287 Succeeding where Alex Failed

“Interesting.... Really good... I like your plan...” the third Danite prince said with a casual nod after going through Silver’s report. His eyes seemed calm, so calm that everyone in the room except for Silver felt uncomfortable.

“But...” the third Danite prince said with a slight frown.

“But?” Silver remained calm as he made no movement and acted as if nothing happened.

“There are too many issues that may come up after the war. You know what I mean so I have no reason to explain.” The Danite third prince said with a deep frown.

Silver heard this and only then did he reveal a cruel smile.

Obviously, how could his true intentions get past the Danite their prince? If it did he might as well kill the young fool and replace him with a puppet prince of his own and control the Danite race.

Controlling the mutant beast forces meant absolute loyalty to him. According to the plan, everywhere conquered and every race conquered will be forced to use the silver mind collar, meaning they will all be under Silver’s control.

Now, this may not be an issue to the Danite third prince since he was sure Silver found the strange invaders more threatening than the entire Danite race but what happens after?

When they win the war, what if he turns his fangs at the Danite race, how will he let such a thing happen?

.....

“That will be my reward for leading a successful war against the universe destroyers... also I really don’t care whether you believe these words or not but this is my way of saying, the human race is no longer under your care... After the war, all remnants of the Danites will be forced out of the earth and whatever is left of this force I have amassed will serve as protectors of the earth for all of time and I will stand as their guardian for eternity” Silver said coldly.

Hearing this everyone in the room paled and many even stood abruptly but the Danite third prince remained seated. His cold gaze was pinned on Silver for a while before he sighed and raised his hand.

The human guardians saw this and sat down. The Danite third prince was about to talk but Silver spoke first.

“A decade ago, you all gathered and killed the person who fought so dearly for your freedom.... Today, I speak of protecting the human race and ousting the invaders, yet I am being looked at like I have committed high treason.” Silver said with a bitter smile as images of Alex battling the world’s greatest guardians flashed through his eyes

While he did injustice to Alex and executed such a dangerous plan without his consent, he believed the real ones who deserve to be hated are the humans themselves.

“Africa.... An underdeveloped country, colonized by our people. Enslaved and ruined. Yet Africans fight amongst themselves failing to see the true threat ahead. Here we are, fighting amongst ourselves when the real threat is seated amongst us.” Silver sighed as he took the cup of water on the table and gazed at it weirdly before dropping it back.

“The problem with humans is humans. Majority of the world’s population is dumb, no different from dogs, if not worse. The only reason the world has progressed so far is because the one percent like me who actually use our brains are forced to drag the ninety-nine percent fools along yet we are persecuted for it ... Alex was killed on earth and now he has found a more fulfilling life on another world where his brilliance is appreciated. It wouldn’t be too shocking if he refuses to return and just chooses to take his son away from this crappy place... He has given up on your fools and I almost did, fortunately, I am different from Alex.” Cyrus’ eyes surged with silver energy.

Bam!

“What are you saying!” Black Dragon ancestor growled furiously as he got to his feet but before he could say more a fist plunged into his chest.

Bang!

Puff!

The black dragon ancestors spat out another mouthful of blood as he gazed down and watched the elongated hand pull out his beating heart. His eyes were filled with disbelief just like every other person present. No one would have thought Silver would dare kill someone here, especially in the presence of the third Danite prince...

“I will not give up on this world. Since this world lacks the common sense to rule itself I will rule this world myself. With my new immortal body, I can easily rule for eternity and make sure the human grows faster and stronger at a rate which the world will find extremely threatening and no one would ever dare invade our lands again” Silver’s voice boomed as immense rage could be heard in his voice.

Buzzz!

The entire room fell silent as they watch Silver wave his hand and the door swung open and numerous Mutant beasts of various levels walked in with plates in their hands carrying Silver collars in them.

“To those who wish to live... Take the collars now and put them on. As long as you obey my commands you have no reason to fear being controlled... believe me, whatever I do is for the sake of earth... Refuse and die at my hands right now. Today, Silver Ainsworth will succeed where Alex Briggs failed. I will make take back this world which the Danites stole from us!” Silver said calmly but his eyes revealed his immense killing intentions.

“Silver....” Bruce Ainsworth muttered with a frown.

He knew the nature of his grandson. Silver won’t make a move until he was at least ninety percent sure he would come out on top. If he has pushed things this far it only means he has made proper preparations.

But the Danites were no small race, what they have seen so far is just a fraction of their power. Even now the Danite third prince sat in silence and his eyes brimmed with confidence. It would be hard to tell who will come out of this on top since both sides are extremely capable.
