The Fourth Group: Director Gross Shelby, Executive Director of Hiigara Aerospace Group Kant Walters, and Executive Director of United Mining Group Xu Yan.

Sy Myrth: Senator Toonbuck Toora, Capital Planet Sy Myrth.
