Chapter 1472 1465: Imperial Clan (1)

Continuous clashes led to void-shaking explosions. They resembled sonic booms to any spiritual sense, but in the vast emptiness of the Dark Void, it was empty silence. The gargantuan ripples and resplendently colorful mystic power generated by chaos mana were the only evidence of the Mystic Ascendant-level battles.

Sky Destroyers flew and blasted. Sky Destroyers broke and shattered. Sky Destroyers were a symbol of the Imperial Clan's strength, and watching as they collapsed from attacks left those capable of observing the conflict beyond their planets countless unnerved. Still, the image of Tian Taizong and his endlessly echoed reputation remained in their minds and hearts, forever bringing them a type of profound calm.

As long as their Aeternal Sky Divine Emperor stood tall, there was no situation that they couldn't overcome! This belief was firmly instilled into the souls of the crew of the Sky Destroyers and members of the outposts. So they fought with increasing ferocity, unleashing combination arts and spells, refilling formations with mystic stones, directing arrays using flags, and defending their territory to their last breaths.

BOOM! BOOM!! BOOM!!!

The explosions increased in frequency. Yang Chaoyue was breathing heavily as she used her Infinite Wind Hourglass to execute terrifyingly powerful Wind-attributed Spiritual Arts. The female Crimson Moon-robed Librarian was unable to bring the planet away, frustration glinting strongly within her eyes as she emanated a glacial chill.

"Annoying little witch! If it wasn't for your luck, I'd long since send you to the next life, or perhaps use you to harvest a drop of Yin Origin Liquid!" The Crimson Moon-robed Librarian was so frustrated that she outright spiritually sent this to Yang Chaoyue, sneering viciously after.

"..." Yang Chaoyue kept fighting, unleashing Spiritual Art after Spiritual Art, preventing the Crimson Moon-robed Librarian from taking the planet with her outside of the starfield. However, her heart immediately shook at the term: "Yin Origin Liquid." She had only heard of it as an insidious material created by an Evil Method that used a female Mystic Ascendant's body as a catalyst alongside Mystic Origin Liquid and a type of parasitic formation.

The threat left her heart feeling as if it had been dropped into a raging, violent blizzard. She wasn't foolish, idiotic, or blind; Yang Chaoyue knew that she wasn't a match for this Earthly Saint. Her opponent was relying on raw Mystic Power to defend against her Spiritual Arts. Moreover, those Ascended beings attacking were using incredibly profound arts and spells that vastly exceeded the principles of her Spiritual Art, fully tapping into the powers of their Mystic Runes.

Even with her Infinite Wind Hourglass, she couldn't gain a single inch or advantage in any exchange. It seemed this woman was hesitant to retaliate. Moreover, no other Earthly Saint took advantage of the situation to attack her from behind, teaming against her. In fact, they flew far away as if she had the plague!

It was only after hearing that sentence that she realized that these invaders were knowledgeable of Wei Wuyin, knowledgeable of her status as his lover! How could she have guessed that since they had arrived so suddenly and attacked? She thought they were foreigners from a different, outside Stellar Region beyond the eighteen Stellar Regions of their world!

She halted her attack immediately. The Crimson Moon-robed Librarian was taken aback, stopping as well, the planet still firmly held within her gargantuan manifestation of a slender-fingered, feminine hand. It was holding the planet as if it was a baseball. Lifting her brows, Yang Chaoyue glanced at the surroundings curiously.

Tian Muyang was at a slight advantage. However, that was instantly disrupted as additional reinforcements arrived, placing him in a passive position. He had already taken a slash from a sword, from chin to thigh.

Kong Yi and Sky Monarch Bai were fleeing from Demi-Mortal Lords haphazardly as the Earthly Saints rushed the planets. They were missing limbs or coughing blood, their injuries severe, and their auras waning.

Tian Weilong and the new Sky Monarch were trying their hardest to resist, and while the latter's piloting skill was flawless and terrifying, the Sky Destroyer was sustaining some damage through the defensive formations. Tian Weilong had suffered horrifying injuries in the first exchange and couldn't recover immediately. If not for the new Sky Monarch, he might have already returned to heaven's embrace.

Tian Lingyu was forced into a defensive position. She was personally supplying power to the barrier of the Sky Destroyer, ensuring not a single of her crew was killed. Unlike the others, she refused to abandon her allies. When she could, she shot blasts of mystic energy toward those attacking the outposts or Sky Destroyers.

Tian Shangyang was recklessly fighting. His opponents seemed to be playing with him, slicing off his limbs one at a time. He was currently left with a single left leg, and that foot was already severed. Two Earthly Saints were smirking and jeering through Spiritual Transmissions as they attacked, amusement on their faces as they ruthlessly humiliated him.

As for her own Sky Destroyer, it shockingly went untouched as it launched repeated attacks. If not for its support, Kong Yi and Sky Monarch Bai would have died. It was covering their hectic and pathetic escape while assisting or delaying others from taking planets. It was untouched.

"..." Yang Chaoyue took all this in. She turned to the Crimson Moon-robed Librarian, her eyes were palpably calm, exhibiting a light of realization and understanding of the situation.

