Chapter 815 The last Evil Primarch (II)
Salomon frowned as he saw Ezequiel marching into the Mind Ruler World. With his power, he could resist the pressure from the World Consciousness and retain enough battle power to fight Eligos.
Nevertheless, not only would that battle harm the Mind Ruler World, but Salomon would also have to face the rest of the Rank 7, 8, and 9 Mind Rulers, which could leave him seriously injured.
He understood that Ezequiel was powerful and could use his Omega Law to counter the World Consciousness, but charging alone was not wise.
As Salomon, Nut, and Noir stared at the zone where Ezequiel landed, they saw no humanoid but a mass of black and white lightning that slowly fused with the elements. It did not take long before the air, water, earth, and fire from the entire Mind Ruler World began to glow with black and white arcs of lightning.
Volcanes burst with white lava, black lightning fell from the sky, lightning tornadoes arose all over the landmass, earthquakes shattered the earth and unleashed lightning waves, and giant electric tsunamis ravaged the shores.
In just a few short minutes, devastating natural disasters covered the entire Mind Ruler World, killing trillions of Mind Rulers beneath the Soul Realm. It did not take long for even Rank 6 life forms to perish under those catastrophes' power.
A dark tower made of a unique combination of biological matter and precious metals stood on one of the deepest layers of the Mind Ruler World. It drew energy from the world's origin, granting it incredible might.
Eligos saw the carnage from inside this tower. He was burning with hatred, but he did not dare to leave his fortress, as he was too afraid of dying.
Still, that did not stop the Mind Ruler Primarch from sending out all those at Rank 7 and 8 to handle those natural disasters enhanced by the power of Emptiness. Sadly, no matter what those Void Creator or Beyond the Shackles Mind Rulers did, it was all futile.
If they stopped one natural disaster, another would appear the next second, with even greater strength. It reached the point that the destruction forced even those Rank 7 to seek refuge, as the power of the elements overcame their defenses.
Eligos' eyes narrowed as he wondered what his next step would be when he saw a shadow appear next to a Rank 8 Mind Ruler. That Beyond the Shackles life form did not even have time to react when the figure destroyed his brain, heart, and Omega Law.
And that was only the beginning as more and more shadows began to arise, killing all those that could resist the might of the elements.
"Damm it!" Eligos roared as he saw those shadows kill his people. Those at the Soul and Physical Realm mattered very little to the Mind Ruler Primarch, but the ones that reached the Law Realm were the core of his world's military power, and each death meant losing time and resources.
Despite his rage, Eligos still did not dare to leave the stronghold's protection. His eyes landed on the only other two individuals in the tower, but while he could give them orders in normal times, now he could not afford to antagonize them.
Those two were Rank 9 Mind Rulers, powerhouses that once reigned over trillions and could do whatever they desired, but now they were trapped like dogs.
It would be a lie to say that the duo did not blame Eligos for their current situation, as they could not understand how this one dared to antagonize the Incarnation of Death and Destruction. Of course, the fact they would have done the same did not cross their minds.
More and more Mind Rulers perished. Some sought to enter the tower that contained Eligos and the other two Rank 9 Mind Rules, but the shadows killed them all.
Eligos's rage was reaching its limit as he saw the Mind Rulers at the Law Realm perish, but he also noticed how the world was beginning to change. While those natural disasters were wreaking havoc, they were also changing the earth and sky into something suitable for all life, not only monsters like Mind Rulers.
In less than a day, the natural disaster and shadows erased every Mind Ruler other than the three hiding in the tower.
An entire race that once stood at the Prima Universe's peak was now on the brink of oblivion. Ezequiel's approach was much crueler than Sundered Night's in the Leviathan World. Of course, there was also the critical point that, unlike Mind Ruler, Leviathans were not inherently evil.
After those natural disasters had assailed the entire world, every arc of black and white lightning began to converge around the tower that contained the three Rank 9 Mind Rulers.
The tower unleashed waves of destructive energy against the lightning, but it could not overcome the phenomenon forming around it.
Before Eligos or the other two Rank 9 Mind Rulers could stop it, the black and white lightning storm had surrounded the tower, and to their shock, it somehow managed to cut its connection to the world's origin.
The Mind Ruler Primarch was shocked and could not understand how Ezequiel achieved such an incredible feat. Despite being close to the world's origin and having channels connecting the tower to it, it was as if they were in entirely different worlds.
Ezequiel's Equilibrium of Man and World Omega grew immensely powerful after having consumed the energy left by the Soul Core of Existence. The cosmic force allowed the Supreme Neo-Demon to fuse with the entire world and unleashed an apocalyptic level of destruction.
Once the black and white lightning cocoon completely isolated the biomechanical tower, a humanoid figure began manifesting itself.
As soon as that figure became visible, Eligos and the other two Rank 9 Mind Rulers unleashed their most powerful attack against it, using the energy that remained stored in the tower.
It was an immensely powerful soul invasion attack, destroying all the soul force in the forming humanoid.
When the two Rank 9 Mind Rulers saw that, they showed a vicious smile, but a sense of desperation appeared in Eligos' soul.
Although that attack seemed rushed, Eligos confirmed Invictus' soul force in the humanoid, which is why he unleashed such a powerful attack. He never expected to kill the Supreme Neo-Demon, and the fact the soul in the humanoid vanished told him something went wrong.
As if giving him the reason, a new humanoid formed, this one much stronger than the last.
Ezequiel's eyes were cold as he stared at the tower and was ready to end things in the Mind Ruler World.
