Lilith's fierce expression softened into one of surprise as she took in the sight of the captured young magus who claimed to be her uncle. The tension in the room was palpable, every eye fixed on the dark salamander as she asked.

"Who are you?!" Lilith demanded, her voice cold and unwavering.

Ronan, unperturbed, responded with a nonchalant smile. "You are Lilith the Dark Salamander, aren't you? It's been 400 years since I last saw you. I am Ronan, a good friend of your father."

Lilith's eyes narrowed, her expression remaining icy. "I don't know you," she retorted. She turned to Emery and asked, "Is he your friend? Should I help him?"

Emery let out a deep sigh, realizing that revealing Ronan's true identity might be their best chance to diffuse the situation. He looked at Lilith and said, "He is the patriarch of the snake bloodline, Ronan Faulen, the Serpent Supreme."

Ronan's face fell into a mock pout. "Ahh… why do you have to spoil the fun?"

The room fell silent as the weight of Emery's words settled in.

Lilith remained indifferent, her expression unreadable. However, Ishtar turned and chuckled, her laughter echoing through the chamber. "Hahaha, very good… a supreme being in a magus body. Killing a filthy half-blood like you will be a great fortune for us humans."

Emery shook his head, baffled by Ishtar's brazen hostility. At supposedly 2000 years old, her behavior was shockingly irrational and reckless.

"Kill him!" Ishtar commanded, and the grand magus tightened the dark chains, attempting to crush Ronan. Blood seeped from his flesh, but Ronan's smile remained unbroken as he turned to Emery and Lilith. "Come on… are you gonna save a fellow half-blood here?"

Emery sighed deeply, conflicted. He preferred not to join in and risk further trouble with the Nephilim. At the same time, Ronan's attitude made Emery believe that the Serpent Supreme still had something up his sleeve, some way out of the situation.

But as the chains tightened further, Ronan's expression contorted in genuine pain. No matter how infuriating Ronan was, Emery couldn't risk having the serpent supreme die on his watch. He cursed internally, then turned to Lilith asking her to act.

The Dark Salamander unleashed her domain, revealing the immense power of her peak stage, two cosmos grand magus realm. Her body became enveloped in dark scales, and a fiery aura erupted around her as she dashed forward to save Ronan.

Her opponent was ready. His body was covered in glowing purple runes as he cast a spell, creating a thick layer of spatial wall that appeared right in front of Lilith. The wall shimmered with an ethereal light, its surface rippling like water.

"A child's play!" she scoffed, her voice dripping with contempt. Her flaming claws extended, radiating heat so intense that the air around her sizzled. With a swift and powerful swipe, she shattered the wall into pieces and disintegrated like smoke.

However, the first wall was only a stalling tactic. As soon as it broke, a second wall materialized, appearing thicker and more solid than the first. Without missing a beat, Lilith lunged forward, her claws cutting through the new barrier with ease. But then a third wall emerged, followed swiftly by a fourth, and the fifth. Each one was more resilient and intricately designed than the last. They surrounded the female grand magus, forming a cube that trapped her within.

Emery was amazed by the grand magus's display of power. Each spatial wall was a tier 7 spell, yet the grand magus had managed to create a dozen of them, skillfully weaving them together into a formidable spell comparable to a tier 8 level.

"Impressive," Emery muttered, his eyes widening in admiration.

At that moment, VIA, provided him with the identity and successfully measured the grand magus stats. The information flashed before his eye

[Rhyze - The Void Warden]

[Grand Magus Realm, Two Cosmos]

[Law of Space 53%]

[Law of Metal 22%]

[Soul Force 1555]

[Battle Power 1575]

Rhyze, known as The Void Warden, was categorized as level 6, a middle-stage two cosmos grand magus. His mastery of space and metal laws made his spatial constructs incredibly resilient.

VIA Also gave grand magus Lilith stats, and Emery compared the two with interest.

[Lilith - The Dark Salamander]

[Grand Magus Realm, Two Cosmos]

[Law of Fire 58%]

[Law of Darkness 33%]

[????]

[Soul Force 1620]

[Battle Power 1645 (2010)]

Comparing the stats alone, it was evident that Lilith was much stronger than Rhyze. However, the void warden's mastery of the special law of space made him far more dangerous than other common grand magus.

Lilith's arms glowed like molten lava, their intense heat capable of melting even a spatial wall. As the walls started to crumble under her assault, Rhyze, the Void Warden, shouted to the spirit master, "Assist me!"

With quick coordination, the old spirit master cast a spirit attack that restricted Lilith's movements. Her fiery claws paused mid-strike, her eyes narrowing in frustration.

Seeing Lilith momentarily restrained, Emery was ready to leap to the dragon elder's aid. But before he could act, Rhyze made a desperate move. He burst a large amount of his blood, the crimson droplets suspended in the air for a moment before evaporating into a fine mist. The purple runes on his body glowed brightly, pulsing with an eerie light as his spell began to evolve.

"What spell is this?!" Emery was surprised to see multiple spatial walls materialize, filling up the entire halls and creating separate rooms. Emery and Ronan were confined to one room, Lilith to another, and Ishtar and the two grand magus to their own space. The spatial walls, shimmering with spectral light, seemed to pulse with energy, creating an intricate labyrinth.

With his high comprehension of space, Emery realized he wasn't just separated by walls but was almost as if he were in a different dimension from the others. They appeared to be standing close to each other, but the spatial distortion made them feel impossibly far apart. Simultaneously, Emery's whole body felt highly restrained, as if multiple metal chains covered his limbs, making every movement a struggle.

Grand Magus Rhyze turned and smiled, revealing the true nature of his powerfull tier 8 spell.

[Eternal Prison]

Rhyze's arrangement was masterful; while he controlled the space, he placed the old spirit master to deal with Grand Magus Lilith. Emery and Ronan were thrust into a separate battle. The space around them shimmered as Nephilim outpost guards, magus, and saints began to materialize within their dimension, ready to fight them.

To think it finally turned into an all-out battle concerning him. Ronan however shows a fierce grin as he said. "What are you waiting for? Let's kill them all."
