Is there a woman capable of not falling for a man so good, who seduces her? Well, there is a Park Noah. She merely sighed, fixing Adrian’s hair, and shoved her palm onto his face as he attempted to kiss her.

“I didn’t say a word of an implication that I wanted to start over with you.”

“It’s been less than three seconds since I asked you not to push me away too hard. Does it make you want to do so because I just told you?”

“You’re most handsome when you keep your mouth shut.” Park Noah turned her back on Adrian and distanced herself from him. When the space between them grew five steps again, Adrian dragged his feet. He was slow to take the first step, but he quickly hastened, shaking his head with a smile on his lips.

“It’s handsome anyway, isn’t it?”

“Keep the distance at least two steps. I won’t believe you until I go to Tezeba and confirm all your alibi.”

“Don’t be too hard on me. You know, why don’t we take a break in Battuanu? We’re at the beach, so the seafood is really delicious. Ellie, come with me!”

But Park Noah was too exhausted for any leisure activity. All she wanted was to go to a hotel and sleep right after she arrives in their room.

And that was what they did, the blond man still trailing behind like a lost pup.

Muell stared intently at the man who began to follow them three days ago. He sported golden hair, which was so lovely that even the little dragon couldn’t help but admire.

In the beginning, Park Noah was extremely wary and suspicious of the man. However, after a few days, she surrendered her restless doubts and roamed everywhere in the city with him behind her.

She went to the hospital to take medicine, ate dinner, stopped by the security forces, came back to the hotel and slept like a dead person for a night.

The next day, they returned to the train station. Park Noah was eager to go to the capital immediately, but sadly, things didn’t go her way.

“Why? I already booked the ticket yesterday!”

“I’m sorry, lady. The train attack in Central Edman has caused paralysis in the national rail network of Laurent, forcing the temporary suspension of train operations.”

“What?” Park Noah had a long scuffle with the station worker at the ticket window of the central train station in Battuanu, while Muell sat on the ticket counter, mumbling about the candy Park Noah had given him, and listened to their conversation.

“The accident happened in Edman, why is Battuanu affected?”

“Although the attack happened on the train bound to Central Edman, there is a possibility that the culprit had also infiltrated the train to Battuanu… We are forced to re-examine the entire railway line. We can’t help it, Lady.”

“Ha… Then when will the operations resume?”

“That is… There is a temporary suspension…” The station worker was sweating profusely and blurred his words. It was evident that he was fed up with the passengers’ protests that had been pouring since morning.

“I get it. Can I use the ticket later? Oh, a refund. Yes, then please give me a refund…” Park Noah said, sighing deeply.

While she had her ticket refunded, a few grumbles escaping her lips, at a distance, Adrian was looking at a watch with his back against a pillar. When the clock rings the bell, it clicks and closes the lid. The alarm stopped ringing.

“Let’s go, Mu. I think we should stay here for a few more days.” Park Noah heaved a long, long sigh and left the station, dragging her suitcase.

The curly-haired waded after her, his shoes making a soft squeak every time he walked. Park Noah muttered to herself, walking slowly enough to match the pace of a three-year-old boy’s walk.

“Should I really take a boat… Oh, I don’t want to get seasick. Let’s just wait for the butler. Let’s just wait one more day…”

At the end of her words was, once again, a sigh. She shook her head and bought an apple at a street vendor. Muell clutched an apple larger than his two fists combined. Park Noah took one and threw it behind her without a glance.

“Hey, stalker. You eat, too.”

“Thank you.”

Muell held the apple tightly and looked over Park Noah’s shoulder. The blond man held a golden pocket watch in one hand while the other played with an apple, flinging it into the air.

When the child and his eyes met, the man smiled softly and lowered his eyes slightly. It was an unmistakable greeting
