Necromancer.
A special class also known as a spirit summoner or death mage.
They generally make contracts with monsters called spirits or undead. If their abilities are broad enough, they sometimes contract with special and powerful monsters like Death Knights, Liches, and even Vampires.
As for domestic Holders with such power…
The former master of the <Villain> clan, Hwang Dong-yeon, is a prime example.