The Crimson Moon-robed Librarian's frown deepened. She advised in a harsh voice, "Go. Take her with you and leave." Despite only learning about Wei Wuyin's exploits, she knew better than anyone the consequences of offending a Worldly Saint Alchemist, especially one rumored to be so disgustingly talented and young. Moreover, he had a steady powerbase established here; he was not someone they could simply eliminate if they offended him beyond the point of no return to prevent future troubles.

The Ancient Sealed Region was going to be their long-term residence until something changed, and the City Lords of the Endless Voyage Realm were already being cautious, directly giving orders to not touch a single strand of Wei Wuyin's lover's hair. If they were already like this, it was clear the extent they would be willing to go. They might even slaughter them to appease him!

"If you're not with my Wei Wuyin, then YOU leave!" Yang Chaoyue shouted. She kept using 'my' when referring to Wei Wuyin, and this caused quite a few Venerables and Highlords to wince subconsciously.

"..." The awkwardness only intensified as stifling silence followed. They definitely couldn't retreat. The resources here were far too precious! THEY COULDN'T RETREAT! In the Azure-Prime Galactic Region, the concept of fighting for your fortune was heavily followed, and this was a prime opportunity they refused to leave. They had to take a huge bite of this pie before the City Lords took it all!

While Wei Wuyin's exploits were terrifying to hear, they hadn't fully cemented into all of their hearts. It was only by the order of those Worldly Saints that they acted cautiously. After all, since those powerhouses took it seriously, how could they not? But Wei Wuyin was a distant concept, and they refused to allow it to bring them away from immense fortune. This was why the Crimson Moon-robed Librarian was exasperated by Yang Chaoyue's interference! She was so unlucky!

"No need."

A voice containing boundless majesty, airy yet weighted enough to be felt by the soul like an eternal sky slowly falling upon one's heart. A world-rippling wave of Mystic Heart Intent swept the scene, going from border to border of the Aeternal Sky Starfield.

"Why don't they all stay behind? For forever, perhaps."

Su Nianzu and Jia Yang's eyes glowed with luminous spiritual radiance as they peered into the depths of the Aeternal Sky Starfield! Their gazes pierced through time and space, locating a lonely figure clothed in hemp robes, sitting firmly upon a throne. He looked withered and weak, yet his starry eyes were imposing and mighty.

They've located him! Moreover, he was still tethered to the restrictive spell established by the Zhangjie Clan! Furthermore, his Mystic Heart Intent felt incomplete! Great!

"Liu Yinlan was being far too cautious," Jia Yang scratched his chin with a grin. This made things considerably easier, greatly simpler, and they could act freely now. The muscular body of Jia Yang pulsed slightly as his wrinkles shook.

"Let's wait for a while," the City Lord of the City of Guardians cautioned with a halting gesture. "He should bring forth his reserve power. Let's have the others force the accumulated power of this fallen faux-Monarch out. Won't be too late to act then."

Jia Yang gave Su Nianzu a sidelong glance, shrugging nonchalantly, causing his wrinkles to immediately stop. "Sure." He picked his ear and looked at the wax curiously.

As if on time, the Heaven's Sky Palace trembled, sending out a deep, droning sound as space itself began to quiver.

"Mass Spatial Shifting!" The Crimson Moon-robed Librarian recognized this situation immediately. Something was being summoned from an isolated space and brought here through various spatial formations. It was likely involving terrifying large creations or powerful beings.

"Watch out!" She heard a shout. Her pupils shrank into needlepoint, and she let go of the planet, hastily executing an Ascension Movement Art at the 6th Way, flashing like lightning across the Dark Void. When she stopped, arriving at the border of the Aeternal Sky Starfield, her eyes widened considerably.

"What are those?!"

Reflected in her pupils were four Voidships! They were colossal! Utterly COLOSSAL!

Greatly resembling Sky Destroyers, these ships were the size of large-sized planets! LARGE-SIZED PLANETS! As they moved through the Dark Void, torrential tsunamis of mana were unleashed in every direction.

However, her eyes widened as she felt unfathomable Mystic Auras flaring into blazing existence. One...three...eight...thirteen...

The numbers kept going!

Twenty-seven...thirty-two...

THE NUMBERS KEPT GOING!!

Thirty-six...FORTY-FOUR!!!

By this point, even Su Nianzu and Jia Yang were taken aback. The gigantic Sky Destroyers aside, the Earthly Saint auras were far too high in numbers to seem realistic!

At the helm of one of the gigantically colossal Sky Destroyers that whirled into activity, swirling with extremely refined and hyper-condensed mystic energy that induced a luminous glow to each, was the Imperial Advisor! Her eyes were devoid of warmth and her Mystic Aura blazed with killing intent, flourishing violently with nine types of Mystic Runes numbering tens of thousands!

"Kill them all."

The Aeternal Sky Divine Emperor's voice roared through the Dark Void! It screeched irresistibly into their hearts, minds, and souls. Despite the calmness of the voice, the light, airy order that felt like an Imperial Edict instructing the most direct execution, it left them all with their spines tingling and their hearts shivering!

"The potential of that star is much higher than we thought!" Jia Yang exclaimed greedily.
