Ellena and Aaron finally arrived at the cave with their auras at the peak of determination. Just as Aaron wanted, he made Ellena compose to safely save Thalia from the hands of Ildran.
"Be sure that you won't pounce him immediately as soon you see Thalia in a worrying state," Aaron said to her in a father-like tone.
Ellena nodded and closed her fist on her side.
"I will follow the plan. I am confident, we can save Thalia." Ellena said what Aaron ordered her to say so that she'd compose her emotions..
"Good. Now let's go."
They finally moved, continuing to enter the cave with might of courage on their side. The darkness of the space of the entrance suddenly swallowed them as soon they put their bodies in.
Ellena wasn't agitated; rather, she was determined to save Thalia. And just as she wanted, she promised that she wouldn't experience these kinds of urges again.
Having a plan will save chances and might also be successful. At least the confidence and composure will give the side an advantage.
Ellena carefully walks towards the dark path. As for what Aaron said, the space inside the cave was wide enough for her to roam around fighting. And because of that, she felt that they'd really save Thalia with a 5 mark.
"We're here," Aaron muttered as soon a hint of light reached their vision.
When Ellena finally entered the space within the cave, Ildran stopped slapping Thalia and eventually looked at the entrance.
"Oh, you are here?" His face became pleased with a slightly irritated face because of Thalia's words.
Ellena noticed Thalia was hurt, dripping in her own blood, and her face was swollen from injuries.
"Thalia..."
She helplessly looked at Thalia, clenching her fist with the frustration she felt.
"You... why are you doing this?" Ellena asked, blankly looking at him with an unwanted expression on her face.
Ildran just wickedly grinned with a mocking intention.
"You don't know? Too bad! It was your fault for taking Master's attention. Your growth was so fast that he might not be able to contain himself."
"What do you mean?" Ellena retorted.
"You don't know? Too bad! Master is a Sin of Wrath. Hm... Could it be your grandfather? Oh! Hahaha! The previous owner of Master's body was your grandfather!"
Ellena gritted her teeth and intentionally kept her feet far away from Ildran to maintain a distance from him.
Aaron knew that there would be small talk between them, and just as he was thinking, he used the time to approach Thalia at the back of Ildran.
"We are now moving into the next phase of the plan. As soon as I said go, attack him so that I can take Thalia." Aaron said.
Aaron slowly summoned Cules, and just when he was finally being summoned, Aaron shouted.
"Now!"
In a few seconds, Cules appeared at the back of Ildran. Surprised by Cules's sudden appearance, he took the initiative to attack him, but before he could, Ellena had already attacked him.
"Shit."
"Cules! Destroy the shackles without harming Thalia!"
Clang!
In a blink of a second, the shackles were removed without Thalia being hurt. Cules, apparently, smashed the metal components of the shackle.
"Take her!"
It all happened in 5 seconds and just as Thalia was already at the back of Cules, we took a distance away from Ildran. Now, our only problem is to rush toward the entrance.
Ildran was taking a glance at Thalia and Cules and just before he wanted to teleport to Thalia's side, he was interrupted by Ellena's different magical elements.
"You..."
Veins are already appearing on the forehead of Ildran. Infuriated, he dashed towards Ellena with a dark element in his fist.
'His ability to teleport can be disrupted. Now we know some of his weaknesses.'
"Now, Cules, bring Thalia to the entrance!"
Cules replied with a growl and mightily to dash towards the entrance.
Ildran took a glance in both directions and, as he was distracted by Ellena, he stopped pursuing Thalia.
"I don't need her anyway. She did her purpose, so now, I shall take your life."
"You talk too much!"
Ellena's Pressure Aura was activated with the assistance of her Stealth to lessen the presence of herself and attacks. Even though she can be seen clearly, the flashes of lightning can disrupt the sense of seeing her sneak attacks.
Perceiving wasn't working. Perhaps it was because Ildran wasn't a human, nor a variant that only had one ability. Ildran is a demon that has different types of abilities and potential.
Various colors of light illuminated, destroying the ground and the walls of the space.
Ellena used her techniques to pressure Ildran more, but with every attack she made, Ildran could easily dodge it.
Ildran made another dark ball of light, then threw it towards Ellena. However, the speed exceeded the speed Ellena could perceive, and before Ellena could predict the direction, she was grazed.
"Tsk!"
Ildran wickedly grinned at the successful injury Ellena got. He threw another one, but it didn't have the same result. Ellena dodged every bit of Ildran's attacks, moving backward to have more time to react to his attacks.
Ellena gripped her sword tightly and felt some sensation from it. It was as if it had become an extension of her body.
'If I throw this, can I control it in mid-air?'
Without hesitation, Ellena threw the swords as she knew that close quarters were useless to Ildran. And just as she wasn't expecting, Light, her sword, followed her will and attacked Ildran while floating.
"What the-! What's with this sword?!"
As Ildran was distracted by the sword, Ellena unleashed another attack and the colors of lightning, light, fire, and water rushed towards Ildran.
"This is bullshit!"
In the blink of an eye, Ildran disappeared.
And just as the attack hit the walls of the space, the ground started grumbling.
Ellena took a look at Ildran's previous location and saw no one there.
'Was he dissipated into tiny bits?' she wondered, as there were no tracks of Ildran left.
"Ellena, let's get out! The cave is starting to grumble!"
