A bitter smile appeared over Victoria's face; I paused as her distant gaze broke away, dipping towards the bowl in her hand, and the fire crackled echoed through this most lovely night, yet my companion seemed so... Lonely.
"Victoria, I'm curious. Why do you hate me? I get me killing your people. I do. I really do. But it has been 1.5 cycles," She locked up with a tremor of something stirring the iris, and even with me peering into her heart, I saw nothing but madness and confusion dancing side by side in her pretty little head.
"It's been so long to beings so young as us, yet your anger never faded. Instead, it grew." I smiled, finishing the broth that made my bones comfy. "Care for me to continue?"
"Just what I need, someone telling me how I should feel." She hissed.
"You don't even know how you feel," I replied, chuckling." But it's alright. I'll take my time sinking my fangs into you."
Silence soon swelled, with Victoria going completely silent, but her cool gaze had never left, not even when I would offer her my bowl to refill. She would collect it and fill up my bowl in complete silence till the pot was empty.
"Let's go," I softly said, staggering to my feet. " Let's collect Ezra. Time is a factor."
She nodded, and without hesitation, we both rushed towards the large clan. However, the closer we got, the more I began to notice sentries-type formations engraved into the earth, into the very crust of Iluthath hidden by the laws of darkness. I paused my step, as did Victoria, as she saw me stop.
"You said you came here before to investigate.' She nodded, and I cursed beneath my breath. "than they already know where we are. Unless you hid your step."

I smiled and shrugged. " Not really. I've got back quite a bit of energy." I said before continuing on our way. Dancing along the darkness, I leaped into the air, so high I could touch the clouds and summoned Noctem.
Spreading my senses, it didn't take long for me to snap my eyes toward Ezra's location, near the barn. A cold frown marred my face as I felt a frightening amount of demonic Qi, and without hesitation, I fell from the skies, burrowing through the air, as Noctem hissed with the concept of Supremacy.
Suddenly the night skies lit up as alarm after alarm bellowed like sirens, stirring the Eben Forest; however, as I fell from the skies, from the clouds, darkness rippled, and like the ethereal winds, I phased through the numerous barriers that could very well stop an Elder God and crashed landed, shattering entire structures, as a shock wave of pure darkness withered away any life I deemed unworthy.
"Ezra! Darling!" I sang gleefully, cracking my neck. Having crashed landing in the barn, I felt her demonic qi bleeding out.
Allowing the dust to settle, my eyes locked onto a naked figure covered in lashes and burns. Bounded by chains. Reptilian scales, a scarlet silver, marred her graceful flesh as she stood surrounded by a protective barrier. Around her, however, stood various animals and men gripping their cock in each hand.
My eyes narrowed and skimmed over the mid gods who'd survived due to the protective wardings.
"A-Arsene," Ezra shouted in such a rasp voice blood trickled through her lips as the veil of demonic essence trickled into a mist. She shuttered as the vicious wounds over her body only seemed to ooze a thick red.
"Scan Complete," Zax uttered swiftly. "Tier two damage to the soul, meaning they tried to attack the inner soul, the will. Physically, various joints have been slashed to stop her from fleeing. She'll be of no help escaping. However, it seems there was a magical relic on her person from the nines to stop her from being sexually assaulted. A treasure her father gave her when he sent her out to the Hells, perhaps. Send her into the Ring of Bael, Master.
Walking through the debris of stone and death withering away with the presence of my darkness, I smiled, gently cupping the right cheek. The little devil shuttered as the light in her eyes quickly went dim. She fainted.
"Arsene?" Said Victoria as I willed the darkness from outside to pull her to my side.
"Protect me while I deal with this formation." I softly said, noticing the branding seared into the back of Ezra's neck. It was ancient and belonged to Soloman. I'd never mistake his handy work, not after staying so long in the Library of Bael.
Solomon was many things, a king, a warrior, a mage, but there was one thing he was famous for, and that was trapping demons. How some no-name family has such a mark was beyond me, but it made little difference.
"They're here!" Said Victoria cloaking herself in a flame of Abyssal Qi.
Waving my hands, banishing the chains around Ezra into the shadow realm, the Throne of Darkness between my brow began to spiral with Divinity. A type of Divinity that didn't come from the higher realms or creation but rather the Path of Abyssal Night.
I'd spent an entire Chaos Cycle tarnishing my Throne. I'd even gone as far as to ensure it held the Divinity of Sin within its core.
Touching the back of Ezra's slender neck, a wisp of the concept of Supremacy over my darkness traced over the branding formation, and in an instant, it was withered to nothing as the Abyssal Flames came and went.
"There. now in you go," I said, tossing her into the Ring of Bael to sleep before finally noticing the large army encircling Victoria and me." And here I was, just wondering why it was so quiet."
"Arsene?" Said Victoria taking a step away from me, as I could just feel the hairs on the nape of her neck stand on end. "Calm yourself. You're still heavily injured."
The thick smile on my face only deepened as a wisp of my abyssal flames began to emanate from around me. Permeating the Eben Forest, a stillness I'd not felt since Balor showed his true power rippled out.
"How long has it been since I was this furious? These things dared to touch my devil."
