Arthur picked up the book and immediately opened the first page.

There was a brief introduction.

It basically explained that this book contained pictures of mysterious creatures on earth, one of which was Gog and Magog.

Arthur saw the author's name (Lorenzo) and suddenly felt it was a familiar name.

'Are they the same?' He wondered as he remembered why the name was familiar.

It was the same name as the person Harel had recommended to him. Someone who he said focused on researching ancient things.

Arthur started turning the pages, which featured pictures of strange creatures with strange names. He was intrigued, so he turned the pages of the book again to three at the image of Gog and Magog.

It was indeed exactly the same as the one he had encountered in the cave last night.

The picture was clearly written by hand, there were some scribbles around it.

There was a short description below the picture.

(Gog and Magog, creatures that are said to be infinite in number so that when some of them go down to the river to drink, the group behind will not get any water because the first group can already use up all the water in the river.)

Unfortunately, that is only a description of Gog and Magog, there is no explanation of how the author of this book drew the picture of the creatures.

Arthur then turned the page again until the final page.

There, he found a phone number and a note.

(08367282838, I know this book won't be read by many people, and for those of you who read it, if you're interested in chatting, you can call me!)

Arthur quickly took out his cell phone, checking Lorenzo's phone number on his cell phone.

After confirming that it was the same as the number in the book, he called him directly.

Tot! Tot! Tot!

(The number you are calling is no longer active!)

Arthur, "..."

'Looks like I'm just doing nonsense,' he thought.

He sighed, put the book back in Nova's hands, and turned around, going to the library's door again.

Nova, after returning the book to the run, immediately followed Arthur.

In a low voice, she asked, "Arthur, what exactly happened?"

Until now, she actually still didn't know that Arthur had seen the Gog and Magog, so she wasn't sure what he was doing.

Arthur shook his head and replied, "it's nothing important!"

When passing by the old man again, the old man suddenly snorted at Arthur before looking at Nova.

"Girl, with my experience, I can see he's a man who will make you suffer, you better stay away from him from now on," he told her.

Instantly, Nova's face turned red again.

And she didn't know whether to laugh or cry because the old man didn't like Arthur.

Granted, in terms of traits, he was the kind that would make people feel he was arrogant, but the thing was Nova liked a man with that kind of style.

She replied, "Mr. Jhon, I told you, we're really just friends."

The old man still couldn't believe it, he still thought that Nova was just embarrassed to say it. "I'm telling you so that you won't regret it later on. You know, there have been a lot of women ruined lately just because they were attracted to a man's looks, regardless of their nature."

Nova rolled her eyes at that. In the end, choosing not to respond, she continued to follow Arthur.

"Hmph!" The man finally snorted at Nova as well, looking annoyed that his advice was not listened to.

***

When Arthur and Nova arrived at the front of the street once again, a van pulled up in front of them. The glass came down, revealing the figure of the driver who was Rose.

The woman's eyes seemed cold which was obviously due to Nova because the first one she stared at was the young woman, not Arthur.

Looking at Rose once more, Nova knitted her brows, but showed no particular interest.

As for Arthur, he opened the car door and got into it while saying to Nova, "go home!"

Whoosh!

Rose, who didn't want to see Nova any longer, stepped on the gas pedal as soon as Arthur sat down and closed the car door.

Left alone, Nova could only pout.

"Boss, why are you with that woman?" Rose asked.

This was supposed to be a private thing but she couldn't help but ask. Since she held a grudge against Nova, she didn't want to see Arthur get too close to her.

Arthur was of course too lazy to explain that. His eyes immediately moved to Rose's feet.

"Have you slept yet?" he asked.

"I think I'm fine not sleeping, it takes a few days before I feel sleepy," Rose replied.

"That's your advantage as a knight, but you still need to sleep regularly for your strength growth to stabilize. After all, even though you've become a different being than the average human, but that doesn't mean all mortal things disappear from you."

Admonished by Arthur, Rose could only remain silent.

"Stop right there!" Arthur then pointed to a deserted sidewalk.

Rose immediately directed the car there and stopped right at the point Arthur had pointed out.

Then, Arthur said, "Now lie down!"

He said that because the van's seat could be converted into a kind of place to lie down.

Rose nodded again, she lowered the seat back until her body was lying down.

It then moved slightly backwards until the woman's feet came to rest beside Arthur.

Immediately afterwards Arthur placed his palm on her foot and a green light emanated from that palm.

The wound on Rose's foot were not too severe, but with a wound like that, she would not be able to walk normally without painful sensations.

Of course, it was still not as severe as the wound produced by Nova to Rose. To heal the wound this time, Arthur didn't need much energy.

He only sweated a little.

"Alright, now go home and make sure you get enough sleep, for anything else, let Hunter and the others do it!"

After saying that, Arthur got out of the van, leaving Rose alone.

The woman smiled slightly as she was pleased with Arthur's attention to her.
