As soon as Soo Yin arrived at the villa, the first thing she looked for was her cell phone. With hasty steps, Soo Yin then climbed the stairs to her room. It was true that her phone was lying on the nightstand.
As soon as Soo Yin opened the phone screen, it didn't turn out as expected. There was no message from her husband. There were only a few calls he had made this morning.
"Annoying!" Soo Yin grumbled then threw her phone on the bed. She pursed her lips as she walked to the bathroom.
Under the shower, Soo Yin remembered that she had to find the necklace that belonged to Park Soo Hyun. Hopefully it didn't lost because the necklace must be very expensive. The thought made her rush back to take a shower in order to find the necklace as soon as possible. It really made her uneasy.
After changing her clothes, Soo Yin immediately opened almost every drawer in the room. But unfortunately the necklace couldn't be found.
Soo Yin's hands were shaking so much so she asked Aunt Xia to help look to for it.
"Miss, what does the pendant look like?" asked Aunt Xia who was already getting ready to help Soo Yin. Although she just wanted to rest after waiting for Soo Yin to come home.
"It's shaped like a heart, Auntie," Soo Yin said with her hand continuing to rummage through the drawer.
The two of them then ruffled almost all the places where the necklace might be. Now Soo Yin's room was a mess with the things that were taken out. Until Soo Yin remembered the clothes she wore that night.
Soo Yin quickly looked in the closet and then reached into her pocket and found the necklace was there. Luckily, the necklace was not lost.
"Auntie, I found it!" Soo Yin cheered like she had just found a treasure.
"Thank goodness, was it a gift from Mr. Dae Hyun?" Aunt Xia asked.
"No, this is his brother's. Don't talk about Dae Hyun." Soo Yin's face was now bent again, remembering her husband who didn't give any message.
"Why?" Aunt Xia said with a frown.
"Auntie, he went out of town but didn't even tell me," Soo Yin replied with her lips moving forward.
"Why didn't you contact him first?" Aunt Xia said, maybe Soo Yin would listen to her.
"It should be the man who sent the message first, not the woman," Soo Yin grumbled with teary eyes. Maybe soon she will burst into tears.
Aunt Xia walked to the side of the bed and walked over to Soo Yin and put her arm around her shoulder to ease the restlessness she was feeling a little.
"Auntie, why is he so annoying! Doesn't he understand what I'm feeling right now? This morning when I met him, he didn't even say anything if he was going to leave," said Soo Yin while leaning her head on the shoulder of Aunt Xia who was considered like her own mother. Unknowingly, crystal beads also flew down her cheeks.
"Maybe tomorrow Master will also come home," Aunt Xia said. She rubbed Soo Yin's shoulder gently. That was how a woman felt when she was away from the man she loved. Will feel sad and her heart felt empty if there was no news.
"He won't be home tomorrow, he will come home this weekend and it's still 6 days away." Soo Yin was now sobbing to pour out all the anxiety she was feeling.
"Don't worry, Master's phone might run out of battery. Now it's better for you to rest, I'm sure that tomorrow Master will call you, Miss," Aunt Xia said.
Soo Yin nodded her head then inched up onto the bed. Her heart was really sad to hold back the longing, even though that she had not seen him only for a few hours.
"Auntie, I'm sorry for bothering you," Soo Yin said quietly as she looked at the things that were lying on the floor. She wiped her tears because she felt much calmer after talking to Aunt Xia.
"It's okay," said the middle-aged woman with a smile.
Soo Yin laid her head on the pillow, she was wishing she could close her eyes so she could forget about her husband for a moment.
Aunt Xia continued her work of rearranging the things that had been taken out earlier. It didn't take long, because half an hour everything was in order.
She glanced at Soo Yin who was on the bed who she thought was asleep because she seemed to have closed her eyes. Aunt Xia then spread the blanket to cover Soo Yin's body.
"Be patient, Miss, Mr. Dae Hyun loves you so much that there might be another reason why he didn't call," Aunt Xia said while stroking Soo Yin's hair. After that, she left the room.
Soo Yin opened her eyes again because she couldn't sleep. No matter how hard she tried to close her eyes, she couldn't. Until she was tired and chose to sit while she was leaning on the side of the bed.
She reached for her cell phone that was on the nightstand which suddenly rang. But sadly it was just a mobile operator who was sending messages.
Soo Yin chose to look at their photos at the Horizon Gimje festival some time ago. They really were like a happy family.
"Don't you miss me?" Soo Yin muttered as she looked closely at Dae Hyun's face.
"Actually where are you right now?" Soo Yin said. There was a feeling of wanting to contact Dae Hyun first but it was a shame if a woman called a man first when she was angry.
Soo Yin rubbed her face angrily. Then bent her knees to bury her head between her legs. Soo Yin was eager to catch up with her husband now.
It was getting late and Soo Yin only could close her eyes before the morning. She woke up after only two hours of sleep.
