"I-I'm sorry!"

Jennifer realized she had made a mistake. She had met Kazir twice, and the first impression the man made was not appealing.

Kazir almost said "Cam," which was too endearing. He felt he should be formal since this was a job and they had been separated for almost four years. Besides, Kazir was currently dating Angelina.

He shook her hand. Kazir felt her firm yet soft hand gently squeeze him.

Cameron giggled.

"As expected, you're still serious. Maybe that's what I like about you."

She left after that, but Kazir felt like she was messing with him.
