"I am finished," said Jim, and a second later, I opened my eyes. He took nineteen minutes to solve the formation, which is a very good speed, and I had expected nothing less from my friend.
"Congratulations," I said to Jim, who had already begun to move the runes around on the golden screen.
I have also made huge gains; aside from consolidating my benefits from the battle and working on my inheritance, I have also taken an hour of nap, which has made me ready to face any challenges that we might face.
Buzz!
Seven minutes later, Jim finished and stepped back while the golden wall of energy buzzed and disappeared, giving us a way into the radiant garden.
"Its beautiful," said Jim and stepped inside; lestor and I took a step after and immediately felt the comfortable radiance of the garden.
The radiance feels amazing, and not just that, it also has a powerful healing effect that I felt like I should hurt myself just to experience the amazing healing effect of this radiant energy.
Hun!
I was bathing in this radiant light when I felt something, and before frowning hard, I was getting a feeling, a very bad feeling, but I couldn't sense where it was coming from or what it was that was giving me.
"Be careful; this place might not be as good as we are thinking it to be," I said, and a relaxed smile on Jim's face instantly became serious. "Are you sensing something?" he asked. "Yes, but I don't know what it is," I said truthfully.
"We will be careful then," He said and walked further inside, taking the amazing beauty of the garden.
The garden is small, but it still has thousands of plants neatly planted up, all of them at a High-Grandmaster level. We could harvest them but could not destroy the plants or even the things we harvest; if we do that, then we will have to face dangerous consequences.
Soon, we reached the center of the garden, where a three-meter-long stone coffin was placed on the round marble stand.
The coffin is made of simple white color stone; there are elaborate carvings or even designs, while the bowl placed above it is beautiful; whoever made it much be a great master.
"The bowl had started filling," said Jim happily. The drops are appearing on it; if we were to go by past information, then the bowl will be filled by the end of the day; we will have to drain it before this place expels us out.
"Let's begin harvesting," said Jim, before turning to Lester, "Lester, harvest only plants you know the method of; if you want something and don't know the method, you can ask Micheal or me for help," added Jim, with a very serious voice.
This place does not take waste lightly; many people had expelled when they destroyed the resources, and some even got themselves killed.
Lester nodded and walked toward the plants, and so did Jim and me; this time, being cautious, I did not go overboard and summoned only twelve strings to harvest the resources, instead of usually hundreds which I do, and my efficiency with them is great.
But here, the danger is greater, and I did not want to harm the single plant, so to be careful, I am only using twelve strings, on whom I have perfect control.
My strings moved and began to harvest the resources at the precious even Jim could not compare. Jim has impressive energy control and knowledge but lacks experience. He has plenty of experience, just not as much as me; I have done these hundreds of times.
I walked slowly, leaving behind barren trees, and even sometimes, even trees would enter my storage if they were important enough.
All the resources here are precious, two of which are rare and important enough that I am going to plant them in my core.
Seeing the boxes of resources piling up in my storage, I couldn't help but feel glad I had come to this place, but still, that nagging feeling in my heart couldn't go away; I began to search for danger everywhere but did not find it.
It is all radiant and peaceful, a perfect place to enjoy the afternoon; the only oddity this place has is a coffin; it would have been great if it had been buried, and some had even tried it, but their good intentions have cost them their lives.
The coffin is a forbidden item in this place; even touching it will make one feel the pain they have never experienced in their life.
The boul is the only thing one could touch, but one had to put it back after taking a liquid inside, or those who tried to take it have suffered greatly.
Twenty hours passed, and I stopped; the garden was nearly harvested, if I wanted to, I could harvest it all, but I did not.
Jim and Lester are still harvesting, and what I have left would be more than enough for them to harvest.
Three hours later, both of them have stopped as the garden is completely harvested; there is not a single resource remaining aside from the liquid in a bowl. The bowl had nearly filled, and in half an hour, it would be completely filled, and we will take it at that time.
The stuff is precious, and we do not want to miss even a drop of it.
"I have heard that you are a scourge when it comes to harvesting the resources, but seeing you harvesting a nearly whole garden, it seemed like those rumors were not mere exaggerations," he said as he appeared beside me near the coffin.
I only smiled at that; the ten strings were me holding back; if he saw me using hundreds of strings, I wondered what he would think.
Finally, half an hour passed, and the liquid in the bowl finally stopped filling it. The near-colorless water with a hint of violet looked enchanting in radiant light as it filled the bowl to the brim.
