Inside a wild island in the Blue Sea…

The Chefron stared with its huge eyes at the boundless body of water that was standing before it, wondering why it ever got content with staying inside that congested pool when there was so much water outside.

It flapped its long tail at the massive body of water, enjoying the sensation of being free for the first time and being out here at sea.

Alongside it at the edge of the island were 2 humans.

At this moment, both the Chefron and the human's injuries were already healed. After escaping the island, with its incredible speed, the Chefron took them all the way to a faraway island that Legolas directed it to.

This was a wild island covered by a massive forest and was ruled by beasts. One major specialty of it that Legolas remembered was the numerous miraculous herbs that grew on the island and was one of the main reasons why he came here.

On getting here, he easily concocted potions that took care of their injuries.

It was already a day since they escaped the Palm Island and Legolas still had not said a word to his student. Only the Chefron played in the sea without abandon while an awkward silence lingered between master and student.

The next morning, as Legolas sat at the edge of the island watching the sea alongside the Chefron, Christensen also came and watched alongside him.

As he watched, he stole a glance at his master before clenching his fists and slumping his shoulders as he spoke. "I'm sorry".

"Why are you sorry?" Legolas asked calmly without turning his head.

"I'm sorry…, I swear I'm sorry…" Christensen said as he could no longer hold back his emotions, tears started pouring down his eyes.

"I'm sorry for letting master down, my weakness resulted in our defeat".

"I'm a slow learner, I have no skills and abilities, I have no battle experience…" He gritted his teeth. "I was a liability in the previous battle".

"If I had more battle experience, with the agent subclass, I would have assisted Leo more in the battle. And if I learned more summoner knowledges, I and Leo would no longer be such a huge liability in battle".

Christensen fell on his knees. "I'm sorry master…, please forgive me".

"Punish me, do anything to me, just don't abandon me…, please".

"I know I'm a liability but I swear I'll get better, I'll become stronger!"

"Master, please just give me a chance".

Legolas kept silent for 2 minutes after Christensen finished speaking as he just looked at the waves in the water and the tide that it carried.

"I forgive you".

"...Really?" Christensen was shocked as he jumped up. "Thank you master, thank you, I'll never forget this moment all my life".

Legolas was calm as he continued. "It's a good thing that you recognize and admit your shortcomings. I also like your willingness to learn".

Legolas turned and looked him in the eye. "I've told you before, to have the will to get stronger, you need a source of motivation, a self-rule that will keep you going despite setbacks and challenges".

"You need to discover your super way, have you discovered it?"

"…" Christensen kept silent as he looked down at his 2 hands.

"Yes…, yes, I think I have". He finally raised his head to look back at Legolas and Legolas discovered a fire now burning in his eyes.

Legolas smiled and urged him on.

Christensen smiled. "Master, I've been with you for less than a month but I've observed you a lot and I discovered some things".

"Compared to you, I'm too dumb, weak, and I don't have talent". He clenched his fists as he looked down. "The Beast Integration Intermediate Summoner knowledge, you learned it in the previous battle, right?"

He raised his head to look back at Legolas as Legolas's eyes constricted in surprise. "If you learned it before, you would have integrated with Predator to fight the giant swordmaster but you didn't and you almost died".

"You have so much higher comprehension ability than me that I despair at times just thinking of catching up to you".

"You are younger but you're smarter than I am".

"You are also stronger than I am".

"Back in the Palm Island, I thought I discovered my super way which was getting stronger than both my sisters but I changed my mind just now".

Christensen raised his head with a fiery will now burning in his eyes. "Master…, my super way is you". He pointed at Legolas.

"My super way is to catch up to you and exceed you".

"Since I'm not as talented, I will put in more work".

"If you train 8 hours every day, I'll put in more effort and train 16 hours every day".

"If you hone your fighting skills 3 hours every day, I'll hone mine 6 hours every day".

"If you read to learn knowledges 2 hours every day…" Christensen wiped his tears. "I'll overcome my fear of books and read 4 hours every day".

"That…, is my super way!"

"…" Legolas was speechless as he stared at his student.

Christensen stared back at him with a fiery will that even intimidated Legolas.

'Is this the will that enabled him to get so strong in my previous life?' Legolas was shocked at the conviction and determination that Christensen showed.

'Damn…, he's the real deal!'

Legolas stood up and smiled then he gave Christensen a thumb up. "I approve of your super way".

"Just know this, it won't be so easy to catch up to me".

"That's what makes it more exciting". Christensen grinned and clenched his fists.

"Ok". Legolas nodded as his next step became much clearer to him.

"I made the Chefron bring us to this island not just because of the medicinal herbs here but because this island is a prime training location for summoners".

"Wow!" Christensen was excited.

"The Clown Society is the enemy and they are powerful".

"If we're to live in the super world, we'll need to clash against them".

"To win against them, my student need to be strong enough to be a worthy companion to me and was why I brought you here to train you".

"To start your training, go fetch Leo from the woods".

"Yes master!" Christensen saluted and rushed into the woods.

As he watched the blonde-haired young man sprinting away into the woods, Legolas smiled. "My journey in this world is becoming even more interesting".

The Palm Island was left in a terrible state after the intruders escaped.

Though Queen Hestia tried to block the news from circulating, rumors still flew everywhere like raging wildfire that Prince Christensen came back to reclaim the throne that was rightfully his, leaving the palace in shambles.

The rumors were not too far from the truth though. After the old Elementalists' combined attack with the Queens, the palace was left in shambles.

In the end, they were the one who ended up destroying the most.

Elementalists were just too good at AOE attacks.

While the furious Queens employed measures to recover from their losses, the Red Master isolated himself inside the deepest and most well-protected area of the exclusive library where he hid a treasure.

On locking himself inside the room, the Red Master activated the orb-shaped treasure which after a few seconds erected a blurry projection in the air.

"Oh, Great Clown, I'm honored to be in your presence".

"What happened?"

"The wanted criminal attacked my island, stealing some things".

The projection glared at the Red Master for a few seconds before speaking. "Did he get any information about our organization?"

"I'm not sure but I don't think so…"

"You think?! You deserve death!" The Clown's powerful energy flared.

The Red Master kept silent with his head down remorsefully.

"Did he escape from the Blue Sea?"

"No, I placed an Elementalist mark on the prince's wolf and discovered that they escaped to a faraway wild island in the sea".

"Good". The blurry projection nodded. "You have a new mission".

"Hunt down and kill the criminal!"

"Bring me his head".

"You have permission to mobilize psychopaths from nearest bases, do not fail me".

"Yes, oh Great Clown!"

Bzzz!

The projection disappeared the next moment.

After the Clown left, the Red Master knelt down and kowtowed 3 times to the orb-shaped treasure. "May the grace of the Clown follow me".
