

"Why are we here?" Isabel asked.

"Yeah, I think I want to cook this morning, so let's buy the fish first," Arthur replied.

After that, he landed on the roof of the market building which was a parking lot.

"What made you think of cooking?" asked Isabel while glancing at Arthur's face. Her tone sounded sarcastic, clearly wanting to insinuate.

"Just wanted to, maybe so you can have a better breakfast," Arthur explained.

"I guess you realize your mistake and want to apologize," Isabel said, snorting softly.

Arthur smiled and then took a step towards the stairs downstairs.

However, there was a distraction as suddenly a middle-aged man came up the stairs from the bottom.

The middle-aged man looked at Isabel and was immediately surprised.

He then looked at Isabel's hand, which was still holding Arthur's hand.

Arthur and Isabel just realized that their hands were holding, they quickly released their hands for fear of misunderstanding.

Unfortunately, the middle-aged man seemed to have misunderstood, and he clearly knew Isabel.

"Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!" He laughed softly, a laugh that sounded like he was mocking.

After that, he said, "Isabel, oh, Isabel, you rejected so many men, and look what this is?"

He looked at Arthur before continuing, "You apparently went on a date with a young man. And it was at the fish market, so this is what your romantic appetite looks like."

His words caused Isabel to freeze, even tremble.

And unintentionally, a bolt of lightning shot out of her finger, hurtling towards the man.

The latter was dumbfounded by the sight, and of course he could not dodge.

BANG!

The lightning bolt slammed into his face, making his entire body tremble from the short circuit.

He seemed to want to scream but failed, then he fell, and fainted.

Maybe he wouldn't die, but would definitely have to be hospitalized.

Arthur scanned his face and suddenly realized that this man was not an ordinary person, he was the Deputy Mayor, also quite often appeared on tv.

Maybe he had bodyguards. Not wanting to cause a scene, Arthur finally grabbed Isabel's hand again and pulled her from there.

Sure enough, it was only a few moments later that the man was found by his bodyguards. Realizing that he had an electrical short, they hurriedly carried him away.

For a while, a commotion ensued in the fish market.

But thankfully it didn't bring the market to a halt.

Of course, no one could stop the market or hundreds of thousands of people wouldn't be able to have breakfast this morning.

On the other hand, Arthur and Isabel quickly arrived at a safe place.

The woman's face was very red and seemed to be shaken by the man's words.

"Aunt, calm down?" Arthur held her shoulders, trying to calm her down.

He wasn't sure why her reaction was so excessive because of such a misunderstanding.

Fortunately, she was still able to calm down.

After taking a deep breath, she asked, "did you already make that guy unable to say anything about my magic?"

It seemed that her brain could still think rationally, so she knew which ones were important to discuss.

Arthur nodded and replied, "don't worry, your secret will be safe."

He still had time to send his Spiritual Bird into the man's body as they left.

Isabel let out a sigh of relief after hearing that.

She then looked at Arthur again and snorted softly.

"Why didn't you let go of my hand earlier?" she asked.

Right after she asked that, her eyes opened wide. "Arthur, don't tell me you purposely created this misunderstanding?"

Arthur, "..."

He couldn't say anything even though his mouth was already open.

Of course, there was no such motive, but if we look at it from any point of view, it does seem intentional.

"Arthur!" And suddenly, Isabel called his name. She took a step forward until she was completely in front of him and then placed each of her hands on his shoulders.

"You have no special interest in me, do you?" she asked.

"What?"

Arthur almost jumped at the question, unable to believe that Isabel could say such a thing.

"You're so brave, why do you seem afraid now?" She asked again.

"Aunt, how can you say this kind of nonsense?" Arthur didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

"Still scared!" Isabel said and then smiled before continuing, "actually, there is no problem if you choose to be honest. There's even a chance you might get lucky, like me suddenly going crazy and accepting your interest."
