The notification they received has piqued their interest.

They've been all thinking about it ever since the first day of their game.

"How would it feel if this happens in the real world? Will there be a time that our technology would really reach this level?"

It was some of the questions that everyone wanted to answer. Questions that make them desire to achieve something more within the game and have those pieces of knowledge they needed in order to build or create some remarkable things.

They wanted everything to happen in the real world except for the part where foreign creatures started claiming their lands.

They wanted to possess an ability that not many has.

An achievement that not many people could accomplish.

This was something that pushes them deeper within the game.

However, right now, the creator of this game hinted that everything may actually be real and existing in this world.

Who wouldn't feel excited about that?!

This is what they've been waiting for! Ever since people received those real-life items from the game, they knew that it wouldn't take long before something like this would happen...

"Was the creator messing with us?"

"Another marketing stuff?"

"Who knows- Wait..."

After they read the message, the notification suddenly added more things.

Soon, they noticed that a link about the details of the event was placed just below the notification.

They looked into the link and saw that the event would actually take place near Tanza City!

"There no real description of what kind of event would happen but..."

"It seems that the creator was hinting that it would lead us to pilot or see the real deals..."

"Haa~ Who wouldn't be tempted at this?"

"The top 1000 in the leaderboards will be directly invited while everyone else could watch the event online..."

"There would be rewards for those attending the event or even to those watching online... Well... I guess I wouldn't mind getting free things...

"It seems that this event will be big..."

"Wait... The event will happen two weeks from now on Monday..."

"Great! We wouldn't miss the Space Shuttle Launch!"

"Oh! That's right. That's another remarkable event in history... I wouldn't miss that, surely."

Everyone was curious about what would truly happen from the invitation given. However, Ace has already hinted a lot, and would be best to give them a bit more surprise once everyone was there.

A couple of days had passed and more news about the very first human space exploration funded by the two clans was sent to the public.

Details about the orbital spaceflight were shown online and it was explained how this small step would become a huge contribution to the future success of mankind.

Everyone was waiting for this event hoping that everything would be successful.

"So they will be sending three Sages and two Arcanists..." Ace muttered after seeing the information online.

The clan would obviously select powerful people in case trouble came up in outer space or even during the launch itself. They would definitely be capable of handling any mishaps.

"Interesting... I hope that they'll be successful..."

"Why do you hope so?"

A woman's voice was suddenly heard as a lady in her twenties showed up in Wallace's villa.

"So you're already here..."

Ace smiled seeing the lady with mystifying eyes. Of course, he was aware that her group has already arrived near the vicinity of his land and had an automaton take them to his villa.

"You have a really nice place... I didn't think that the mountain I helped you to take would almost no longer have any semblance from where it was used to..."

"Well, I'm quite a hardworking person, senior..."

The lady was his senior apprentice, Lacus Minerva, together with her five trusted people.

"We're already arranging all your rooms and they'll be ready in a moment. I know that you've been on a long journey."

"Thank you, Wallace. However, I'm quite excited to see this project of yours."

Lacus came here for good reason. She wanted to ensure Wallace's safety and to understand more of his project. It seems that he wanted to really expand this and wanted her little help. Mainly to handle the other manor and clans eyeing this project.

"Wait... You've really changed, now that I got to see you closer..." Lacus suddenly squinted her eyes as he runs it over to Ace's whole body.

"Oh? I'm sure it's not that big of a change... Here, let me take you somewhere else."

Lacus smiled at this and nodded to her subordinates to leave them alone for now. They have seen that tight defenses put into this place and it was almost comparable to the Cloud Hawk Manor.

One can just imagine how much money was being spent to sustain such functionalities of the formations and arrays. Even the number of automatons would scare anyone that would visit this place.

It was hard to impress them. It was because they've been living in the most prosperous region and richest city in the country. They have seen a lot of defense formation and automatons but never like how Wallace did it to such huge land! To cover such space and money being spent here was definitely something she wouldn't want to know.

It just shows how the VR Pod was truly making her junior apprentice a fortune.

"Oh, right... I just noticed that I could no longer sense your Breathing Technique!" Lacus said after she suddenly remembered one of her reason for coming here.

"Well, you see..."

"You must have perfected the Secret Art! That's fast!"

Lacus exclaimed as she believes that if Wallace perfected the Secret Art: Awakening of Thunder and Lighting, then she would be less likely worried for his safety.

"Oh?"

"That's right... You may not know, but those who also perfected the final stage of the Secret Art wouldn't know others who similarly perfected them. It just shows how the breathing technique would be perfectly hidden!"

"Yes! Of course! That's right... That's right... That was really something..."

"You said it! You're really good. Not only were you higher than me with Iron Knight sync rate but you're also faster than any other apprentice to completely learn the technique."

"Ugh... Haha... You're giving me too much of a compliment. Anyway... we're almost at the hangar. You might notice that you're mana will be restricted a little bit but that's normal."

'Well, that's convenient.'

Ace added in his mind after hearing her explain. It seems that the side effect of learning the final stage of Secret Art was a perfect cover for him... for now.

"Right, I also wanted to ask about the recent news..." Lacus suddenly said. She was still not too sure about what he mentioned about mana restriction but she'll learn it later once she's there.

"Mhmm?"

"That news about the two clan's project to launch their space shuttle. I heard that on the next day of this event would be your big event..."

"Are you also playing the game?"

"Not that much... But you're other senior apprentices were playing it much as I expected... Anyway, this big event of yours and about your recently acquired permits to build Steel Knights and other aircraft, or perhaps spacecraft..."

"Yes?"

"There are rumors going on... That you're preparing against real foreign invaders... I'm just so confused... Help me."

Lacus seemed serious after saying this. It seems that she had truly studied a lot about his projects before going here to meet him.

Ace took a deep breath as he already expected this coming...

"Senior... You have Veda's terminal, right?"

"Yes, I have..."

Lacus answered while still feeling confused about the sudden question. It doesn't make sense... yet.

"What access level are you?"

"Level 3 Access... I worked hard to gain that level for five whole years. That was why I learned a lot of things making those Mana Artifacts..."

"I see..."

Ace smiled at this after hearing that. He looks sideways and talked to a floating metal ball with a green light on it following behind them.

"Veda, can you increase her level a bit higher?"
