A day later.

After returning to the Lost Heaven Sect, Yu Long first set the entrance of Myriad Season Dimension, formerly known as the Heaven Basin Secret Realm on the Misty Tiger Peak. 

Misty Tiger Peak is a newly made mountain in the Chain Clouds Mountain Range. It was ten miles from the Lost Heaven Sect's facility but could be accessed easily with a Space-Folding Array. 

At Misty Tiger Peak, Yu Long and Shizu sat on a terrace and watched over Su Ling'er, who played around with Ni Yeyue. Yes, Su Ling'er becomes friends with the Evil God's Daughter. 

"They are getting along quite well." Yu Long commented with a smile. 

Shizu stared at Ni Yeyue and returned, "Yeah. That girl must be lonely after staying in the dark place for years..." 

Yu Long sighed heavily, "It wasn't my own idea. It was a request from a dying father." 

"Karma is indeed a complicated matter." Shizu likewise sighed. 

"So, will you turn Yeyue into a Kaiju as well?" 

"About that, it depends on herself." As much as he wanted to create a new body with [Kaiju Maker], Ni Yeyue's decision mattered. 

Shizu smiled because Yu Long cared for others, even if his words didn't come off as gently as others expected. 

Great power really comes with great responsibility, huh?

"Well, let's talk about something else." Shizu changed the topic. "Master, I assume you've already found Dullahan's attack was weird." 

"What do you mean?" Yu Long feigned ignorance. 

Shizu giggled and continued, "Come on, you don't have to act clueless like that. With your ability, you should have noticed a third party's interference with the event." 

Yu Long kept a poker expression, "I don't know what you are talking about." 

"Aih, Master... I'm your Kaiju and maid, so you don't have to keep me in the dark like a 'certain' pitiful girl." 

"Who are you calling pitiful!" Jasmine suddenly appeared from the Sky Poison Pearl's dimension, glaring at Shizu coldly. 

"Oh my, so feisty," Shizu commented, irritating Jasmine even further. 

Jasmine crossed her arms and grumbled unhappily. Why the hell woman like Shizu was the Ancestral God?

At first, Jasmine was shocked by Yu Long's ability to revive the Ancestral God. However, she has gotten used to it by now. 

The shock is still there, but Jasmine recovered very fast.

Yu Long's otherworldly ability also gives Jasmine hope. Yes, a hope to revive her mother and brother if possible. 

Unfortunately, Jasmine was too prideful. She has gotten too much help from Yu Long, so asking for more makes her feel worthless. 

At the very least, she needed to form her new body and understand Yu Long's power before making the request. Everything will become easier when she can access her former strength. 

Thinking about it, Jasmine quickly regained her confidence. 

"Ancestral God, I have a question."

Jasmine took a deep breath and asked, "You're the one who created the World-Defying Heaven Manual. I want to know the reason behind its existence." 

Shizu stared at Jasmine's eyes and returned calmly, "Are you blaming me for your brother's death?" 

"No." Jasmine shook her head. "I just want to know the thoughts of the Ancestral God who created the [World-Defying Heaven Manual]. By doing so, I can gauge how desperate that blonde-haired bitch was..." 

"World-Defying Heaven Manual was a diary." Shizu gives Jasmine a shocking answer. "It recorded my profound understanding of the Primal Chaos. Starting from the basic elements and higher ones. Ultimately, it allowed someone to gain insight or possibly comprehend the absolute [Law of Nothingness]." 

"But if you're not the fated person, even if you obtain the World-Defying Heaven Manual, you will only scratch the dirt and comprehend nothing." 

She pulled a brush and ink out of nowhere and added, "If you want, I can write a copy for you." 

"The copy might not have Primordial Aura and Ancestral God's Power, but you can still increase your understanding of the Profound Way with it." 

"Do you want it?" 

"Stop teasing her." Yu Long finally opened his mouth. "Write two copies for me and Jasmine." 

"Okay, Master!" Shizu helplessly waved the brush and ink, flicking her fingers gracefully. A light stream burst and struck Jasmine's forehead as she obtained a copy of the World-Defying Heaven Manual. 

Jasmine's eyes lit up as her mind was overflowing with information. She could hear Shizu's voice, but that's it. She fainted not long after. 

"You don't have to be that excessive, you know?" Yu Long caught the fainted Jasmine. 

Shizu gave Yu Long a wry smile and answered, "You know she needs to face the reality, Master. And I've given her one of many ways out." 

"When Jasmine awakens, she will see the world more profoundly." 

"Here, your copy." She also handed him a brown book littered with mysterious runes. 

Yu Long didn't peek into the World-Defying Heaven Manual and throw it into his Spatial Ring. The corner of Shizu's mouth twitched slightly after watching this, but she kept her smile. 

'Hmph, Master is just being shy.' Shizu thought to herself. 

"How much did you see?" Yu Long suddenly asked. 

"Pardon?" 

"With your Eyes of Samsara..." Yu Long asked again. "Just how much did you see about Dullahan?" 

Shizu leaned on the rail and said, "I don't know much. All I know is that Dullahan is a pawn of one of your other Kaiju, which I have to admit is quite a force to reckon with."

"That Kaiju's influence reached Blue Pole Star before the invasion, but not a single direct move was made." 

"Typical Pandora's behavior." Yu Long clicked his tongue. "She wanted to create Chaos and watch it burn with her eyes." 

"Pandora, so that's her name..." Shizu mumbled. "You created a fearsome subordinate, Master." 

"My past life did." 

"It's still you." 

Shizu leered her eyes to peek at Yu Long's expression and saw him closing his eyes. He looks very handsome, not going to lie. 

Yu Long gradually opened his eyes and stated, "Pandora probably has been searching for me in the last sixteen years. Now that she discovered me here, she will try her best to relish the fun." 

"We are talking about war on a large scale."

"Don't you have a way to stop her?" Shizu found Pandora's view of fun is badly warped. 

Yu Long laughed, "The issue was not my ability to stop Pandora because [Kaiju Maker]'s authority was absolute. The true challenge was finding her since she would not reveal herself to me."

"Her concealment ability is too strong, and it's not even her main ability." 

"So I'd rather wait until she reveals herself than search her and drag my progress."

Shizu nodded and focused her attention on the Profound Sky Continent, but no matter how much she tried. She couldn't find even a trace of Pandora's presence. 

'Is it because I haven't recovered my full power?'

'Pandora, such an interesting creature.'

Meanwhile, a green-haired woman awakened from her deep slumber. 

She didn't wear a shred of fabric and was half-submerged in the pool of dark liquid. 

"Where am I?" 

"What's this place?" Her amethyst-colored eyes shone dimly but appeared unfocused. 

"Hehehe, you're finally awake~!" A green flame suddenly burst into an image of a woman, followed by a chaotic laugh. 

The green-haired woman shivered on the spot, "W-Who are you?" 

"Me?" The green flame pointed at herself. 

"Well, you can consider me as your savior..." 

"Oh, you can also call me Mistress." 

"I am Pandora. Nice to meet you~!" 

The Sign of Chaos has manifested.
