"The Hawk? Up in his nest, as usual." Selvig stated

Barton was sitting high up and keeping an eye on things when he heard Fury calling him in his ear piece.

"Agent Barton, report."

BARTON rappels down from the catwalk. Walks up to Fury. They both walk around the facility in a discreet manner.

"I gave you this detail so you could keep a close eye on things." Fury said

"Well, I see better from a distance." Clint Barton stated

"Are you seeing anything that might set this thing off?" Fury asked

Right than a NASA SCIENTIST called to Slevig "Doctor, it's spiking again."

'No one's come or gone. It's oven is clean. No contacts, no I.M.'s. If there was any tampering, sir, it wasn't at this end." Clint stated

"At this end?" Fury asked

"Yeah, the cube is a doorway to the other end of space, right? The doors open from both sides." Clint stated

DR. SELVIG clacks away at the keyboard and sees on the monitoring his worst nightmares. Suddenly- the Tesseract THUNDERS and SHAKES the entire facility. Big enough where both Agents Hill and Coulson can feel and they're at different ends of the facility.

The flaring rings and glow of the cube spout out brighter and louder, like a boiling pot of water. The Tesseract's energy builds up into a BEAM much like the Bifrost Bridge, which HITS at the end of a platform that is wired to the CMS device. The great maelstrom beam FIRES the TESSERACT energy. The beam then forms a VORTEX, which then opens up a PORTAL. A BLACK HOLE IS CREATED. From the portal, the blackness of SPACE, beautiful and mysterious, strewn with a billion stars appears and a GUST of BLUE ENERGY CLOUDS fill the room, blinding everyone.

The Tesseract's energy forms into a cloud that reaches to the top the facility's vacuum chamber ceiling. It's abnormally quiet. Then... HEAVY BREATHING is heard from the platform. SHIELD GUARDS slowly approach, weapons in hands. A figure is kneeling on the platform, smoke coming off it.

A grey skin alien that looked like squidward stood up and looked around him to get the feel of the situation while also holding a spear.

"Sir, please put down the spear!" Fury said to the squidward

Squidward looks at his spear then suddenly points it at where Fury and Barton are standing and SHOOTS OUT A BLUE EXPLODING LIGHT TOWARDS THEM. BARTON TACKLES Fury and they both barely miss Squidward's fired shot.

ALL HELL BREAKS. Machine gun fire is shot at Squidward, but Squidward raised his other hand and bullets stop before they even reach him and with a flick of his hand the bullets move back towards the Agents who shot him, some were fast enough to dodge them but few unlucky one's got hit.

In the blink of an eye, Squidward takes down several guards with his telekinesis and Energy blasts from the scepter. He stops and waits to see who will attack him next. Honestly, the whole lab has almost gone to shit.

Barton tries to stand up. Squidward flicks his hands and a piece of ground rises up from behind Barton nd goes towards squidward pulling Barton towards him. Barton who was alert raises his gun, but Squidward grabs Barton's hand but it didn't matter as he grab one of the arrows to stab the squidward but it stop just before it could touch his skin.

"You have heart." Squidward points the tip of his spear at Barton's chest. Barton's eyes suddenly glow BLACK. The ability to control Barton's mind is now in Squidward's hand. Barton puts his piece away and stands straight.

As Squidward is busy using his abilities to control the minds of several S.H.I.E.L.D. personnel, Fury takes the Tesseract, placing it back into its case and tries to leave the lab.Then...

"Please don't. I still need that." Squidward said

"This doesn't have to get any messier." Fury said

"Of course it does. I've come too far for anything else. I am Ebony Maw the son of Thanos. " said Squidward now identified as Ebony Maw.

"Thanos! Isn't earth under Asgard's protection why are you here?" Dr. Selvig asked

"Hear me and rejoice! You have had the privilege of being saved by the Great Titan. You may think this is suffering. No... it is salvation. The universal scales tip toward balance because of your sacrifice. Smile... for even in death, you have become children of Thanos." Ebony maw said and added "Choose a side or die. One side is a revelation. The other is an honor known only to a few. Now go in peace and meet your Maker."

Having said that Ebony Maw pointed the tip of the sceptre at Selvig's gaining control of the doctor as well.

"Yeah, you say peace, I kind of think you mean the other thing." Fury said

From the vacuum chamber ceiling, Tesseract's energy cloud RAPIDLY builds into what may be an implosion.

"Sir, Director Fury is stalling. This place is about to blow. Drop a hundred feet of rock on us. He means to bury us." Clint Barton said

"Like The Pharaohs of Odin." Fury stated

"He's right. The portal is collapsing in on itself. You got maybe two minutes before this goes critical."

"Well, then..." Ebony Maw, looks at Barton, who doesn't even hesitate, SHOOTS FURY WHO FALLS TO THE GROUND. Barton grabs the case containing the Tesseract and leaves the lab with Ebony Maw, Selvig and the other S.H.I.E.L.D personnel Ebony Maw is controlling.

Just as they disappear another figure appears in the room wearing a full body black tactical suit and looks around, "Tch, I am late"

He then looks at Fury and asks "Fury! Where are they?"

"*Cough cough* Reaper how are you here? It doesn't matter they are taking a dangerous item with them, Barton and some of my agents have been compromised you need to stop them" Fury sits up and said inform both Reaper and his agents through the earpiece.

Reaper move towards where he sensed Barton and reached the entrance of the exiting tunnel of this bunker.

He looks at Hill who was laying on the ground with a bullet hole on her stomach and was coughing blood it was clear that the bullet went straight through her and came out from her back.

"They are getting away *cough cough* stop them." Hill said painfully.

Reaper crouched down to Hill and took something out from his pocket and and crushed it in front of Hill's injury. "Get out of here"

After saying that Reaper rushed towards Clint and Ebony Maw while Hill who was lying on the ground suddenly gasped in surprise as the bullet wound on her stomach disappeared and back disappeared and she was miraculously okay.

"Hill do you copy, come to the helipad, we are going to chase them"
