There were problem with the plan
“However, even if the issue of expenses is solved, it would still be difficult.”
“What other problems are there?”
“First, there are the horses. It will take time to gather enough horses to place at each station.”

“But Sebastian, can’t we just buy some from other nobles?”

Sebastian then told one of the other butlers to make some calculations regarding the cost of securing the horses, and hiring personnel.

She was saying that the point of working was to eat good food.
