“Huanyu!” Liu Yiyi was shocked. She had underestimated Long Chen’s speed, so he had killed Qin Huanyu before she could reach him.

Qin Huanyu’s eyes were wide open and he was still clutching the Snow Moon Knife. He looked down and stared at the blood pouring out of his chest in shock.

That was when he finally realized that he would die even though he had used his most powerful technique.

Despair. Insanity. Grief. All of these emotions clouded his mind in this very short period, though it was just for a moment. His life force was quickly vanishing, and he could not even turn around to look at Long Chen!

Behind him, Long Chen was controlling the residual energy of the Heaven Sword Array to force Liu Yiyi to back off. Then he took a few steps back and stood ten meters away from Qin Huanyu.

That was when Qin Huanyu finally collapsed. Before he died, he was able to fulfill his wish of looking at Long Chen, the one who had killed him. He did not know what to think. All he could say was that meeting a monster like Long Chen was incredibly unlucky.

Indeed, the Clear Shallows King raged. She yelled sternly, “I told you all to leave! Did you not hear me? Get the hell out immediately! Don’t embarrass me! Go back and focus on your cultivation. “Yiyi, you are my daughter. Everything I do is for your own good. Don’t lead them into this nonsense,” said the Clear Shallows King resignedly when she saw the pain in her daughter’s eyes.

“I know …” Liu Yiyi nodded.

Long Chen could tell that the matter was coming to a close, so he said, “They don’t need to go. I think I am the one who should go. Qiqi, let’s go.”

Without looking at the Clear Shallows King for permission, he grabbed Huangfu Qi’s hand and left.
