Seeing the situation gradually spiral out of control, Fang Heng looked up and suggested, “President Fernando, I can set up a magic array to restrain some of the hell monsters. If you need assistance, just call me.”

Fernando turned to look at Fang Heng and nodded slightly.

Well, under the urgent circumstances, the risks of using the demonic seed had to be set aside.

“Thank you, Fang Heng,” Fernand called to two of his guards. “Assist Mr. Fang Heng in setting up the magic array. Do your best to meet any of his needs!”

“Yes! Understood!”

Fang Heng immediately said, “Setting up a magic array requires a safe area. I just observed the terrain, and there’s an open space behind the research tower. We need to go there, and I’ll also need some materials for the setup.”

“Understood, please follow us,” replied the two accompanying guards without suspicion, promptly leading Fang Heng to the back of the research tower.

As they hurried away from the mage tower, they soon encountered several occult scholars engaged in battle with members of the Revolution Society.

Whoosh!

Seeing Fang Heng and the guards, the invading Revolution Society members instinctively thought they were reinforcements and unleashed a barrage of black fog spikes toward them!

“Mr. Fang Heng, be careful!”

The two guards, experienced in combat, immediately stepped forward to intercept the attackers from the Revolution Society.

“Bang!”

The pollution black fog slammed against the condensed shields of the two guards, causing an explosion.

“Mr. Fang Heng, it seems the members of the Revolution Society have occupied the building area. I suggest we change locations…”

Huh? What’s going on?

Where’s Fang Heng?

The two guards, realizing there was no response, turned back to find that Fang Heng had already vanished without a trace.

Where did he go?! Did he run away?!

Fang Heng entered the secondary space projection, quickly heading towards the Starry Tower.

Repelling the Revolution Society wasn’t urgent.

He needed to take advantage of the chaos within the Occult Research Society to find the Book of Greleng!

At the entrance of the Starry Tower, several guards were engaged in fierce combat with the infiltrators from the Revolution Society. In the heat of battle, they were completely unaware of Fang Heng, who was in secondary space projection.

Fang Heng slipped inside effortlessly.

Inside the tower, the atmosphere contrasted sharply with the chaos outside, resembling a realm of profound silence.

He slowly raised his head to gaze at the top of the tower.

According to the intelligence from the Revolution Society, the Book of Greleng was hidden there.

Let’s go check it out!

Fang Heng immediately transformed into his Death God form, soaring swiftly upwards.

At this point, the tower had entered a state of lockdown; every door was tightly shut, and the external passageways and staircases were devoid of any human presence.

Thus, Fang Heng encountered no obstacles as he ascended to the top floor.

In front of the staircase, a grand hall stood with a few guards stationed at the entrance.

Though the three maintained a vigilant stance, they failed to notice Fang Heng in his spirit form.

Seeing this, Fang Heng quickly floated toward the door behind them.

No need to worry about them!

As Fang Heng prepared to slip through the door in his spirit form, he suddenly felt a jolt of alarm as he sensed the defensive magic array beneath him being triggered.

An invisible barrier materialized in front of him.

Trouble!

Fang Heng silently cursed and raised his hand, the Death God scythe slicing through the air with a dark gleam.

“Bang!!”

The invisible defensive barrier shattered instantly under the scythe’s assault.

“What was that?!”

The three guards startled at the commotion and turned to where Fang Heng was.

No one?

“It’s a spirit form! Use the Eye of Truth!”

Realizing the situation, the guards quickly cast spells to reveal the Death God’s location.

In his Death God mode, Fang Heng’s entire face was shrouded in a hood and black fog, making it impossible to discern his features.

With a light push from his toes, he lunged at the guards once more.

Death God scythe!

“Bang!!”

The power of death erupted again! The three guards were sent flying by the explosive aura emanating from Fang Heng.

In just one move, the guards were effortlessly dealt with.

But the door remained firmly in place.

This door was set with barriers specifically designed to counter spirit forms and spatial science.

Fang Heng cautiously pushed against it.

Huh? No lock?

As he gently nudged, the entire door emitted a series of soft clicks, slowly swinging open.

This…

Fang Heng’s pupils dilated.

Behind the door lay a realm reminiscent of the mystical cosmos.

In the vastness of space, countless intricate trajectories danced among the stars, streaking like meteors.

Fang Heng was momentarily taken aback by the scene before him, slipping into a state of contemplation.

Suddenly, a hollow voice echoed through the chamber.

“Death God, why have you come?”

Someone was here!

Fang Heng’s heart skipped a beat as he snapped out of his meditative state, turning slowly toward the source of the voice.

There, seated cross-legged in front of a magic array, was an elderly man.

The hall was adorned with intricate magic arrays etched into the floor. Aside from the old man, over twenty others stood along the walls, their hands gathered in front of them as if engaged in a similar state of understanding.

Fang Heng shifted his gaze from these individuals back to the elder, “I am searching for the Book of Greleng.”

“I do not know where you obtained your information, but the Book of Greleng is not here,” the old man said, opening his eyes to meet Fang Heng’s gaze. “The Book of Greleng was written collaboratively by several founders of our Occult Society, and most of its contents are descriptions of hell creatures. To prevent misinterpretation and the spread of pollution, the book was even written in the language of hell.”

The elder’s eyes burned with intensity as he fixed his gaze on Fang Heng, speaking in a solemn tone, “Death God! Why are you searching for the Book of Greleng?”

Not here?

Fang Heng frowned slightly at the elder’s words, his eyes scanning the surroundings once more.

Indeed, the Starry Hall did not seem like a place where the Book of Greleng would be stored.

“Very well.”

The elder, though filled with suspicion, chose not to press Fang Heng further when he remained silent. Instead, he placed one hand on the ground and gradually stood up.

As he rose, the runic stars that filled the Starry Hall began to swirl gently.

“I fear that the turmoil outside is also related to you. The Book of Greleng is a treasure of our society, and naturally, we won’t allow it to be taken. As for you, you may stay here for now; once everything concludes, the truth will reveal itself.”

“Whoosh!!!”

Fang Heng felt a shift within him.

Suddenly, a multitude of arcane runes began to whirl rapidly throughout the space.

The entire area was engulfed in violent ripples.

Fang Heng found himself besieged by an overwhelming force, pressing down on him and rendering him unable to move an inch!

Was this the dual constraint of the Occult and sealing arts?!
